Short-Form Content Producer / AI Video Specialist

Overview:
We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy content creator to research, produce, and publish short- and long-form video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook . This role blends trend research, AI-assisted video production, and audience growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
Research viral and trending topics daily across social platforms to identify content opportunities aligned with audience interest
Analyze what the target audience wants to watch using platform analytics, trend tools, and engagement data
Adapt and reformat trending content with an original angle, updated information, and a fresh creative spin — avoiding direct copying to stay clear of copyright issues
Produce and publish 1 short-form videos per day (5–7/week) and 3 10min+ long-form video per week (YouTube only)
Design eye-catching, high-CTR thumbnails for each video
Write engaging titles, captions, and hooks optimized for retention in the first 3 seconds
Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on what's working
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar across all platforms
Ensure all content meets platform community guidelines and copyright standards
Requirements:
Familiarity with AI video generation/editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Grok, Flow, Whisk, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar)
Strong understanding of short-form video trends (TikTok/Reels/Shorts style pacing, hooks, captions)
Basic graphic design skills for thumbnail creation (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Ability to research efficiently and spot emerging trends before they peak
Strong sense of storytelling and audience retention tactics
Self-motivated, deadline-driven, comfortable with a daily/weekly output cadence
Nice to Have:
Experience with YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions)
Copywriting or scriptwriting background
Data analysis skills to track engagement/growth metrics
