About us Dealroo ---------- dia builds and runs LinkedIn content for startup founders and VC firms. The role We're hiring an EA / outreach coordinator to take two things off the CEO's desk: outbound execution and calendar mechanics. You'll run LinkedIn prospecting from the CEO's account, run one-to-one outreach to our 1,000+ newsletter subscribers, support client outreach programs, and own the calendars for the CEO, our team, and client-side executives. The goal: the CEO only shows up to conversations, never to coordination. What you'll own LinkedIn outreach from the CEO's account: build and clean prospect lists, send connection and follow-up sequences using approved templates, log every touch, hand off warm replies same day. Newsletter outreach: segment the subscriber list, identify who fits our client profile, run personalized outreach based on engagement, keep list hygiene clean. Client outreach programs: maintain target-account and exclusion lists (we must never contact a client's competitors), route interested leads to the correct tracked scheduling link, and keep an attribution log of booked qualified calls. CEO calendar: scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, buffers, and daily prep. Hard rule: no calls before 10:30 AM ET. Client and team calendars: coordinate recurring client interviews and content calls between our team and client-side executives and their assistants, including time-zone changes and last-minute moves, without escalating to the CEO. Tracking: one source of truth for outreach volume, replies, and booked calls, plus a short weekly summary (sent / replied / booked / at-risk follow-ups). A typical week A steady, agreed volume of tracked outreach touches across LinkedIn and email , all from approved templates with light personalization. Same-day triage of every reply; qualified interest routed to a scheduling link and confirmed. Zero calendar collisions, zero unconfirmed meetings, zero missed reschedules. One-page outreach and calendar report every Friday. You're a fit if you Have 2+ years as an EA, VA, or SDR/BDR support, ideally at an agency, startup, or B2B services firm. Write clean, natural English and can hold someone else's voice in short outreach messages. Are genuinely precise. Wrong name, wrong time zone, wrong prospect, or contacting a competitor are the failure modes of this job, and they're all avoidable. Know your way around LinkedIn (Sales Navigator a plus), Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets), Slack, Calendly, and an email or outreach tool. Work well asynchronously Must be available during EST hours. To apply Send a short note on how you've managed as an EA in the past

Hi, I'm Millie from Ameliore Marketing, a strategy-led marketing agency based in Melbourne, Australia. I'm hiring a part-time lead generation VA to run an ongoing email outreach campaign for one of our clients, a premium painting business in Adelaide. The work involves building accurate contact lists of property managers and real estate professionals, sending personalised outreach email s each day, and passing replies straight through to the client. This is careful, detail-driven work. It is not a volume or scraping role. Accuracy matters far more than speed, and I would rather have 20 correct contacts than 100 guesses. We're a small team and we've had the same two VAs with us since May 2025. They're core members of my team, not casual help, and that's the kind of working relationship I'm hoping to build with this hire too. What you'll be doing Researching real estate agency websites to find named property managers, their role and their published email address Recording every contact in a spreadsheet, including the exact URL where you found the email Verifying addresses before they're used Sending personalised outreach email s daily through our sending platform Forwarding every reply to the client the same business day Maintaining the suppression list A short weekly activity summary to me What I'm looking for Essential: hands-on experience with a cold email platform — Instantly, Smartlead or similar. Please tell me which one and what you did with it Strong written English comprehension — you'll be reading Australian business websites and making judgement calls about who belongs on a list Genuine attention to detail, especially with names, spelling and email accuracy Someone who works from published sources rather than guessing email patterns Comfortable using Google Sheets Reliable, consistent daily availability Honest about what you don't know. If you're unsure whether a contact belongs on the list, I want you to ask, not guess The details 17 hours per week, spread across Monday to Friday (roughly 3–4 hours per day) $550 USD per month, reviewed at 3 months 3-month initial contract with strong potential to continue on this campaign, and real room to grow — I'm looking at offering this kind of outreach work to other clients Melbourne is 1.5 hours ahead of Manila (3 hours from October to April), so there's good daily overlap Paid trial task before hiring How to apply Please do not reply to this listing directly. Applications only go through this form: ---------- The form includes a short research task that takes about 10 minutes. I read every submission personally.

