AI Ad Creative Producer for E-commerce | Generate Images & Videos, Not Just Edit

Confidential employer

We are a DTC e-commerce wellness brand hiring an AI Ad Creative Producer for Meta ads. This is not a role for someone who only cuts existing footage, adds captions or reuses templates. You must be able to create ad assets from scratch with AI: generate convincing product images, new video scenes, AI UGC, b-roll, voiceovers and animation, then assemble them into finished ads. Our actual product and packaging must remain visually accurate. Formats we need: AI UGC, b-roll + voiceover, VSLs, claymation, animation, song/music-led ads and static image ads. How we work: Initially, we give you a reference ad, our product photos and an approved offer. You analyse its hook, structure and pacing, then produce a version for our brand with newly generated, original assets. No competitor footage, product, package, logo, URL or brand name may remain. Offers and health claims require our approval. Later, we provide scripts and you produce the complete creative from them. Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation is essential. Tell us what you actually generate and how you handle voiceover. Editing alone is not enough. Pay: $6/hour, paid weekly via Wise or Payoneer. Log time per creative. We agree on the time budget before each task; complex animation and VSLs are scoped separately. Bonus: $25 when an original creative reaches $1,000 in Meta spend while meeting our pre-agreed CPA target, plus $50 more at $5,000 spend if it still meets that target. Paid after verification, once per original concept. Shortlisted applicants have a 15-minute call, then one paid test creative. Successful candidates start a one-week paid trial with a new brief each workday. Portfolio requirement, please follow exactly: Send one organised portfolio link with separate sections or folders for: AI-generated video ads AI-generated static image ads UGC / b-roll + voiceover VSL / claymation / animation, if you have them Select 1–2 of your best examples per relevant category, not your entire archive. For each example, write one line explaining which images or scenes you personally generated, which AI tools you used, and what you edited. If you only edited footage supplied by someone else, label it clearly. Applications with an unorganised Drive dump or only standard editing samples will not be considered. Start your application with “I generate AI ad assets” so we know you read the brief.

