About Us
Fort Worth Lactation is a US‑based lactation practice helping anxious new moms with breastfeeding, pumping, and newborn feeding. We already have 4+ years of high‑quality video courses, trainings, and “podcast style” content ready to go.

We don’t need someone to “come up with ideas” every day. We need someone who loves checklists, systems, and details, and can run a content machine.

Role Overview
You will run our content system so that 4 pieces of content per platform (IG, Facebook , TikTok and YouTube) go out every day using clear SOPs and AI tools. The content is already made. Your job is to help process the videos into short clips (using our AI workflow), organize them, and schedule them across platforms.

This is a part‑time, long‑term role starting at 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Daily / Weekly

Turn long videos into short clips using our simple AI “vibe editing” process (we train you; no heavy editing).
Organize clips into the correct folders (Education, Story/Empathy, Proof, Ad Candidates).
Schedule 4 posts per day across Instagram and Facebook using Meta Business Suite (and TikTok & YouTube shorts).
Use our pre‑written captions and calls‑to‑action; make light edits in good English when needed.
Track basic performance: saves, shares, comments, link clicks, and booked consults.
Each week, identify the top‑performing posts and move them into the “Ad Candidates” folder.

Systems / Admin

Follow our simple SOPs exactly (they are written step‑by‑step).
Keep content folders clean, named correctly, and up‑to‑date.
Send a short weekly report: what was posted, top posts, and any issues.
Requirements

Must‑haves

Excellent written English.
Very organized; enjoys checklists and following SOPs.
Experience with:
Instagram and Facebook (posting or scheduling)
YouTube/TikTok Posting or scheduling
Google Drive / Dropbox or similar cloud storage
Fast, stable internet and a modern computer.
Comfortable learning new tools (we will train you on our AI / “vibe editing” workflow).

Nice‑to‑haves

Experience using Meta Business Suite for scheduling.
Experience working with healthcare, parenting, or mom‑focused brands.
Basic Canva skills (simple thumbnails or text on screen).

Hours & Pay

Rate: 6 USD per hour
Hours: 15–20 hours per week to start
13th‑month pay (pro‑rated based on months worked)
Philippine public holidays off (paid if they fall on your regular work days)
Flexible schedule, but you must:
Have some overlap with US Central Time for short check‑ins.
Always keep content scheduled at least 7 days in advance.
