Bookkeeper | Xero + Stripe for an Australian Agency | Ongoing, On-Call

Confidential employer

committed. is a small Australian creative agency producing paid social ad creative. We don't need a full-time finance person. We need someone who keeps Xero clean enough to trust, and who we can message when a question comes up. The work: Keep Xero reconciled and tidy so the numbers are current when we need them. Untangle Stripe. Payouts land as combined lump sums with no invoice detail, and splitting those back out correctly is the fiddly part of this role. Be reachable. When a job comes in we'll ask things like "what did we actually make on the last one like this?" or "how much can we spend on editors for this and still make sense?" You give us a straight answer from the numbers. Once a month, a short summary we read in two minutes. BAS and GST lodgement stay with our accountant. You will not be doing tax. You need to have worked with Xero and with Australian businesses before. Roughly 50-150 transactions a month. Paid weekly via Wise, rate reviewed after three months. To apply, open your reply with the word LEDGER. Then answer these: 1. Which Australian businesses have you kept the books for, and what industry? 2. A Stripe payout lands as one lump sum with no invoice breakdown. How do you reconcile that in Xero? 3. A client asks "what did we make on that job?" and the books aren't set up to answer it. What do you do? 4. How would you work out what a business can afford to spend on contractors for a job and still hit its margin? 5. For ~100 transactions a month plus occasional questions like the above - how many hours a week do you need? Shortlisted applicants get a paid test task on a real month of our data.

Senior Bookkeeper

Confidential employer

The Role Our Hawaii-based tax and bookkeeping firm is growing, and we need a senior bookkeeper who can do two things at once: keep their own portfolio of client books flawless, and raise the quality bar for the whole bookkeeping team. If you have spent years closing US clients’ books and you are the person others ask to double-check their work, this role was written for you. About Us Tax Resolution Services of Hawaii Inc is a tax and bookkeeping firm based in Hawaii, USA. We handle bookkeeping, month-end close, and tax filings for US small-business clients. Our team is small, stable, and quality-obsessed — clients trust us because their books are right and on time, every month. (Replace the bracketed firm name and adjust this blurb before posting.) What Success Looks Like Twelve months in, you own a portfolio of client books that close accurately and on schedule every single month, the daily and weekly review layer you run has caught errors before clients ever see them, and every Hawaii General Excise Tax filing has gone out on time. You are the firm’s quality backstop. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple US-based clients in QuickBooks Online — daily transaction posting and categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliations, payroll reconciliation, Point of Sale reconciliation (Square, Toast, Stripe, etc.) and journal entries. Run month-end close in Double (formerly Keeper) — work close checklists, tie out balances, and deliver client-ready financials on schedule. Prepare and file Hawaii General Excise Tax returns (Forms G-45 and G-49). GET experience is a plus — we will train the Hawaii specifics. Own the close calendar — make sure every client’s books are closed timely and accurately each month, and escalate blockers early instead of late. Improve our playbook — tighten checklists and processes so quality doesn’t depend on heroics. Requirements 10+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping for US-based businesses or US accounting/bookkeeping firms. Advanced QuickBooks Online skills — you can untangle a messy file, not just maintain a clean one. A track record of owning month-end close across multiple clients at the same time. Excellent written English — you will write review notes and client-facing summaries. Experience working with Double/Keeper Willingness to complete a practical skills test (bank rec, journal entries, POS Reconciliation, close, and an error-spotting review exercise). We test every finalist — a proven track record matters here. Nice to Have QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification, an accounting degree, or CPA. Familiarity with Hawaii General Excise Tax or other US state sales/gross-receipts taxes. Pay & Benefits USD $800 - $1200/month depending on experience — paid reliably, on time, twice a month. 13th-month pay. Long-term, stable role with a growth path to Bookkeeping Supervisor as the team grows. Daytime-friendly schedule — your PH morning overlaps our Hawaii afternoon, so no night shift. How to Apply Start your application with the word RECONCILED so we know you read this far. Then answer these four questions (short answers are fine): 1. How many years have you done bookkeeping for US-based clients, and in which industries? 2. How many sets of client books do you currently close each month? 3. Describe one real error you caught while reviewing someone else’s work — what was it and how did you catch it? 4. What monthly salary are you looking for? Applications that skip the code word or the questions will not be considered.

