About the Role

Heart2Heart Global Ministry | Dagma Koyi | She Who Dares

About Us

Heart2Heart Global Ministry is a Christian women’s ministry committed to equipping, strengthening, and empowering women through biblical teaching, prayer, spiritual development, leadership, and transformational gatherings.

The ministry operates primarily online, reaching women through virtual Bible studies, prayer gatherings, social media, video teachings, conferences, and special events.

We are also expanding our digital media presence through She Who Dares, a new podcast hosted by Dagma Koyi featuring honest and inspiring conversations about faith, purpose, courage, personal growth, leadership, and what it means to become the woman God has called you to be.

At the heart of She Who Dares is the B3 philosophy: Believe. Become. Build.

We are entering a season of growth and are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Digital Marketing, Content & Podcast Specialist to help strengthen the Heart2Heart digital presence, support the growth of Dagma’s personal platform, and produce and market the She Who Dares podcast.

This is more than a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to take meaningful long-form content and turn it into a coordinated digital strategy that reaches new audiences, builds community, grows platforms, and moves people from viewers to engaged members of our community.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Audience Growth

Develop and manage an integrated monthly content calendar across Heart2Heart, Dagma’s personal platform, and She Who Dares.

Manage and/or support content distribution across Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, email /community growth, podcast listeners/viewers, and event registrations.

Identify relevant trends, conversations, content opportunities, and platform best practices while ensuring content remains aligned with our Christian values and brand voice.

Write compelling captions, hooks, titles, calls to action, and promotional copy.

Schedule and publish approved content consistently.

Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to deepen community participation.

Review analytics and make practical monthly recommendations based on performance.

She Who Dares Podcast Production & Marketing

Support the end-to-end digital production and distribution of the She Who Dares podcast.

Responsibilities may include:

Organizing raw podcast video and audio files
Editing or coordinating editing of full podcast episodes
Integrating the standardized podcast jingle, branded intro, outro, graphics, titles, and transitions
Cleaning audio and removing unnecessary pauses, mistakes, or sections where required
Creating polished full-length video episodes for YouTube
Preparing audio episodes for podcast distribution platforms
Identifying the strongest moments from each episode for promotional content
Producing approximately 4–6 high-quality Reels/Shorts from each episode
Creating episode thumbnails and promotional graphics
Writing episode titles, descriptions, show notes, captions, and calls to action
Creating guest announcement and promotional content
Preparing shareable promotional assets for podcast guests
Supporting podcast upload, scheduling, publishing, and distribution
Organizing podcast files and maintaining a consistent production workflow
Monitoring podcast and YouTube performance and recommending improvements

The successful candidate should understand that the podcast is not simply a piece of content. It is part of a larger audience-building strategy connecting women to She Who Dares, Dagma’s platform, Heart2Heart, events, community, and future programs.

Podcast Content Repurposing

Each She Who Dares episode should become a multi-platform content campaign, rather than simply being uploaded once.

For example, one podcast conversation may become:

Full YouTube episode
Audio podcast episode
4–6 Reels/YouTube Shorts
Guest quote graphics
Carousel content
Short teaching or insight clips
Episode teaser/trailer
Behind-the-scenes content

Email /newsletter content
Audience discussion questions
“What Will You Dare?” engagement content

The contractor should be able to listen to an episode and independently identify compelling hooks, emotional moments, memorable statements, strong stories, faith insights, and highly shareable clips without requiring the host to provide timestamps for every piece of content.

YouTube Channel Growth

Help develop and implement a strategy for both ministry and podcast YouTube content.

Upload and optimize Bible studies, teachings, interviews, podcast episodes, Shorts, and other long-form content.

Create compelling titles, thumbnails, descriptions, keywords, playlists, end screens, and calls to action.

Develop YouTube Shorts from long-form content.

Organize content into clear playlists and series.

Monitor subscribers, views, impressions, click-through rates, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources, and other relevant metrics.

Recommend content topics, titles, thumbnails, and formats based on performance.

Heart2Heart Content Repurposing

Turn long-form ministry content into multiple pieces of digital content.

For example, one 30–60 minute Bible study or teaching may become:

Full YouTube teaching
3–6 Reels/Shorts
Quote graphics
Short teaching clips
Carousel posts

Facebook posts
Prayer/devotional content

Email content
Promotional clips

The successful candidate should be comfortable identifying strong moments from longer videos without requiring detailed instructions for every clip.

Event Marketing

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for ministry and brand events, including Build HER, conferences, prayer gatherings, Bible studies, She Who Dares events, and other programs.

Responsibilities may include developing event marketing timelines and campaigns, promotional graphics and videos, speaker announcements, countdowns, registration campaigns, email marketing, WhatsApp content, social advertising support, speaker promotional kits, registration reminders, and post-event highlights.

Track registrations and campaign performance and recommend adjustments where needed.

Graphic Design & Brand Consistency

Create professional digital materials consistent with the visual identity of Heart2Heart, Dagma, and She Who Dares, including social media graphics, event flyers, podcast artwork, episode graphics, YouTube thumbnails, quote graphics, carousels, speaker/guest announcements, Bible study graphics, and prayer/devotional content.

Maintain each platform’s distinct visual identity while ensuring the overall ecosystem feels cohesive.

Strong Canva skills are required.

Livestream & Digital Ministry Support

As our digital studio and livestreaming capabilities expand, the contractor may support YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Zoom events, multi-platform streaming, livestream graphics and overlays, Scripture/teaching graphics, and digital event content.

Experience with StreamYard, OBS, Restream, Zoom, or similar platforms is an asset.

The ideal candidate:

Understands long-form and short-form content

Can recognize a compelling story, hook, quote, or clip
Thinks beyond individual posts to campaigns and audience journeys
Understands how content can move someone from viewer to follower, subscriber, email /community member, event attendee, or participant
Is an excellent written communicator
Can work independently and manage deadlines
Takes initiative rather than waiting for detailed instructions
Is comfortable working with explicitly Christian content
Respects the ministry’s biblical values and messaging
Can maintain the host’s authentic voice rather than making everything sound generic
Is interested in understanding our audience and helping us grow it

Strong experience in social media management, Instagram and Facebook marketing, TikTok/Reels/Shorts, YouTube channel management, short-form video editing, Canva, content repurposing, copywriting, content scheduling, digital marketing analytics, and event marketing.

Podcast or long-form video production experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with audio editing, podcast distribution, email marketing, livestreaming platforms, YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and audience-growth strategies is an asset.

Contract Structure

Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week initially
Initial Term: 3-month trial contract, with opportunity for ongoing work

Because the ministry is based in Canada and serves an international audience, the contractor must be able to work independently across time zones and attend scheduled virtual meetings when required.
