Kridet Solutions is a fast-growing credit repair and funding firm helping clients rebuild their credit, increase scores, and secure financing. We are looking only for experienced closers who already understand credit repair, consumer laws, and how to convert warm leads into paying clients.

Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time Sales Representative to handle inbound leads, follow-up leads, qualify prospects, and close clients on Zoom. You must be able to clearly explain credit repair, credit-building strategies, and our program structure in fluent, neutral-accent English.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound leads and follow-ups inside the CRM

Conduct qualification calls and Zoom closing calls

Explain FCRA basics, credit repair processes, and program details

Build trust, identify client pain points, and close confidently

Maintain professional communication via SMS, email, and DMs

Work U.S. EST hours

Track KPIs and meet weekly sales goals

Report daily to management

Requirements (Must Meet All)

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience

Direct experience in the credit repair, consumer law, or financial services industry

Fluent English with a neutral accent (spoken and written)

Proven ability to close high-ticket or service-based offers

Strong objection handling, persuasion skills, and follow-up discipline

Reliable internet and a quiet work environment

Coachable, disciplined, and performance-driven

Comfortable using scripts, CRMs, and working with KPIs

Compensation

Base pay (depending on experience)
