About Us

We are a growing Australian construction labour hire business supplying skilled tradespeople and construction workers to commercial, civil and infrastructure projects across Australia.

We are looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our team and support our recruitment operations.

This role will focus on managing job applicants, sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, shortlisting suitable workers and coordinating interviews with our Australian management team.

You will work closely with our company directors and play an important role in ensuring we find and place the right candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Review and manage incoming applications from Indeed, SEEK, Facebook and other recruitment platforms.

Contact applicants by phone to discuss their experience, qualifications, availability and suitability for available positions.

Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidates against job requirements.

Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media and our existing database.

Create and manage candidate profiles within our recruitment CRM, Tracker RMS.

Maintain accurate candidate records, including experience, qualifications, licences, tickets, location and availability.

Shortlist suitable candidates and present recommendations to our Australian directors.

Coordinate and schedule final interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Follow up with applicants and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.

Assist with posting job advertisements and managing recruitment pipelines.

Support candidate onboarding and mobilisation administration when required.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing or recruitment delivery.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Confident and professional telephone communication skills.

Experience conducting candidate screening interviews.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple job vacancies and candidates simultaneously.

Experience using recruitment CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Good computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.

Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.

Reliable internet connection, headset and quiet working environment.

Highly Desirable:

Previous experience recruiting for Australian businesses.

Experience in construction, trades, labour hire, blue-collar or industrial recruitment.

Familiarity with Australian construction roles, qualifications and licences.

Experience with Tracker RMS, SEEK, Indeed or similar recruitment platforms.