The Role: We drive traffic to high-volume offers and get a cut of every purchase. We need a copywriter who can write long-form, story-driven video ads — the kind that stop someone mid-scroll and hold them for 2-5 minutes before they ever hit the offer page. This isn't 15-second TikTok copy. Think native ads, story ads, VSL-style scripts. You need to understand pacing, open loops, objection handling, and how to keep someone watching past the point they'd normally bounce. Compensation: Base pay per script (discussed after portfolio review) Performance bonuses: $20 at $800 spend, $20 at $1,200 spend, $40 at $2,000 spend Weekly pay via Wise only Potential for full-time The bonuses are where the real money is. Write winners, get paid on winners. Mandatory Requirements: Portfolio required. Send samples of video ad scripts or direct response copy. No portfolio, no consideration — don't apply. 24-hour turnaround. Efficiency is a requirement, not an option. Format. Every script must include: 3 hook variations Visual direction for the editor (shot-by-shot notes) Clear structure: hook ? story ? mechanism ? offer Hooks We Use: "I hated taking my kids to school." Engineering Studio What you own You're handed a defined goal — already scoped, already d ---------- . From there it's yours: build the plan, identify who needs to move, get them moving, track whether it's actually happening, escalate the ---------- nt it stalls. You're accountable for outcomes on programs that don't belong to any single team. You also keep the operating rhythm of the studio intact. That means running the meeting cadence, following up on the commitments people actually made, and making sure decisions get implemented — not just discussed and quietly dropped. When a decision gets made, you make sure everyone affected understands what it means for them, specifically, and actually does it. Catching agreement that wasn't real internalization — before it turns into silent non-alignment — is core to this job, not a side task. You'll have real, appropriate authority in your scope. Not proximity dressed up as influence, not soft power you have to negotiate for every time. Real authority, held accountable. You are not shaping strategy — that stays upstream. You are the reason strategy turns into something real, and the reason nothing falls through the cracks between the decisions made and the people executing them. What disqualifies you Needing to be managed, reminded, or chased. We manage work, not people. Explaining intent when corrected instead of fixing. If the correction was clear, "why" isn't needed — only the adjustment. Agreeing in the room, then not actually internalizing or executing the decision. What you need A track record of owning outcomes across teams that don't report to you Real systems thinking — you see how the pieces connect, not just the next checklist item Comfortable being the one who says the uncomfortable, accurate thing when a decision isn't actually landing The ability to take a live correction and produce a clean fix, fast, without it becoming a conversation about you No specific degree or credential required. How we hire for this Not a narrative interview. We've found what people say about handling correction and what they actually do under real, live correction are two different tests — so we run the second one. Application: a few standard questions about how you approach structure, correction, ambiguity. Not scored as truth. It's a baseline we compare against what we see live. Live round: real (anonymized) program material, worked through in real time, with direct correction delivered at least twice in the same session. We're not scoring whether your first answer is right. We're watching the gap between the correction landing and the fix starting — and whether that gap shrinks the second time. If you can take a clear correction and move without needing it softened, apply.

Full-Time Remote — 40 Hours/Week Long-Term Opportunity | New York City-Based Business Compensation: $1,100–$1,400 USD/month depending on experience and ability ABOUT THE ROLE DM Plaza is looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Executive & Operations Virtual Assistant to support ownership across multiple businesses operating from a commercial property in New York City. Our businesses span food, retail, events, and healthcare. Your job is to help keep the operation organized behind the scenes: projects moving, communication clear, information accurate, follow-ups completed, files organized, and important deadlines visible. This is not a role where you wait for someone to assign you individual tasks throughout the day. We are looking for someone who can receive a goal or request, organize the work around it, identify missing information, follow up with the appropriate people, and help move it toward completion. You will work closely with ownership and gradually take responsibility for increasingly important operational processes. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Executive & Operational Support Maintain project trackers, task lists, deadlines, and follow-ups Turn meetings, messages, voice notes, and instructions into clear action items Coordinate schedules, meetings, reminders, and recurring responsibilities Draft professional email s, messages, and vendor communications Conduct research and present findings clearly\ Follow up with vendors, contractors, managers, candidates, and other stakeholders Identify stalled work or approaching deadlines and flag them before they become problems Prepare concise status updates showing what is complete, outstanding, blocked, or requires a decision COMMUNICATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY Consistent communication is a major part of this role. You will be expected to: Communicate when assigned work is received Provide updates on longer-running work Clearly flag blockers or missing information Ask useful questions when necessary Confirm completion of important tasks Keep project systems updated rather than relying on memory Escalate problems early rather than waiting until a deadline is missed We value reliability and visibility. Ownership should not have to chase you to understand the status of your work. FILE, DATA & SYSTEMS ORGANIZATION Organize Google Drive folders, documents, contracts, proposals, and digital assets Maintain spreadsheets and operational databases Keep records accurate and updated Create clear filing, naming, and documentation systems Maintain checklists and recurring processes Help document SOPs Work comfortably