VA For Walmart

We are a US-based e-commerce company selling on Walmart Marketplace and are looking for an experienced full-time Walmart Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

Responsibilities:
Source profitable products and suppliers for Walmart Marketplace

• Use AI tools to identify brands that are open to working directly with resellers, reach out to them, and obtain Letters of Authorization (LOA)
• Perform product research and profitability analysis using Marter and other Walmart analytics tools
• Find retail arbitrage and online arbitrage opportunities on Target, BJ's, Best Buy, Walmart, and other retail websites
• Convert listings from FBM (seller-fulfilled) to WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services), including shipment creation and inbound planning
• Maintain and update the supplier and product sourcing database

• Proven experience working on Walmart Seller Center (minimum 1–2 years)
• Existing database of wholesale suppliers and distributors
• Experience with brand outreach and obtaining LOAs
• Hands-on experience with Marter or similar product research tools
• Strong knowledge of FBM to WFS conversion
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up research and outreach
• Good written English
• Reliable internet connection and availability during US business hours (Eastern Time)