Maintain data quality, domain and inbox health, email deliverability, and CRM hygiene. Use AI for research, segmentation, personalization, copy development, analysis, and automation. Coordinate email and LinkedIn sequences, reply handling, and automatic campaign pausing. Test audiences, signals, offers, messages, and follow-up sequences systematically. Track the funnel from prospect to reply, qualified meeting, opportunity, proposal, and closed client. Give the founder a concise weekly view of performance, learnings, risks, and next actions. What We Are Looking For Proven experience building a B2B outbound lead-generation system that produced qualified opportunities. Strong knowledge of ICP design, segmentation, positioning, messaging, testing, and funnel analytics. Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM, pipeline management, workflows, and reporting. Hands-on experience with Instantly or a comparable cold -email platform. Hands-on experience with HeyReach or a comparable LinkedIn outreach platform. Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, n8n, Make, or Zapier is a plus. A solid understanding of cold -email infrastructure, list hygiene, and deliverability. The ability to write concise, credible outreach that sounds human and relevant. Practical experience using AI in daily outbound work without relying on generic mass personalization. Strong analytical judgment and excellent written and spoken English. Experience selling agency, ecommerce, Amazon, SaaS, or other high-value B2B services is strongly preferred. First 90 Days You will audit the current outbound system, define the ICP and core offers, organize GHL, launch coordinated email and LinkedIn campaigns, establish reliable reporting, and build a regular testing cadence. Success means we know which segments, signals, and messages produce qualified meetings and can see the pipeline clearly from first touch to close. This Role Is Not a Fit If Your experience is limited to manual appointment setting from someone else's lists and scripts. You measure success by activity or raw meeting volume instead of qualified pipeline. You rely on generic scraped lists or low-quality AI personalization. You need the founder to design every campaign or tell you what to test next. You cannot explain the conversion rates and business results of a lead-generation system you operated. How to Apply Begin your application with BUILD THE PIPELINE and include: Your résumé or LinkedIn profile. The audience, offer, channels, tools, and responsibilities involved. The qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue it produced. Use real numbers where possible. Explain how you have used GHL, Instantly (or similar), and HeyReach (or similar). Be specific about what you personally configured and managed. Describe one test that failed, what you learned, and what you changed. Give one specific example of how AI improves your outbound work. Generic applications that do not answer these questions will not be considered.