with structured text and Markdown RECRUITING COORDINATION Post and maintain job openings Organize applications Maintain applicant tracking Coordinate interviews Communicate with candidates Track interview status, feedback, and follow-ups Keep hiring pipelines organized and current CONTENT & CANVA SUPPORT Create and modify clean Canva graphics using existing brand direction Resize and adapt designs for different formats Organize photos, videos, and other media assets Upload and organize website and social content Make basic content updates when needed You do not need to be a professional graphic designer, but you should be comfortable producing clean, professional work in Canva. DIGITAL TOOLS & TESTING Use and test internal tools built with platforms such as Glide Test workflows, forms, pages, links, and user experiences Document bugs and problems clearly Perform basic website and backend administrative updates Work with tools such as Google Workspace, Vercel, Canva, and other business software Learn unfamiliar software quickly Programming or application development experience is not required. AI TOOLS Comfort using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar systems is strongly preferred. However, we do not want someone who simply copies AI-generated answers. Good AI use means: Giving the tool sufficient context Writing thoughtful prompts Checking its work Correcting mistakes Applying your own judgment Verifying important information Editing the output so it actually solves the problem AI should improve your work — not replace thinking. NOTE: Candidates may be assessed on their ability to use AI appropriately during the interview process. ---- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVES: At least 1–2 years of experience supporting an executive, business owner, or senior leader in an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role Excellent organizational ability Strong written and spoken English Very strong attention to detail Consistent and proactive communication Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours Able to work independently Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong follow-through Naturally comfortable using checklists, trackers, and systems Able to learn unfamiliar software quickly Good judgment about when to solve something independently and when to escalate Comfortable receiving instructions through messages, meetings, voice notes, and recorded videos Stable computer and internet connection THE TYPE OF PERSON WHO WOULD DO WELL HERE: You will likely enjoy this position if you naturally think: “I should put that into the tracker.” “I haven't heard back from them, so I'll follow up.” “This deadline is approaching, so I should flag it.” “There is information missing here. Let me figure out what we need.” “We do this repeatedly. We should make a checklist.” “Before I send this, let me verify that it's actually correct.” You may not enjoy this position if you prefer receiving one isolated task at a time and waiting for additional instructions after completing it. PREFFERED EXPERIENCE: Experience with some of the following is useful: Operations coordination Project coordination Google Workspace Google Sheets Canva Glide as an end user or administrator Recruiting or applicant tracking Vendor coordination Website administration Social media or content organization AI productivity tools You do not need experience with every tool. Ability to learn, organize, communicate, and exercise good judgment matters more. SCHEDULE This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. You must consistently overlap with New York business hours. We expect approximately 4–5 hours of daily overlap with Eastern Time, with the remaining hours potentially completed asynchronously depending on responsibilities. Consistent communication during your scheduled working hours is required. AVAILABILITY AND TIME OFF At the beginning of each month, you will maintain an updated availability calendar covering approximately the next 30 days. This should include: Planned time off Philippine holidays that affect your availability Appointments or commitments that affect working hours Other known schedule changes Unexpected emergencies happen, but planned absences should be communicated as early as reasonably possible. PERFORMANCE & MEASUREMENT We believe good operations should be measurable. The goal is not to monitor every minute you work. The goal is to make responsibilities and outcomes clear. Depending on the responsibility, we may track things such as: Tasks completed on time Overdue work Follow-up completion Response and communication reliability Accuracy Project progress Recruiting pipeline activity Content output Documentation quality Errors and corrections Process improvements You should be comfortable working in an environment where responsibilities have clear expectations and results are reviewed. GROWTH OPPORTUNITY This is intended to be a long-term position. As you demonstrate reliability and good judgment, you can take ownership of increasingly important operational responsibilities. The role may evolve substantially as DM Plaza grows. COMPENSATION $1,000–$1,300 USD per month, depending on experience, demonstrated ability, and assessment performance. Exceptional candidates may be considered above this range. HOW TO APPLY Please submit: 1. Your resume 2. Your expected monthly compensation in USD 3. Your available working hours stated in New York Eastern Time 4. A short description of the most complex business, executive, or operational project you have helped organize 5. An example of a system, checklist, or process you personally created or improved 6. A 60–90 second video introduction explaining why you would be good at this role QUESTION 1 You are maintaining a project tracker and notice that an important vendor deliverable is due in three days. The vendor has not responded to the previous message, and the person internally responsible for the project has not followed up. What would you do? Please keep your answer under 150 words. QUESTION 2 Tell us about one way you currently use AI to help you work. Explain: What you use it for What information you normally give it How you determine whether its answer is actually good One example of a mistake or weak answer you have received from AI and how you corrected it Please answer this yourself. We are interested in your judgment and working process, not a polished AI-generated response. To confirm that you read the complete posting, begin your application with: DM PLAZA — ORGANIZED