Short-Term Rental Operations, Bookkeeping & Personal Assistant

The role will also include personal, administrative, purchasing, and travel-related responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who can take an unstructured request, research the situation, present good options, and follow the selected solution through to completion. We do not want someone who only reports problems or waits for step-by-step instructions. We want someone who takes ownership, follows up without being reminded, verifies that work was actually completed, and knows when an issue needs to be escalated. This is a long-term position with the potential for additional responsibility as our real estate portfolio grows. Bookkeeping and Financial Administration Bookkeeping will be a major part of this position. You will help keep the finances for each property and business entity accurate and organized. Responsibilities include: Manage bookkeeping using Intuit QuickBooks Online. Review and classify bank and credit-card transactions regularly. Ensure every transaction is assigned to the correct property, business entity, account, and expense category. Separate expenses across multiple short-term rental properties and LLCs. Reconcile bank accounts and credit-card accounts. Match receipts and invoices to their corresponding transactions. Track cleaner payments, contractor invoices, property supplies, repairs, utilities, subscriptions, and other operating expenses. Identify duplicate, missing, unusual, or incorrectly categorized transactions. Ask for clarification rather than guessing when the correct classification is uncertain. Maintain organized digital copies of receipts, invoices, statements, and supporting documents. Track reimbursements, refunds, credits, security deposits, and vendor payments. Prepare monthly property-level income and expense summaries. Help maintain accurate profit-and-loss reporting for each property. Coordinate with our accountant or tax professional when information or documentation is requested. Maintain a list of recurring payments and flag unexpected price increases or duplicate subscriptions. Direct experience with QuickBooks Online and property-level bookkeeping is preferred. Cleaning and Turnover Coordination Monitor reservation and turnover calendars. Schedule cleaners after guest checkouts. Confirm that every turnover has an assigned cleaner. Communicate early check-ins, late checkouts, guest counts, and special instructions to cleaners. Confirm that cleaners arrived and completed each turnover on time. Coordinate backup cleaners when someone becomes unavailable. Follow up on cleaning problems until they are resolved. Maintain cleaning checklists, schedules, invoices, and payment records. Maintenance and Vendor Coordination Coordinate lawn mowing, pool or hot-tub service, pest control, repairs, and other recurring property services. Contact cleaners, contractors, handymen, technicians, and local vendors by phone, text, or email . Obtain and compare estimates when appropriate. Schedule approved work and coordinate property access. Follow up until the work is actually completed. Request photos, invoices, or other proof of completion. Maintain records of maintenance issues, costs, warranties, and vendor contact information. Identify reliable backup vendors before emergencies occur. Guest and Reservation Support Monitor Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Hospitable, or related platforms as assigned. Answer routine guest questions clearly and professionally. Coordinate solutions for lockouts, missing supplies, cleanliness problems, amenity issues, and maintenance requests. Escalate safety issues, refund requests, major repairs, unhappy guests, or unusual situations promptly. Assist with reservation changes, guest reviews, and Airbnb support cases when needed. Gather photos, messages, receipts, and other documentation for damage or reimbursement claims. Property Administration Track recurring services, permits, licenses, utilities, insurance, subscriptions, and renewal dates. Monitor property supplies and coordinate approved restocking. Keep listing information, amenities, house rules, and property guides accurate. Organize property documents and operational records. Create and improve SOPs and checklists for recurring tasks. Provide a concise weekly report covering open issues, completed work, upcoming turnovers, expenses, and decisions needed. Personal and Travel Assistance The position will also include non-property tasks such as: Research and compare flights based on total price, duration, stops, baggage rules, airports, and cancellation policies. Research hotels, Airbnbs, transportation, restaurants, activities, and other travel details. Create organized itineraries containing reservation details, addresses, confirmation numbers, travel times, and important deadlines. Verify important details directly instead of relying only on search-result summaries or AI-generated information. Book approved flights, accommodations, transportation, reservations, and activities. Monitor travel plans for schedule changes, cancellations, or missing details. Research products, services, vendors, subscriptions, and personal purchases. Start, change, renew, or cancel subscriptions after receiving approval. Place approved online orders and track deliveries, returns, credits, and refunds. Make phone calls and follow up with companies on our behalf. Organize calendars, reminders, documents, and recurring personal tasks. Assist with basic video editing as needed, including trimming clips, adding captions and music, and formatting videos for social media. Prior video-editing experience is a plus, but is not required to be hired. Purchasing and Financial Boundaries You may eventually receive access to authorized accounts or controlled payment methods. Trust and discretion are essential. Significant purchases must be approved before payment. Never change payment, payout, banking, tax, or account-ownership information without explicit approval. Never send money to yourself or an unapproved person or vendor. Record purchases and save receipts immediately. Confirm cancellation and refund policies before booking. If instructions appear unusual or potentially fraudulent, stop and verify with us directly. Never share passwords, financial information, guest information, or property access codes with unauthorized parties. Required Qualifications Excellent spoken and written English. Experience as a Virtual Assistant, bookkeeper, property-management assistant, or operations coordinator. Previous Airbnb or short-term rental experience is strongly preferred. Comfortable calling U.S. businesses, cleaners, contractors, and customer-support departments. Strong online research and comparison skills. Able to manage multiple deadlines and follow up without reminders. Able to distinguish between an urgent issue and one that can wait. Comfortable handling confidential personal, guest, property, and financial information. Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and preferably backup internet. Comfortable using spreadsheets, task-management software, messaging applications, and AI tools. AI may be used to work efficiently, but all important information must be independently verified. Able to maintain availability during the required 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST coverage window. Helpful Experience Experience with any of the following is beneficial: Intuit QuickBooks Online // Bookkeeping for multiple properties or LLCs Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com experience Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway, or another property-management system PriceLabs or other dynamic-pricing software Vendor dispatch, hospitality, customer service, or property maintenance Basic video editing using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools (nice to have, not required). What Success Looks Like Within the first 30–60 days: Transactions are consistently classified under the correct property, entity, and expense category. Accounts and receipts remain organized and ready for monthly review. Unknown transactions are flagged promptly instead of being guessed. Every turnover is properly assigned and confirmed. Cleaners and vendors receive the correct information without needing to chase us. Maintenance problems are tracked through completion. Upcoming renewals, services, and property needs do not surprise us. Travel research is accurate, concise, and ready for a decision. Approved bookings and purchases are completed correctly. You identify potential problems early and bring us recommended solutions. We spend significantly less time following up on routine financial, operational, and personal tasks. WE CARE ABOUT QUALITY, NOT JUST BOOKINGS We measure: Dials → Conversations → Qualified Appointments → Appointments Held Putting someone on the calendar who isn’t genuinely interested is not a successful appointment. We want callers who know how to create enough genuine interest that the homeowner understands the reason for the appointment and actually wants to meet with us. WHO WE WANT We’re looking for someone who: Has proven outbound cold-calling experience Speaks clear, fluent, easy-to-understand English Sounds natural and conversational, not scripted Is comfortable calling U.S. homeowners Can confidently handle objections such as “not interested,” “I’m busy,” and “send me information” Knows how to ask questions and uncover a real home improvement need Can consistently work U.S. Eastern Time hours Is competitive, coachable and accountable for results Experience in home improvement, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, real estate, insurance or other high-ticket consumer calling is strongly preferred. COMPENSATION $5–$8/hour depending on experience and demonstrated ability. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Strong performance can lead to increased compensation and additional responsibility. WE PROVIDE Calling lists Dialer/CRM Proven scripts and talking points Home improvement training Qualification standards Appointment-setting process Coaching and call review Consistent leads You focus on calling, conversations and appointments. Our sales team handles the in-home consultation and sale. HOW TO APPLY Do not send us a generic cover letter. We want to hear whether you can actually cold call. 1. Send a 60–90 second voice recording. Pretend a homeowner answers: “Hello?” Make the call. Show us how you would open the conversation, get their attention, identify whether they have a home improvement project and move toward an appointment. During the recording, have the homeowner tell you: “No thanks. We’re not interested in doing anything right now.” Then handle the objection exactly as you would on a real call. 2. Send your actual numbers from your most recent relevant campaign: Dials per day: Conversations per day: Appointments booked per day/week: Appointment show rate: Industry/campaign: If you don’t know a number, say you don’t know. Do not estimate. 3. Answer these questions: What country and time zone are you in? How many years have you cold called? Have you called U.S. homeowners before? What were you offering? What CRM and dialers have you used? What hours can you consistently work Eastern Time? HIRING PROCESS Strong applicants will be invited to a short video interview with live cold-call and objection-handling roleplays. The best candidates will then complete a paid trial using real leads. We’re looking for someone who can hear: “I’m not interested.” …and turn it into a real conversation about a project the homeowner has actually been considering. If that’s you, we want to hear you do it.

