Engineering Studio — Part-time What you own You make sure things that were agreed to actually arrive — from people and parties who don't report to you and have no particular incentive to hurry. Clients, vendors, partners, contractors, external collaborators. This is not internal coordination. This is external follow-through, on a clock, with people who will stall if nobody's chasing. You own the gap between "they said yes" and "it's actually delivered." That gap is where deals, projects, and partnerships quietly die everywhere else. Here, it's your job to make sure it doesn't. You're comfortable being persistent without being annoying, direct without being aggressive, and warm enough that people want to follow through for you rather than around you. Some of this looks like sales — you're closing gaps, creating urgency, keeping ---------- ntum alive on things that would otherwise drift. Some of it looks like project management — tracking every open commitment, knowing exactly what's outstanding and from whom, at all times. What disqualifies you -Letting a commitment go quiet because chasing it felt awkward -Reporting status as "in progress" when what's actually true is "nobody's touched this in two weeks" -Needing to be told to follow up — if you're waiting on instruction to chase something, it's already late -Explaining why something slipped instead of already having the next move ready What you need -A track record of getting external parties — who have no obligation to prioritize you — to actually deliver, on time -Comfortable with direct, sometimes uncomfortable follow-up, without over-apologizing for asking -Sharp tracking instincts — you don't lose open items, and you don't need a system built for you to keep them straight -No specific degree or credential required How we hire for this Not a narrative interview. We've found what people say about being persistent and what they actually do when someone's ignoring them are two different tests — so we run the second one. Application: a few standard questions on how you handle follow-up, pushback, and slipping timelines. Not scored as truth. It's the baseline we check your live behavior against. Live round: a real (anonymized) scenario involving a stalled commitment from an external party. You'll be asked to actually run the chase — draft the follow-up, handle simulated pushback or silence, and adjust in real time based on direct correction. We're not scoring a polished first message. We're scoring whether you close the gap, and whether you get sharper the second time you're corrected, not just apologetic. If you're the person who makes sure things that were promised actually show up, apply.

After the interviews, I'll review everything and reach back out to the candidates I'd like to move forward with. Final candidates will complete a paid one-week trial for $75 USD. During that week, I'll provide training and we'll actually work together so we can both see if it's a good fit. If everything goes well after the trial, you'll continue into the ongoing monthly position with opportunities to grow as KraftFlow grows. Before You Apply I personally read every application. I'm much more interested in learning about you, your real experience, and your personality than receiving perfectly written answers. Where are you from? What do you enjoy doing? Feel free to tell me about your hobbies, pets, family, or anything else that's important to you. 2. Examples may include: Researching products, services, vendors, restaurants, activities, etc. Comparing options and giving me a concise recommendation Booking travel, hotels, rental cars, restaurants, and activities Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars Handling reservations, cancellations, returns, refunds, and similar administrative tasks Following up with companies or people to get information or resolve issues Researching and purchasing gifts or other items Helping coordinate personal and family logistics Organizing documents, information, receipts, or records Handling basic spreadsheets and administrative work Researching vendors, software, or services for my businesses Following up on miscellaneous business items Drafting basic email s or communications Keeping track of open items and making sure things don't fall through the cracks Handling miscellaneous projects and problems as they come up A lot of the job will simply be: “I need this figured out—please take care of it.” The Person I’m Looking For The most important thing to me is that you're smart, dependable, and resourceful. I don't want to provide detailed step-by-step instructions for every task. I want someone who can understand what I'm trying to accomplish, research the situation, use good judgment, and move it forward independently. You should have: Excellent written and spoken English Excellent communication skills Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar experience Experience supporting a founder, CEO, business owner, or senior executive Strong research and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Good judgment and common sense Strong organizational skills The ability to work independently Comfort learning new tools and figuring out unfamiliar tasks A proactive attitude—you follow up rather than waiting to be reminded For example, if I say: "I want to take a three-day trip somewhere in October. Find me a few good options." I want someone who can research destinations, flights, hotels, costs, and activities and come back with 2–3 thoughtful recommendations, rather than asking me what websites to search. The same principle applies to business and personal tasks. Hours & Compensation Remote Philippines-based Hourly compensation Approximately 3–5 hours per week to start Flexible schedule for most tasks Potential for more hours and responsibility over time To Apply Please send: A brief introduction Your previous Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience Who you supported and what you handled for them Your hourly rate Your availability One example of a time an executive gave you a problem or vague request and you independently figured out how to solve it Please start your application with the word “Resourceful” so I know you read the entire posting.

I'm a small, established brand in the ecommerce/paid advertising education space. I publish long-form video (YouTube, educational, talking-head) and I'm looking for an editor to own that pipeline end to end: turning raw recordings into polished, well-paced videos that hold attention. This is a long-term, ongoing relationship, not a one-off gig. Reliable editors who nail my style get steady work, more hours over time, etc. What you'll edit Full long-form videos ([8–25] min) with tight cuts, remove filler/dead air, clean pacing that holds retention B-roll, cutaways, and screen-share woven in to support the story Captions/subtitles, lower-thirds, and simple on-screen text in our brand style Intro/outro, chapter markers, and light color + audio cleanup (levels, noise, music) Occasional short vertical clips pulled from the long-form video (a plus, not the main job) Occasional thumbnails or simple graphics (a bonus) You're a strong fit if you: 1. Have a reel/portfolio of long-form edits I can watch (YouTube-style, not just short clips) 2. Have real taste for pacing and retention (you know how to keep a 15-minute video moving) 4. Can match an existing brand style rather than imposing your own (I'll give you a style guide and examples) 5. Are reliable with deadlines and communicate proactively about timelines 6. Turn around revisions quickly and take feedback well Tools Confident in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve for long-form editing Comfortable with captions/subtitles workflows After Effects / motion graphics is a bonus (mention it if you have it) Comfortable receiving large raw files via Google Drive / Dropbox / ---------- Requirements 1. Editing computer that can handle 1080p/4K footage 2. Reliable internet with solid upload speed (you'll need to be able to move large files) 3. ~15–20 hrs/week availability, ongoing, long-term 4. A reel or portfolio link with long-form work (required) How to apply (read carefully) Start your message with the word [RETENTION] so I know you read this fully. Applications without it won't be reviewed. Link your reel/portfolio, ideally with at least one full long-form edit I can watch start to finish (a YouTube link is perfect). Pick ONE long-form edit in your portfolio and tell me, in 2–3 sentences, how you kept it paced and where you'd have cut more (I want your thinking, not just the result). List the editing software you use and whether you know After Effects. Tell me your hourly rate (or per-video rate) and your typical turnaround for one [15]-minute long-form edit. Note your internet upload speed. I watch every reel from applicants who follow these steps and reply quickly to strong ones. Excited to see your work!
