Product Hunter / Product Researcher / Product Architect — Meta & TikTok Winning Products

Confidential employer

About us International e-commerce group running multiple DTC brands across US and European markets. We hire a full-time Product Hunter / Architect to detect winning and emerging products on Meta and TikTok before saturation, and to design how we beat them. Mission Feed our product pipeline with validated, differentiated product opportunities. You find the signal early, you prove it with data, you propose the version that wins. Sourcing and testing are handled by other teams — your output is decision-ready product briefs. Operating system — how you will work Daily: structured hunting sessions (spy tools + organic) ? 3–5 product briefs in our standard template (traction proof, ad/advertiser count, saturation stage, audience, angle analysis, improvement proposal, verdict). Weekly: Monday hunting plan (niches, geos, angles to explore this week) + Friday recap (pipeline status, hit rate, what the data taught us) + one video check-in. Monthly: performance review on tracked KPIs — briefs delivered, briefs accepted for testing, products scaled. All work is logged in our PM system (tasks, briefs, statuses). Every brief follows the template — no freestyle reports. Scan ad libraries, TikTok, Meta and competitor stores daily for products gaining traction Track new advertisers and scaling brands; log what they are pushing and for how long Build a research sheet per product: what it is, who sells it, ad longevity, price and margin estimate, supplier availability, competitor count Analyze why a product works: the angle, the audience, the offer, the weakness a competitor left open Deliver a fixed number of qualified product sheets every week Tools you mastered PiPiAds, Minea, WinningHunter, ---------- (at least 2 daily) TikTok Creative Center, Meta Ad Library, TikTok organic search Google Trends, Amazon/AliExpress best-sellers, competitor store analysis Notion/ClickUp or similar PM tool, Google Sheets, Loom Requirements 2+ years product research for dropshipping / DTC stores (name stores or niches in your application). A documented personal hunting process — you can explain it step by step and show the forms/templates you use. You read WHY a product wins (angle, audience, offer, timing) — not just trending lists. Strong written English, structured reporting, reliable daily output. Full-time 40h/week, long-term, weekly video check-in. Conditions Competitive monthly salary based on demonstrated skill — state your expected salary in your application. Paid on time, every month. Performance bonus when a product you found scales. Stable long-term role in a growing group. How to apply (mandatory — applications ignoring this are deleted) 1. Start your application with the word "HUNTER". 2. ONE product currently in early trend phase (not an already-famous winner): proof it is rising, why it works, its main weakness, and YOUR improved version. 3. Describe your hunting process step by step, from first signal to final recommendation — and attach or screenshot the research form/template/tracker you personally use. 4. List the exact tools you use daily and your subscription status (own account / previous employer's). 5. Your expected monthly salary (PHP) and earliest start date.