The ministry operates primarily online, reaching women through virtual Bible studies, prayer gatherings, social media, video teachings, conferences, and special events. We are also expanding our digital media presence through She Who Dares, a new podcast hosted by Dagma Koyi featuring honest and inspiring conversations about faith, purpose, courage, personal growth, leadership, and what it means to become the woman God has called you to be. At the heart of She Who Dares is the B3 philosophy: Believe. Become. Build. We are entering a season of growth and are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Digital Marketing, Content & Podcast Specialist to help strengthen the Heart2Heart digital presence, support the growth of Dagma’s personal platform, and produce and market the She Who Dares podcast. This is more than a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to take meaningful long-form content and turn it into a coordinated digital strategy that reaches new audiences, builds community, grows platforms, and moves people from viewers to engaged members of our community. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Audience Growth Develop and manage an integrated monthly content calendar across Heart2Heart, Dagma’s personal platform, and She Who Dares. Identify relevant trends, conversations, content opportunities, and platform best practices while ensuring content remains aligned with our Christian values and brand voice. Write compelling captions, hooks, titles, calls to action, and promotional copy. Schedule and publish approved content consistently. Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to deepen community participation. Review analytics and make practical monthly recommendations based on performance. She Who Dares Podcast Production & Marketing Support the end-to-end digital production and distribution of the She Who Dares podcast. Responsibilities may include: Organizing raw podcast video and audio files Editing or coordinating editing of full podcast episodes Integrating the standardized podcast jingle, branded intro, outro, graphics, titles, and transitions Cleaning audio and removing unnecessary pauses, mistakes, or sections where required Creating polished full-length video episodes for YouTube Preparing audio episodes for podcast distribution platforms Identifying the strongest moments from each episode for promotional content Producing approximately 4–6 high-quality Reels/Shorts from each episode Creating episode thumbnails and promotional graphics Writing episode titles, descriptions, show notes, captions, and calls to action Creating guest announcement and promotional content Preparing shareable promotional assets for podcast guests Supporting podcast upload, scheduling, publishing, and distribution Organizing podcast files and maintaining a consistent production workflow Monitoring podcast and YouTube performance and recommending improvements The successful candidate should understand that the podcast is not simply a piece of content. It is part of a larger audience-building strategy connecting women to She Who Dares, Dagma’s platform, Heart2Heart, events, community, and future programs. Podcast Content Repurposing Each She Who Dares episode should become a multi-platform content campaign, rather than simply being uploaded once. For example, one podcast conversation may become: Full YouTube episode Audio podcast episode 4–6 Reels/YouTube Shorts Guest quote graphics Carousel content Short teaching or insight clips Episode teaser/trailer Behind-the-scenes content Email /newsletter content Audience discussion questions “What Will You Dare?” engagement content The contractor should be able to listen to an episode and independently identify compelling hooks, emotional moments, memorable statements, strong stories, faith insights, and highly shareable clips without requiring the host to provide timestamps for every piece of content. YouTube Channel Growth Help develop and implement a strategy for both ministry and podcast YouTube content. Upload and optimize Bible studies, teachings, interviews, podcast episodes, Shorts, and other long-form content. Create compelling titles, thumbnails, descriptions, keywords, playlists, end screens, and calls to action. Develop YouTube Shorts from long-form content. Organize content into clear playlists and series. Monitor subscribers, views, impressions, click-through rates, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources, and other relevant metrics. Recommend content topics, titles, thumbnails, and formats based on performance. Heart2Heart Content Repurposing Turn long-form ministry content into multiple pieces of digital content. For example, one 30–60 minute Bible study or teaching may become: Full YouTube teaching 3–6 Reels/Shorts Quote graphics Short teaching clips Carousel posts Facebook posts Prayer/devotional content Email content Promotional clips The successful candidate should be comfortable identifying strong moments from longer videos without requiring detailed instructions for every clip. Event Marketing Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for ministry and brand events, including Build HER, conferences, prayer gatherings, Bible studies, She Who Dares events, and other programs. Responsibilities may include developing event marketing timelines and campaigns, promotional graphics and videos, speaker announcements, countdowns, registration campaigns, email marketing, WhatsApp content, social advertising support, speaker promotional kits, registration reminders, and post-event highlights. Maintain each platform’s distinct visual identity while ensuring the overall ecosystem feels cohesive. Strong Canva skills are required. Livestream & Digital Ministry Support As our digital studio and livestreaming capabilities expand, the contractor may support YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Zoom events, multi-platform streaming, livestream graphics and overlays, Scripture/teaching graphics, and digital event content. Experience with StreamYard, OBS, Restream, Zoom, or similar platforms is an asset. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative and visually strong, but also strategic and commercially aware about digital audience growth. The ideal candidate: Understands long-form and short-form content Understands podcast and YouTube production Can recognize a compelling story, hook, quote, or clip Thinks beyond individual posts to campaigns and audience journeys Understands how content can move someone from viewer to follower, subscriber, email /community member, event attendee, or participant Is an excellent written communicator Can work independently and manage deadlines Takes initiative rather than waiting for detailed instructions Is comfortable working with explicitly Christian content Respects the ministry’s biblical values and messaging Can maintain the host’s authentic voice rather than making everything sound generic Is interested in understanding our audience and helping us grow it Required Skills Strong experience in social media management, Instagram and Facebook marketing, TikTok/Reels/Shorts, YouTube channel management, short-form video editing, Canva, content repurposing, copywriting, content scheduling, digital marketing analytics, and event marketing. Podcast or long-form video production experience is strongly preferred. Experience with audio editing, podcast distribution, email marketing, livestreaming platforms, YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and audience-growth strategies is an asset. Contract Structure Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week initially Initial Term: 3-month trial contract, with opportunity for ongoing work Because the ministry is based in Canada and serves an international audience, the contractor must be able to work independently across time zones and attend scheduled virtual meetings when required. Some weeks may require flexibility around podcast releases, campaigns, livestreams, or events. What Success Looks Like During the first 90 days, we would like to see measurable progress in: Consistency and quality of social media content Increased social media reach and meaningful engagement Growth in followers and YouTube subscribers Increased YouTube views and watch time Successful launch and consistent production of She Who Dares Growth in podcast views/listens and subscribers Consistent production of strong short-form content from podcast episodes Consistent repurposing of Heart2Heart long-form content Improved visual consistency across platforms Growth of our email /community audience Increased registrations for ministry and brand events A reliable content production and publishing workflow Clear monthly reporting and recommendations based on digital performance We are interested not only in how much content is produced, but whether the content is helping us reach, engag

