WordPress Directory Developer — Long-Term Opportunity

Confidential employer

Company: TDM Media LLC Initial Project: Roof Response Network Platform: DirectoryOS Work Arrangement: Remote Initial Compensation: $8–$15 USD/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated technical ability Initial Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with opportunity to increase Long-Term Opportunity: Salaried (eventually) / Full-Time Position About the Opportunity TDM Media LLC is building a portfolio of niche, data-driven directory websites designed to help consumers find and connect with local service providers. Our first project is Roof Response Network, a nationwide roofing contractor directory. However, we are not looking for someone simply to build one WordPress website. We are developing a reusable platform called DirectoryOS that will eventually power multiple directory businesses across different industries. We are looking for a WordPress developer who would like to grow with us long term. The position will begin on an hourly basis, including a paid test project. As the platform launches, revenue grows, and we establish a successful working relationship, our goal is to transition the right person into a stable salaried/full-time position. For us, quality matters more than simply finding the lowest hourly rate. We are looking for someone who can build things correctly, work efficiently, communicate well, and become a trusted long-term member of our team. What You'll Be Building Our initial project will use WordPress and Directorist to create a scalable directory platform. You will help us build and configure: WordPress Directorist Bricks Builder Structured contractor listings Custom listing fields Categories and taxonomies City/state/location structures Search and filtering Contractor profile pages Directory search-results pages Maps and location functionality CSV/data imports SEO-friendly directory architecture Lead-capture forms Mobile-responsive layouts Performance and security configuration We will also be working with structured business data collected and enriched through tools such as Apify, APIs, and other data sources. You do not need to be an Apify expert, but you should be comfortable working with structured data, CSV files, custom fields, imports, APIs, and WordPress databases. The Type of Developer We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands WordPress as a development platform—not simply someone who installs themes and page builders. You should be comfortable thinking through a workflow such as: Data Source → Structured Data → WordPress Fields → Directory Listings → Search/Filters → User Experience Strong candidates will have experience with several of the following: WordPress development Directorist or similar directory plugins Bricks Builder Custom post types and custom fields WordPress taxonomies WP All Import or similar import tools Large CSV imports APIs and JSON PHP JavaScript HTML/CSS Git/GitHub WordPress performance optimization Technical SEO/schema Cloudflare Cloudways or similar managed WordPress hosting Experience with Apify, web scraping, automation, or large directory websites is a major plus. You do not need to already know every tool in our technology stack. Strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and demonstrated ability to build reliable systems are more important to us than checking every box. Our Development Philosophy We want to build a platform that is maintainable and reusable. Our general approach is: Configure before customizing. Customize before custom coding. We don't want unnecessary custom code when WordPress or an established plugin already provides a reliable solution. At the same time, you should be capable of writing clean custom code when it is genuinely necessary. Everything we build should be designed with future directories in mind. We care about building things correctly the first time rather than choosing shortcuts that create technical problems later. First Project Your first project will be a paid assignment involving part of the DirectoryOS / Roof Response Network platform. Candidates who successfully complete the paid assignment may be selected to continue with the full project. The first development sprint will focus on establishing the WordPress environment, configuring the core directory platform, creating the initial listing structure, and producing a working prototype using sample contractor data. Detailed specifications and relevant training resources will be provided to the selected developer. Training & Documentation We have invested in specialized training covering the directory-building methods and tools we intend to use. The selected developer will receive access to the relevant portions of this training along with our own DirectoryOS documentation. You will not be expected to figure out the entire project from scratch. We have documented the product vision, technology stack, architecture, development backlog, and initial sprint. We want our developer spending time building, not guessing what we want. Communication & Working Hours TDM Media LLC is based in the United States and operates on U.S. Eastern Time (ET). Most development work can be completed asynchronously, and we do not expect you to work an entire U.S. overnight schedule. However, regular communication and some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time will be important. The company owner currently works another business role from approximately 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, so we would prefer a developer who can provide some availability after those hours. Ideally, you should be able to provide: -1–2 hours of overlap between approximately 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time on agreed weekdays when needed -Reasonable weekend availability for occasional project meetings, demonstrations, planning sessions, or troubleshooting -Regular written progress updates that can be reviewed asynchronously -Timely responses to questions or issues that could block development You will not necessarily be expected to attend a meeting every day. We want development time spent building rather than sitting in unnecessary meetings. Our goal is to establish a predictable communication schedule that works well for both sides. You should be comfortable: -Providing regular progress updates -Asking questions when requirements are unclear -Explaining technical decisions in plain English -Documenting important configuration and custom development -Demonstrating completed work -Receiving feedback and making revisions -Working from written requirements and acceptance criteria -Proactively identifying blockers rather than waiting until a deadline We value reliability and transparency more than pretending to know everything. If you encounter a problem, tell us. We would rather solve it together early than discover it weeks later. Long-Term Potential This is not intended to be a one-time website project. Our goal is to build multiple directory businesses using the DirectoryOS platform. As those businesses grow, there should be ongoing work involving: -New directory launches -New features -Data integrations -SEO/AEO improvements -Automation -Performance improvements -Maintenance -Testing -Platform improvements We would love to find someone who eventually knows DirectoryOS extremely well and becomes a key long-term member of TDM Media LLC. The position will initially be hourly at approximately 15–25 hours per week while we complete the first project and establish a successful working relationship. Hours can increase as development needs grow. As the company generates revenue and the relationship proves successful, our intention is to transition the right person into a stable salaried/full-time role with TDM Media LLC. We are looking for someone interested in the opportunity to grow with the company rather than simply complete a single website project. Confidentiality & Ownership Because you will be working with proprietary business processes, software configurations, data structures, development methods, and other intellectual property, the selected developer will be required to sign a Confidentiality/Nondisclosure and Intellectual Property Agreement before receiving access to proprietary materials and production systems. All work product created for TDM Media LLC as part of the engagement will be owned by TDM Media LLC according to the terms of that agreement. How to Apply Please answer all of the following questions in your application. 1. How many years have you worked with WordPress? 2. Have you built a directory, marketplace, classified, real-estate, job-board, or other database-driven WordPress website? Please provide examples and explain specifically what you built. 3. Have you used Directorist? If yes, describe your experience. If not, which similar directory plugins have you used? 4. Have you worked with Bricks Builder? If yes, describe your experience. 5. Tell us about the largest CSV or dataset you have imported into WordPress. What tools did you use, and how did you handle duplicates or errors? 6. What experience do you have working with APIs, JSON, custom fields, custom post types, or WordPress taxonomies? 7. Have you used Apify or other web-scraping/data-collection tools? If yes, please explain. 8. How comfortable are you with Git and GitHub? 9. When would you choose custom PHP/JavaScript instead of using an existing WordPress plugin? 10. If you were given 50,000 business records containing business name, address, phone number, website, categories, latitude/longitude, and service areas, briefly explain how you would approach importing those records into a WordPress directory. 11. What city/country and time zone are you currently located in? 12. What are your normal working hours in your local time? 13. Are you able to provide 1–2 hours of working/meeting overlap between approximately 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time on agreed weekdays wh

