Social Media & Content Curator — Growth Path Across Personal Brand, Fashion & Proptech Launch

Job Type: Part-time & Project work to start, with clear path to full-time and expanded scope across multiple brands

Overview:
UK and European-based entrepreneur, running several companies, including a fashion brand and a proptech app launching next month, alongside my personal brand. I'm looking for someone to start by curating and growing my personal Instagram ,travel, food, art, cycling, music (techno), and reflective/spiritually-inspired content meant to motivate others —,with real potential to grow into ongoing content and social media work across my other brands. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term relationship with an established, multi-company operation rather than a one-off gig.

Starting responsibilities (personal brand):

Curate a large personal photo archive (travel, food, art) into a cohesive, artsy, timeless feed
Edit GoPro travel/cycling footage into YouTube videos and Instagram Reels
Draft reflective, motivating captions — spiritually-grounded but not preachy
Build and maintain a content calendar
Light Story/highlight graphics (Canva-level)

Growth path (as trust builds):

Support content and social media for a fashion brand
Support launch content for a new proptech app (launching next month)
Potential to become a regular part of a small content team across all brands

Requirements:

Proven Instagram curation experience (send 2-3 example grids)
Video editing skills — CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve (send a sample edit)
Strong sense of aesthetic consistency — minimalist/moody/film-toned preferred
Comfortable handling a large unsorted media archive
Good written English, thoughtful tone for captions
Reliable, communicative, and interested in a long-term working relationship

Nice to have:

Interest in travel, food, spirituality/mindfulness content (Sufi- self help content)
Techno/electronic music culture familiarity,
Fashion or proptech content experience
YouTube management (thumbnails, SEO basics)

Compensation: Modest starting rate for the personal brand role, with a clear review after [30/60 days] to increase pay and scope based on performance — this role can grow significantly for the right person.