Video Editor & Motion Designer

Confidential employer

Role summary: Owns everything from rough cut to final assembly — cutting narration-driven long-form video, building 2D motion graphics and text animations, and handling music/sound design — for Paper Trail's fraud & scandal documentaries. Paper Trail is a new narrated documentary channel covering financial fraud and corporate scandal (Ponzi schemes, accounting fraud, cover-ups, market manipulation), in the Hoog / Fern / Jake Tran mold. What you'll do: Assemble rough cuts from a shot list, voice over and editing notes and provided 3D assets into a finished edit. Build the 2D side of the Paper Trail visual language: kinetic text animations for on-screen callouts and data points, lower-thirds, and any explainer-style 2D graphics (charts, timelines, maps). Handle music selection/mixing and sound design from the channel's licensed library — driving the tension/release pacing the format runs on. Sourcing relevant archival b-rolls online. Work directly from the script's flagged visual cues and the shot list. Take a cut through multiple review rounds, incorporating notes until it's locked for publish. Help build reusable templates (title card, lower-third, text-animation presets) as the channel's asset library matures. What we're looking for: Mid-to-senior editor with real narrative pacing sense for narrated long-form documentary, not short-form or vlog editing. Portfolio should show that register. Can both cut long-form and build 2D motion graphics in After Effects. This is one combined role, not an editor plus a separate motion person. A sound design instinct — using music and SFX to build tension rather than leaning on stock drop-ins. Comfortable respecting the channel's visual identity consistently (from an animation to the next, from one video to the next). Always eager to improve and learn. Software knowledge we're looking for: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Frame.io Notion

