We're a fast-growing US-based apparel brand. We're adding a reliable, detail-oriented person to our client and operations team.

The Role
You'll support our client team and our operations team. The job is to keep customer accounts and orders moving smoothly from first message to delivery. It's hands-on, and people who perform well get more ownership over time.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer messages and email s quickly and professionally
Follow up with customers and keep conversations moving
Keep customer accounts and order details organized and up to date
Help process orders and check details for accuracy
Send order status and shipping updates to customers
Coordinate with internal team members and partners on order progress
Support day-to-day admin and operations tasks as needed

Requirements

Excellent written English with a natural, friendly, professional tone
1+ year experience in customer support, sales support, or e-commerce operations
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Fast, reliable internet and a quiet workspace
Available for the full shift and responsive during working hours
Quick to learn new tools and systems

Nice to Have

Shopify experience
Experience with project management or CRM tools
Background in apparel or e-commerce
