Reddit & Facebook Community Engagement Specialist | Fashion & Football

Caribbean Football Co. is a developing premium football lifestyle brand inspired by Caribbean culture, fashion, music and nightlife.

We need an experienced community operator who can find relevant conversations, start engaging discussions and introduce our brand thoughtfully to the right audiences. This is an active outreach role, not just monitoring comments on our own pages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research relevant subreddits, Facebook groups and approved communities interested in distinctive sportswear, streetwear, football fashion, Caribbean culture, music and lifestyle.
• Review community rules and identify appropriate opportunities to participate.
• Write original posts, start discussions, contribute useful comments and follow up on replies during agreed working hours.
• Introduce CFC where relevant and permitted, accurately representing your relationship to the brand.
• Support our own pages or communities when assigned.
• Keep a tracker of communities, rules, post/comment links, replies, results and audience insights.
• Use supplied tracking links where appropriate and distinguish engagement from actual traffic or sales.

QUALITY AND VOLUME BOTH MATTER
We want consistent, efficient daily execution. During the paid trial we will agree on realistic weekly targets for research, original posts, comments and follow-ups. Tell us what you can deliver within 10 paid hours including research and reporting.

Repeated copy-paste promotion, fake testimonials, purchased engagement and ignoring community rules are not acceptable ways to meet targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on Reddit and/or Facebook group engagement experience.
• Strong written English and the ability to adapt to each community's tone.
• Ability to initiate conversations and identify relevant opportunities from an approved brief.
• Reliable follow-through, organized reporting and openness to feedback.
• Fashion, consumer-brand, football, music or entertainment experience is welcome.

Specialists in either Reddit or Facebook may apply. State your strongest platform. The initial community-role allocation is 10 hours/week total; if we hire separate specialists, we will agree on the split.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION
$3–$5 USD/hour based on demonstrated ability. Approximately two hours/day, five days/week by agreement. This is not full-time or continuously on-call work.

We provide brand information, approved assets, objectives and feedback. Account access and ownership will be agreed before work starts; we do not require purchasing accounts. Hours and compensation may be reviewed as sales grow; increases are not guaranteed.

PAID TRIAL
Shortlisted applicants will complete a small paid trial with an agreed scope and hour limit before an ongoing commitment. It will include community research, draft posts/replies and an activity tracker. Public posting begins only after the approach and access are approved. No unpaid custom campaign is required.
