Construction Project Lead Researcher – Precast Concrete & GFRC, UHPC and Natural Stone

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience generating construction leads specifically for precast concrete and natural stone projects. Your job is to find relevant projects early enough for us to pursue the work and identify the people responsible for bids and material selections.

What you’ll do

• Search construction bidding platforms, project databases, and public bid notices for relevant opportunities.
• Review drawings and specifications to confirm where precast concrete or natural stone is included.
• Record each project’s stage, bid date, location, scope, and estimated quantities when available.
• Identify the architect, general contractor, estimator, and relevant subcontractors or purchasing contacts.
• Maintain a lead tracker with links to plans, specifications, contacts, deadlines, and next steps.

Required experience

• At least five years of lead generation experience in the precast concrete and natural stone trades.
• Experience finding commercial construction projects and reading architectural drawings and specifications.
• Ability to verify that a project includes relevant precast or natural stone work, rather than relying on a general construction lead list.
• Experience using construction bid platforms and project databases.
