LEASING EXPERT NEEDED- APPFOLIO

We’re a Los Angeles-based real estate company looking for a reliable Leasing Specialist to help lease our properties and assist with AppFolio management.

Responsibilities:

Respond to leads and follow up with prospective tenants
Schedule and coordinate showings
Screen applicants and assist with leasing paperwork
Update listings and track vacancies
Use AppFolio to manage leads, applications, leases, and tenant records
Assist with basic admin tasks and communication

Requirements:

Leasing experience (required)
AppFolio experience (required)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Good English communication

Nice to Have:

Experience leasing apartments, co-living, or student housing
Previous VA experience
Familiarity with Zillow, ---------- , and Facebook Marketplace
