Credit Repair Dispute Specialist Needed – Growing Credit Repair Company

We're a startup credit repair company and we're ready to bring on our first Dispute Specialist. This is a real opportunity to get in early with a company that's actively growing, and your hours, pay, and responsibilities can grow right along with it.

About the Role

This is a part time position, 15 to 20 hours a week to start. You'll be responsible for importing credit reports, drafting dispute letters, and saving all documentation in Credit Repair Cloud. You'll also handle CFPB dispute drafting and track the progress of those disputes until they're resolved.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of hands on experience working in credit repair is required. You should already be comfortable working in Credit Repair Cloud, IdentityIQ, and SmartCredit, and you should know your way around the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau website for filing and tracking disputes.

You also need solid knowledge of the FCRA and consumer protection laws. We're not looking for someone who just fills in a template. We want someone who understands why a dispute works, what makes it legally sound, and how to write letters that actually get results.