Social Media Manager & Content Creator - Real Estate

Confidential employer

Hi! I’m a Realtor in Florida, and I’m looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join me and help grow my real estate brand. I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys social media and content creation, someone who notices a trending Reel or audio and immediately starts thinking about how we could put our own spin on it. I’ll provide you with plenty of photos, videos, listing information, client reviews, real estate information, and ideas. I need someone who can take what I give them and turn it into beautiful, engaging content without needing step-by-step instructions for every post. I also want this to be collaborative! If you have an idea and need something from me, tell me. If you think I should record a certain video, send me the idea or talking points and I’ll record it for you. I want someone who will bring ideas to the table and help me figure out what we should create next. What You'll Help Me With You’ll help create and manage content for my: Instagram Facebook personal & business pages TikTok LinkedIn Google Business Profile X/Twitter A big part of your role will be taking the photos and videos I send you and turning them into professional Reels, short-form videos, carousels, graphics, and posts. Some weeks that might mean creating a Reel for a new luxury listing. Another week it might be a fun trending Reel, a local Citrus County post, a client success story, an educational carousel for sellers, a market update, or content that simply lets people get to know me. I don't want my page to feel like one big real estate advertisement. I want to build a recognizable personal brand that people actually enjoy following. You'd Be a Great Fit If You... Love creating Reels and short-form video Are very comfortable with Canva and CapCut or similar programs Have a great eye for clean, polished design Keep up with trending music, audio, Reel formats and social media trends Know how to create a strong hook that makes someone want to keep watching Can turn a folder of photos and random video clips into something that looks professional Can create beautiful carousels and graphics Write captions in excellent English Understand that Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , LinkedIn and Google Business shouldn't necessarily receive the exact same post Are creative and comfortable bringing your own ideas to me Pay attention to the little details Communicate well and meet deadlines Are open to feedback and revisions Want a long-term position where you can learn the brand and grow with the business Real estate social media experience is definitely a plus, especially if you've worked with a U.S.-based Realtor or real estate company, but great content and creativity are what I really want to see. The Look & Feel My goal is for my brand to feel: Luxury • Professional • Modern • Local • Approachable • Authentic Think clean and sophisticated, but still personal and relatable. I don't want generic Realtor templates or a feed filled with "JUST SOLD!" graphics. I want content that feels current, interesting and recognizable as my brand. A Little About the Role I'm looking for someone who can eventually take real ownership of my social media posts (I will stay connected to my followers and friends by responding to comments on my posts). I don't expect you to know my business or my local market on day one. I'll help you learn both. What I do want from the beginning is creativity, initiative and a willingness to learn. If you see a trend that would be perfect for us, send it to me. If you need a video from me, tell me what to record. If you think we could turn one piece of content into five different posts, I want to hear your ideas. The goal is for us to work together, not for me to hand you a list of exactly what to do every day. How to Apply I'd love to see what you've created! Please email your application and include: Your resume Your portfolio Links to social media accounts you've managed At least 3 Reels or short-form videos you've personally edited Examples of carousels or graphics you've created Any experience you have with real estate or U.S.-based clients The programs you use for video editing and content creation Your availability each week Your desired hourly rate or monthly salary Please copy and paste the following into the subject line of your email : SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER – [YOUR FIRST NAME] For example: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER – MARIA This helps me keep applications organized and lets me know which position you're applying for. Most Importantly... I'm hoping to find someone I really enjoy working with who wants to stick around and grow with me. As my real estate business grows, I'd love for this role to grow too. If you're creative, love social media, have a great eye for content, and are the kind of person who's always sending someone a Reel saying "We should do this!"—I'd love to hear from you.