B2B Marketing Expert

Confidential employer

We are a leading Amazon agency looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to build predictable demand and qualified pipeline. You will own the marketing system that turns our expertise, client results, and offers into traffic, leads, nurture, and sales opportunities. This includes content, landing pages, email marketing, conversion optimization, campaign execution, and reporting. This is not a role for someone who only posts on social media or waits for detailed instructions. You should be able to identify opportunities, launch campaigns, study the data, and improve performance every week. What You Will Own Build and manage the growth marketing plan across content, SEO, email , partnerships, lead magnets, and paid or organic campaigns where appropriate. Turn client results, Amazon expertise, and sales insights into compelling content and campaigns. Create and improve landing pages, forms, calls to action, and conversion paths. Develop lead magnets, audits, reports, webinars, and other offers that attract established ecommerce brands. Build email nurture, follow-up, reactivation, and newsletter campaigns in GoHighLevel or a similar platform. Maintain clean CRM attribution, lifecycle stages, campaign tracking, and lead-routing workflows. Use AI for research, content development, repurposing, analysis, personalization, and workflow automation. Run structured tests across audiences, offers, headlines, creative, channels, and conversion steps. Coordinate with sales so campaigns reflect real buyer questions, objections, and lost-deal feedback. Track performance from traffic and lead capture through qualified opportunity and closed revenue. Give the founder a concise weekly report covering results, insights, experiments, and next actions. What We Are Looking For Proven experience growing a B2B agency, professional service, SaaS company, or comparable business. Strong direct-response writing and the ability to turn complex expertise into clear, persuasive marketing. Experience building landing pages, email campaigns, nurture workflows, and lead magnets. Working knowledge of SEO, content distribution, conversion-rate optimization, and marketing analytics. Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform. Comfort using GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, or comparable reporting tools. Practical experience using AI to improve speed and quality without publishing generic or unverified content. Strong analytical judgment and the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience marketing an Amazon, ecommerce, digital marketing, or other high-value B2B service is strongly preferred. First 90 Days You will audit our current website, content, CRM, offers, analytics, and funnel; identify the highest-impact growth opportunities; establish reliable reporting; and launch an initial set of campaigns and conversion improvements. Success means we know which channels, content, and offers generate qualified opportunities, leads receive consistent follow-up, and marketing performance is visible from first touch to closed client. This Role Is Not a Fit If Your experience is limited to social media posting or coordinating other people's campaigns. You focus on traffic, impressions, or followers without connecting them to qualified pipeline. You need the founder to supply every idea, outline every campaign, or interpret the results for you. You publish generic AI content without original insight, fact-checking, or quality control. You are uncomfortable owning both strategy and hands-on execution. You avoid analytics, CRM hygiene, documentation, or structured testing. How to Apply Begin your application with BUILD DEMAND and include: Your résumé or LinkedIn profile. The audience, offer, channels, funnel, and tools involved—and which parts you personally executed. The qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue the campaign produced. Use real numbers where possible. Links or screenshots showing landing pages, email s, content, dashboards, or other relevant work. One experiment that failed, what the data showed, and what you changed afterward. One specific example of how AI improves your marketing work. Generic applications that do not address these points will not be considered.

Executive Assistant for Business Operations & Growth Support

Confidential employer

We're an Australian property investment business launching several new ventures — including an online education platform and a drop-shipping curtain business — alongside our core operations. We're looking for a strong, capable operator who can take true end-to-end ownership: setting up a business from scratch and then running it day-to-day once live. This is not an admin or support role. You'll be the person who builds how a business works — systems, processes, structure — and then keeps it running well. If one venture doesn't fill your time, you may take on more than one. This is a full-time role, starting part-time for the first few months. What you'll be doing Setting up new business ventures — it's systems, structure, and operations Running ventures day-to-day once they're operational Building and managing teams where needed as ventures grow Establishing processes so each business operates smoothly without constant oversight Identifying and solving operational problems before they become blockers Reporting progress and flagging issues that need attention Taking on new ventures or projects as they come up — scoping and launching each one Bringing structure to ambiguous, early-stage situations Who we're looking for You may be a strong fit if you: Have experience setting up a business, department, or venture from scratch — not just running an existing one Have experience managing or coordinating teams Are comfortable operating with real autonomy and minimal day-to-day direction Can make sound decisions independently and follow through without being chased Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English Are a strategic thinker who is also structured and detail-oriented in execution Can juggle multiple ventures or priorities at once Experience in online education, real estate, buyers agency, or ecommerce is a strong plus — but we're primarily looking for a proven operator who can figure things out, regardless of specific industry background. What success looks like New ventures move from idea to fully operational Once live, each venture runs smoothly with minimal oversight required Problems get identified and solved before they escalate You become someone we can hand a new venture to and trust it'll get built and run well Hours and working arrangement Full-time role, starting part-time for the first few months. Some availability during Melbourne business hours required. Exact hours and schedule will be discussed with shortlisted applicants. How to apply Please submit the following: Your most recent, updated CV A 2–3 minute Loom video introducing yourself and walking through your relevant experience — please speak naturally, and DO NOT read from a script Applications without a Loom video will not be considered. AI Chief of Staff

