Virtual Assistant ( Sales and Service)

About the Role
We are a growing outbound sales call center looking for a confident, results-driven sales representative to join our team. You will be making outbound calls to potential customers, servicing existing customers , and setting appointments on behalf of our clients in the US market.

Responsibilities
Make 90–100 outbound calls per day using a provided dialer
Set up servicing appointments
Follow a sales script and handle objections professionally
Set qualified appointments or generate leads for clients
Update CRM with accurate call notes and dispositions
Attend daily team huddles and hit weekly KPI targets
Submit end-of-day performance reports