POTENTIAL Full Time Editor Needed- Tiktok Shop/Meta Ads

Confidential employer

TikTok Short-Form Video Editor — TikTok Shop / UGC I’m looking for a high-level short-form video editor who understands how to edit specifically for TikTok retention, engagement, and conversions. This is not a traditional video editing position. I’m looking for someone who understands why people stop scrolling, what keeps them watching, and how editing can make a TikTok Shop video perform better. What You’ll Be Editing You’ll primarily edit: TikTok Shop product videos UGC-style advertisements Beauty, skincare, haircare, grooming, and lifestyle content Talking-head videos Product demonstrations Before/after style content where appropriate 15–60 second short-form videos I will usually provide the raw footage and overall concept. Your job is to turn that footage into a polished, high-retention TikTok. Creative References & Inspiration I need an editor who is comfortable working from video inspiration and references. I should be able to send you examples of TikToks, Reels, ads, or specific edits and say: “I want this video edited similar to this style.” You should be able to study the reference and understand things like: Pacing Caption style Cuts and transitions Zooms and punch-ins B-roll placement Sound effects Graphics Hook structure Overall editing energy and flow You should be able to take inspiration from the reference without simply copying it, and adapt that editing style to my own footage and content. The goal is for me to be able to send you raw footage + a reference video + basic instructions, and have you understand the direction without needing excessive back-and-forth. The Editing Style I Want I want editing that feels native to TikTok, not like a traditional commercial. You should understand how to use: Strong visual hooks within the first 1–3 seconds Fast, natural cuts that remove unnecessary pauses Pattern interrupts to maintain attention Strategic punch-ins and zooms Clean, readable on-screen text Attention-grabbing text hooks Dynamic captions B-roll and product close-ups Images/graphics when they help explain a point Sound effects when appropriate TikTok-style pacing Music that complements the video without overpowering it Visual emphasis on important words or selling points The goal is high retention without making the video feel obnoxiously overedited. Most Important Skill You need to understand short-form viewer psychology. I don't just want someone who knows how to use Premiere Pro or CapCut. You should be able to look at raw footage and think: "What can I change here to stop someone from scrolling and keep them watching?" You should understand concepts like: Scroll stopping Curiosity Open loops Pattern interrupts Watch-time optimization Retention Pacing Product-focused storytelling Direct-response style editing Requirements You should have experience editing content for at least one of the following: TikTok TikTok Shop Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts UGC advertisements Direct-response social media ads TikTok Shop or UGC editing experience is strongly preferred. You should also be: Reliable Easy to communicate with Able to follow an established editing style Able to recreate the feel of reference videos I provide Able to take direction without needing every individual edit explained Able to deliver consistently Comfortable receiving large amounts of raw footage Detail-oriented Able to turn around videos quickly CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar professional editing software is acceptable. What I DON'T Want Please do not apply if your experience is primarily: Long-form YouTube videos Podcasts Weddings Cinematic videos Corporate videos Music videos unless you also have a strong short-form TikTok/Reels portfolio. I'm specifically looking for someone who understands performance-focused short-form content. Potential Long-Term Opportunity I'm a high-volume content creator and regularly produce TikTok Shop videos. I'm looking for someone I can potentially work with long term, so there will be consistent work available for the right editor. As we develop a workflow, I want the editor to learn my style well enough that I can send over raw footage and video inspiration, and they can understand exactly how the finished video should look. How to Apply Please send: 1. Your short-form editing portfolio 2. 3–5 of your BEST TikTok/Reels/Shorts edits 3. Any TikTok Shop or UGC ads you've edited 4. The software you use 5. Your typical turnaround time 6. Your rate per short-form video 7. How many videos you can realistically edit per week Important: Do not send me a portfolio with 50 videos and ask me to choose. Send me the 3–5 videos that best demonstrate your ability to edit high-retention TikTok content. Application Question At the bottom of your application, answer: "What are the 3 most important things you would do in the first 3 seconds of a TikTok to increase the chances someone keeps watching?" Applications that do not answer this question may not be considered.

