Amazon FBA Product Sourcing Specialist (Keepa / SellerAmp)

About the Role:
We are an established Amazon FBA business looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant to find high-ROI, fast-moving wholesale and online arbitrage leads. You will be responsible for daily lead generation, analyzing product viability, and maintaining an organized lead tracker.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily product research using manual sourcing, reverse sourcing, and catalog analysis.
• Evaluate leads using Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), and Amazon Seller Central metrics.
• Verify minimum criteria: target ROI (minimum 30%), net profit ($3+ minimum), sales rank stability and Buy Box distribution.
• Screen listings for IP complaints, Hazmat/dangerous goods restrictions, brand gating, and variation split issues.
• Populate and maintain daily sourcing sheets with accurate supplier URLs, costs, FBA fees, and projected velocities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience sourcing for US Amazon FBA (Wholesale / OA).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting Keepa charts (sales rank drops, offer count changes, historical price stability).
• Daily hands-on experience with SellerAmp, Keepa, or equivalent sourcing extensions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection and backup power/internet solution.
• High integrity, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
