Pinterest Manager & Content Creator | Premium Fashion & AI Imagery

Caribbean Football Co. is a developing premium football lifestyle brand inspired by Caribbean culture, fashion, music, nightlife and opulence. We want Pinterest to become a discovery channel for our jerseys and lifestyle imagery, bringing relevant visitors to our website.

We need a hands-on Pinterest manager who can propose a practical organic strategy, create compelling Pins and execute consistently. This is a Pinterest-specific role, not simply reposting Instagram content.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Audit or help organize our Pinterest business presence and develop an initial 30-day plan.
• Research relevant search terms, trends, competitors and audience interests around football jersey outfits, premium sportswear, streetwear, Caribbean style, vacation and nightlife looks.
• Build an intentional board structure and write relevant board descriptions, Pin titles and descriptions.
• Create fresh static and video Pins, outfit ideas, styling guides and lifestyle creatives using our approved jersey mockups and brand assets.
• Generate or edit AI-assisted images of people wearing our jerseys, preserving accurate crests, colors, lettering and product details. Flag inaccurate outputs for revision and clearly distinguish concept imagery where needed.
• Link each approved Pin to an appropriate working product, collection, editorial or waitlist page, depending on launch readiness. Do not invent product availability or prices.
• Schedule approved Pins using Pinterest or an agreed scheduler and coordinate with our content editor to reuse suitable assets efficiently.
• Test creative formats, keywords and calls to action, maintaining an organized content calendar and asset library.
• Report impressions, saves, outbound clicks and website results where tracking is available. Separate Pinterest engagement from actual traffic, signups and sales.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated Pinterest management experience with live accounts and examples of your contribution.
• Understanding of Pinterest keyword research, visual discovery and organic ecommerce traffic.
• Strong fashion/lifestyle visual taste and clear written English.
• Practical design skills in Canva or similar tools, plus ability to create or edit AI imagery.
• Ability to plan and execute within a small weekly budget and communicate clearly without constant supervision.
• Fashion, apparel, lifestyle or Shopify experience is especially welcome.

This initial role focuses on organic Pinterest. Paid advertising, paid tools, product feeds and account-access changes require separate agreement. We provide brand direction, mockups, available lifestyle assets and feedback. Publishing starts with approved content and suitable destination pages.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION
$3–$5 USD/hour based on demonstrated ability, initially up to 10 hours/week. All research, design, AI editing, revisions, scheduling and reporting must fit within agreed paid hours. Tell us what sustainable output you can deliver. This is not a full-time or continuously on-call role.

We hope to build a long-term relationship. Hours and compensation may be reviewed as the business and sales grow; increases are not guaranteed.

PAID TRIAL
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a small paid trial with a clear scope and hour limit before an ongoing commitment. The trial may include a focused keyword/board plan, a few sample Pins using supplied assets, and a reporting outline. No unpaid custom work is required to apply.