Confidential employer

Important: Please do not submit your application directly here or via email . To be considered, all applications must be submitted exclusively through the official Google Form linked below. Wentwood Capital is a Miami-based private real estate lender. We are a team of rockstar A+ performers from top companies, driven by a culture of hard work and teamwork! Here's a glimpse of our last company meetup in Vietnam: www. >facebook .com /share/r/1E4jcnmm2P/ We are looking for an AI Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and build, operate, and continuously improve his personal operating system, which we call AbbasOS. This role reports directly to the CEO. AbbasOS is the system around the CEO's executive workflows, communications, calendar, follow-ups, personal administration, household and family logistics, vendors, and other recurring responsibilities that consume time and attention. The goal is to systematically reduce recurring administrative and cognitive load while preserving the CEO's visibility and control over the things that actually require his judgment. This is not a traditional Chief of Staff or Executive Assistant role. You will not become a gatekeeper between the CEO and the people he already works with. You will review how recurring work currently happens, document it, improve it, build playbooks and prompts, create practical AI agents and automations, and work with our AI Automation Engineer and other technical team members when deeper technical development is required. We are looking for an operator who combines strong judgment, organization, process thinking, and practical AI ability. You should be comfortable taking an unclear recurring problem, understanding how it works, designing a better system, building what you reasonably can yourself, and coordinating with others when needed. What You'll Do: Own the ongoing development and operation of AbbasOS, the CEO's personal operating system Review how the CEO currently manages email , calendar, scheduling, follow-ups, executive workflows, personal administration, household and family logistics, vendors, travel, research, and other recurring responsibilities Identify where the CEO's time and attention are being consumed and prioritize recurring problems that can return the most time or reduce the most cognitive load Turn recurring workflows into clear SOPs, playbooks, decision rules, prompts, ownership, handoffs, and escalation paths Build practical AI agents, automations, and multi-step workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, and similar tools Build workflows that summarize information, identify priorities, prepare recommendations, draft responses, route tasks, track follow-ups, and surface items that actually require the CEO's judgment Develop an AI-assisted email operating model that can triage and prioritize messages, summarize what matters, identify required actions, prepare drafts where appropriate, route work to the right person, and track follow-up Improve calendar and scheduling workflows so commitments, preparation requirements, conflicts, priorities, reminders, and follow-ups are handled systematically Create systems that convert conversations, email s, meetings, decisions, and commitments into clear actions and make sure those actions are tracked through completion Build systems around recurring household, family, vendor, travel, document, renewal, and personal administration workflows without replacing the people already responsible for those areas Determine what should be handled by AI, automation, the AI Chief of Staff, an existing team member, an outside resource, or the CEO Personally build useful first versions of simpler AI workflows and agents without waiting on an engineer for every improvement Work with our AI Automation Engineer and other technical team members when a workflow requires deeper technical development or more sophisticated automation Test workflows in real use, identify where they fail, and continuously improve them Maintain clear documentation so AbbasOS remains organized, repeatable, and not dependent on one individual What We're Looking For: 2-4 years of real hands-on experience in business operations, founder or executive support, chief of staff work, AI automation, systems operations, or a similar role Strong practical experience using AI to improve real workflows, not just using ChatGPT for drafting or research Hands-on experience personally building AI agents, automations, or multi-step workflows Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar AI and automation tools Ability to take an unclear or manual recurring process and turn it into a structured, repeatable workflow Strong process thinking and the judgment to determine what should be automated, delegated, standardized, or kept human Excellent written English and the ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely Exceptional organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to keep track of multiple open loops without losing control Strong judgment and discretion when working with confidential business, financial, family, and personal information Self-directed and comfortable identifying problems, recommending solutions, and implementing improvements without significant hand-holding Comfortable working directly with a CEO whose business and personal workflows are constantly evolving Comfortable collaborating with technical team members and knowing when something should be handed off for deeper development Someone who keeps up with AI because they genuinely enjoy finding practical ways to use it If your AI experience is primarily prompting ChatGPT, drafting content, or experimenting with tools but you have not personally built working agents, automations, or repeatable workflows, this is not the right role.