Lead List Building & Automation Specialist

Confidential employer

ABOUT THE ROLE We run cold -email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns for a growing group of clients. We are hiring a technical, detail-oriented operator to learn and own our list-building operation. This role is a good fit for someone with software-development, automation, or AI-assisted coding experience who is also comfortable doing careful operational work every day. IMPORTANT ROLE FIT The main day-to-day responsibility is manually operating our existing list-building process. Previous lead-generation or list-building experience is not required—we expect to train you on the process. Development and automation are real parts of the job, but they are not the entire job or the main daily function. You will first learn the workflow, perform it manually, and take responsibility for accurate completed lists. After you understand the operation, you will also use Codex and other tools to fix bugs, improve our software, and automate useful parts of the workflow. Manual list-building and quality-control work will remain a permanent part of the position even as the tools improve. If you only want to develop software, build systems, or automate processes and do not want regular manual operations work, this role is not a fit. WHAT YOU WILL DO Learn our list-building process and the targeting rules for each client. Monitor campaign inventory and replenish lead lists before campaigns run low. Turn each client's target audience into accurate, creative search strategies. Build cold -email and LinkedIn lists using AI Ark, our internal List Builder, and approved supporting tools. Check company fit, decision-maker fit, recent client history, required fields, and duplicate risk. Export, combine, review, and deliver completed lists accurately. Run the required 90-day checking and personalization steps. Review feedback, document completed work, maintain trackers, and communicate real blockers early. After learning the workflow, use Codex or similar AI coding tools to diagnose bugs, fix problems, and improve your assigned copy or branch of the List Builder. Build useful automations and workflow improvements when they support the operation. Test software changes carefully. Do not change the shared production version without approval. After training, communicate professionally in relevant client Slack channels. TOOLS AI Ark, our internal List Builder, Email Bison, Codex, ChatGPT, GitHub, Slack, Google Drive, spreadsheets, CSV files, and other approved tools. REQUIREMENTS Practical software-development, coding, automation, or AI-assisted development experience. You should have personally built, changed, fixed, or automated real workflows or software. Willingness to learn and permanently own the manual list-building and quality-control work, not only the coding and automation work. Strong technical problem-solving and critical thinking. Fluent written and spoken English. Reliable availability Monday-Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Philippine Time. This is a full-time role. Disclose any current jobs, clients, businesses, school, or ongoing projects before hiring. They must not interfere with the required schedule or work completed for FlowLead. Excellent attention to detail with filters, spreadsheets, CSV files, research, and duplicate checks. Honest about errors and never fabricates data. Reliable computer, internet connection, and power/internet backup. Previous lead-generation or list-building experience is not required. We will train you on our process. PREFERRED Hands-on experience using Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to build or improve real software is especially valuable. Experience with GitHub, Python, JavaScript, APIs, browser automation, or workflow automation is also helpful. HOW TO APPLY Send a short, specific written application. Briefly: Describe one real coding, automation, or AI-assisted development project that you personally built, changed, or fixed. Confirm that you understand the main day-to-day responsibility is manually operating the list-building process and that this will remain part of the job. Confirm that you can work full-time from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Philippine Time, and disclose any other current jobs or regular commitments. Do not send a video with your initial application. Selected applicants will be asked to send a short 2–4 minute video before an interview. The video will cover your technical experience, your understanding of the manual and technical parts of the role, current jobs or other commitments, full-time availability, the $500 monthly compensation, and your earliest start date. Honest, specific answers are more useful than generic AI-written responses. HIRING PROCESS Written application review, short video request for selected applicants, short interview, and a 30–45 minute Apollo search-strategy assignment for selected candidates. The assignment tests how well you learn a manual search process, use judgment, and pay attention to detail—not your previous list-building experience. Candidates do not receive client data or production access during hiring.