3D Artist

Paper Trail is a new narrated documentary channel covering financial fraud and corporate scandal (Ponzi schemes, accounting fraud, cover-ups, market manipulation), in the Hoog / Fern / Jake Tran mold. Role summary: Owns the channel's 3D pipeline — modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering every video's animated visuals — and builds out Paper Trail's reusable 3D asset library. What you'll do: Model, texture, light, and render every 3D scene/animation a video's shot list calls for. Build and maintain a reusable asset library — recurring environments and props the channel needs across most stories (boardroom, courtroom, generic office, city/airport-style exteriors, data-viz set pieces) — so future videos aren't built from zero. Work inside the channel's visual system. Hand off full source project files plus every linked asset, and revise through review rounds based on feedback. What we're looking for: Mid-to-senior 3D generalist, comfortable across modeling, texturing/lighting, and rendering, not just one stage of the pipeline. Portfolio should show restrained, stylized work (clean minimalist scenes, deliberate palette control) rather than maximalist — that's the register this channel runs in. Precision executing someone else's brief matters more here than freeform concepting, since the whole channel's visual identity depends on consistency across videos. Bonus: experience building modular, reusable 3D asset libraries for ongoing production, not just one-off hero shots. Software knowledge we're looking for: Blender Cinema 4D Frame.io Notion Bonus: Adobe Premiere Pro Bonus: Adobe After Effects

Detail-Oriented Virtual Assistants & Admin Professionals: Move Into Long-Term Article Writing

Confidential employer

Full-time preferred (multiple part-time writers also considered). Virtual assistants, executive assistants, and administrative professionals who are known for following instructions to the letter — this is a chance to move into higher-paying, unlimited writing work using the same skill. We're hiring a dedicated writer for a long-term, high-volume semantic SEO content project. This is steady, ongoing work with no planned end date — our current writers have been with us for five years, and strong writers will have as much work as they can handle, every week. Why careful admin professionals do well here You don't need a writing portfolio full of creative pieces. You need to be able to read a detailed set of instructions, follow every one of them, and produce clean, clear English prose. Each article comes with a brief that tells you exactly what to cover and in what order, plus a style guide that tells you exactly how to write it. Admin professionals who have managed SOPs, checklists, and process documents tend to pick up our system faster than "creative" writers, because they already work this way. What the work looks like You'll receive a complete brief (outline) and a set of writing rules for every article. Your job is to research the topic and write to the brief — nothing else. No pitching topics, no guessing what we want. The brief tells you the structure and the subtopics to cover; the guidelines tell you the style: tone, sentence structure, vocabulary, expressions to use, and words to avoid. Research is light to moderate — enough to write accurately about each point in the brief, not deep original investigation. This job rewards precision, not creativity. If you enjoy following a clear system and getting it exactly right, you'll do very well here. If you prefer creative freedom, this isn't your project. Important — this is 100% manual writing AI-generated or AI-assisted drafts are not accepted. All articles are written in shared Google Docs with version history, and drafts are checked with AI-detection tools. If a draft flags, we review the edit history with you before making a call — but confirmed AI use ends the contract. If you write everything yourself, this will never be an issue for you. Pay $0.01–$0.03 per word depending on experience and aptitude, paid per completed article that passes our guidelines. At $0.02/word, a 5,000-word article = $100. Rates are reviewed as you demonstrate consistency with the system. Because volume is unlimited, your monthly income is set by your own output. Writers who master our system can produce quickly and consistently — the guidelines feel dense on your first article and become second nature by your third. Turnaround Fast delivery matters. Once you're up to speed, the expectation is same-day or next-day turnaround per article. How to apply 1. Start your application with the word "cornerstone" — applications without it will not be read. What happens next Respond to this ad and we'll send you a short personality test. If it's a fit, you'll receive a test article with a full brief and our writing guidelines, so you'll see exactly how the system works. If you're hired, the test article is paid at the base rate of $0.01 per word.
