Tax Operations & Partner Success VA

Inside Revenue is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Virtual Assistant to support our growing tax business and software company.
This is more than a traditional administrative VA position.

The person in this role will help manage our tax partner experience from recruitment through onboarding, training, support, and engagement.

You will be one of the primary points of contact for applicants and tax partners and will help ensure that our team stays organized, informed, trained, and supported.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, communicate professionally, stay on top of multiple moving pieces, and take initiative without needing to be told what to do every step of the way.
