**Full-Time Architect — Revit, AutoCAD & 3D Rendering Expert for Luxury U.S. Homes**
We are a U.S. luxury custom home builder designing and constructing high-end residences in Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We produce architect-led, one-of-a-kind homes — and we are looking for a highly skilled architect to join our design team.
We are hiring a full-time Architect with at least 5 years of experience creating full U.S. residential permit sets and producing high-end 3D visualizations. Only apply if you have expert-level skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and professional rendering software.
**Position: Full-Time Architect**
**Core Responsibilities**
- Create custom luxury new home plans from concept sketches through permit-ready construction documents
- Produce full U.S. new-home permit sets, including:
- Foundation plans
- Structural wood framing plans
- Floor plans with dimensions/notes
- Electrical & lighting layouts
- Building sections & details
- Exterior elevations
- Roof plans & schedules
- Develop high-end 3D exterior and interior renderings
- Create architectural animations, walkthroughs, and flyovers
- Build clean, accurate Revit models and complete AutoCAD sheets
- Interpret site plans, zoning, setbacks, and constraints
- Coordinate with our U.S. architecture team to refine concepts and create design options
**Required Qualifications**
- Registered Architect (PH license strongly preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency with:
- Autodesk Revit (required)
- AutoCAD (required)
- Enscape
- Twinmotion
- Lumion
- SketchUp (for modeling workflows)
- Any advanced rendering pipeline you regularly use
- Ability to create premium photo-realistic renderings and smooth animations
- Minimum 5 years experience preparing residential construction documents
- Proven ability to produce complete U.S. permit sets for new homes
- Strong understanding of residential design, proportion, layout flow, and curb appeal
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to coordinate with U.S. working hours (full or partial overlap)
**Portfolio Requirements**
Applicants must submit ALL of the following (no exceptions):
- At least 3 complete U.S. residential permit sets (PDF)
- Revit or AutoCAD files/screenshots showing model + sheet organization
- Renderings (interior & exterior)
- 3D modeling samples (SketchUp or Revit)
- Animations or walkthroughs (Enscape/Twinmotion/Lumion)
- Wood framing or structural detail examples
Applicants without U.S. permit set samples will not be considered.
**Preferred Experience**
- Work experience with U.S. architects, contractors, or builders
- Strong construction detail coordination
- Familiarity with U.S. zoning, setbacks, and site planning
- Ability to generate fast concept options for multiple lot conditions