Virtual Production Coordinator — Construction / Outdoor Living

Confidential employer

EDGE Outdoors is looking for a highly organized Virtual Production Coordinator to support our outdoor-living construction projects from the moment a job is sold through production readiness. This is not a general administrative assistant position. You will help turn a sold project into an organized, documented, ready-to-build project. EDGE Outdoors is a South Carolina outdoor-living contractor. We build projects such as screen rooms, sunrooms, pergolas, decks, patios, and other outdoor living spaces. This is a full-time role as we scale. Target workload is up to 40 hours per week, with compensation in the $5-$8/hour range and a maximum monthly budget of $1,200. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Once a project is sold, you will work with the Project Manager to help prepare the project for production. Your responsibilities may include: Meeting with the Project Manager for a Sold Project Handoff / Production Review. Reviewing contracts, estimates, plans, selections, photos, notes, and project scope. Identifying missing information or decisions that could delay production. Creating detailed work orders for crews and subcontractors. Preparing material takeoffs and material order forms from approved project information. Organizing project documents and production folders. Preparing and submitting permit applications as authorized. Tracking permit approvals, inspection requirements, and required documentation. Researching local permit and licensing requirements for applicable municipalities. Preparing purchase orders and vendor documentation as directed. Confirming customer selections and specifications are properly documented. Assisting with subcontractor scopes and production documentation. Tracking long-lead materials and required delivery dates. Maintaining accurate project status in EDGE systems and following up on missing information. Helping confirm that every project is Production Ready before scheduling. THE STANDARD When production receives a project, the team should not have to hunt for information. The project file should clearly answer: What are we building? What materials are required? What has been ordered? Who is performing each portion of the work? What permits or approvals are required? What customer selections have been made? What is still outstanding? Is the project actually ready to schedule? YOU MAY BE A STRONG FIT IF YOU ARE Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable following structured processes and checklists. Able to read construction estimates, scopes, plans, and specifications. Comfortable communicating professionally with contractors, suppliers, and government offices. Good at finding missing information before it becomes a problem. Persistent with follow-up and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Able to work independently without constant supervision. Strong with spreadsheets, PDFs, online forms, and project-management software. Clear and professional in written English. CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED Relevant backgrounds include residential construction, remodeling, decks/outdoor living, landscaping or hardscapes, roofing/exteriors, estimating, purchasing, material ordering, permitting, project coordination, or construction administration. Experience with JobTread or similar construction-management software is a plus. You should also be comfortable with Google Workspace, PDFs, construction drawings, supplier/vendor portals, and municipal permitting websites. IMPORTANT ROLE BOUNDARY The Project Manager owns field execution and project decisions. The Virtual Production Coordinator owns the administrative readiness of the project: documentation, procurement support, permits, follow-up, and completeness. You will not be responsible for unsupervised engineering, code interpretation, contractor licensing, or field construction decisions. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Sold projects move into production without administrative confusion. Work orders accurately reflect the sold scope. Material orders are prepared correctly and on time. Permit requirements are identified early and tracked. Missing information is caught before field production. Project Managers spend less time on paperwork and more time managing projects. Every project has a clear, organized production file before work begins. TO APPLY Please include the word READY in the first line of your application. Then answer the following: 1. Briefly introduce yourself and your relevant experience. 2. What construction, remodeling, project coordination, purchasing, estimating, or permitting experience do you have? 3. What software systems have you used? Include construction-management tools, spreadsheets, PDFs, vendor portals, permitting websites, or project-management software. 4. Have you prepared work orders, material orders, purchase orders, permit applications, or project handoff documents before? If yes, describe what you did. 5. Explain how you would organize the handoff of a newly sold construction project from Sales to Production. A strong answer should address scope review, missing information, work orders, materials, permits, procurement, and a production-ready check. 6. What is your availability, preferred working hours, and earliest start date? 7. What is your expected hourly rate? Applications that do not answer the screening question may not be reviewed.

Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator (Remote)

Confidential employer

About the role The founder of a portfolio of ecommerce brands, and he's looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant who also acts as a project coordinator across his business and personal life. This is not a task-execution VA role — it's a right-hand seat. You'll own his calendar, drive his product-development and digital projects forward, keep his systems current, and handle the executive and personal admin that frees him to focus on high-level decisions. The best person for this role anticipates what's needed before being asked, holds multiple projects in motion without dropping details, and communicates clearly in writing. If you take ownership and make things happen, you'll thrive here — and grow with the business. What you'll own: Executive support Manage his calendar — schedule, protect focus time, resolve conflicts Prepare meeting agendas and briefing notes; chase follow-ups after his meetings Support his inbox — draft replies, surface what needs him, keep it organized Produce a daily morning brief: his calendar, decisions he needs to make, project status, and what he's waiting on Project coordination Keep his product-development projects on track — maintain the timeline, flag slipping deadlines, and keep him updated on status (project tracking, not vendor management) Coordinate digital projects (e.g., our DTC website build) — organize tasks, assets, and blockers Manage creative and design deliverables (e.g., product photography) — brief, track, and chase to completion Track our IP filing and compliance checklist so nothing advances out of sequence Systems & hiring admin Keep our Notion workspace current — goals, tasks, and project trackers Run hiring logistics — schedule interviews, collect scorecards, track candidates Prepare research briefs and decision memos when I need to make a call Personal / life management Book travel — flights, hotels, ground transport, full itineraries (business + personal) Manage personal appointments, reservations, renewals, subscriptions, and reminders Handle personal research and errands remotely — purchases, bookings, returns, vendor coordination What this role does NOT include: To keep scope clean, these are owned by other team members: Amazon Seller Central / marketplace operations Vendor and supplier relationships — including new sourcing partners — plus purchase orders, payments, freight, and logistics Finance, bookkeeping, and invoicing Social and affiliate marketing execution Your product-development work is coordination and tracking only — keeping projects, timelines, and my decisions moving. Vendor and supplier relationships are owned separately. Who you are: A proactive owner — you move work forward without being told each step, and flag problems before they grow Organized under pressure — you hold several projects in motion at once and don't drop details A clear writer — your written English is crisp and professional; you can draft a clean email , agenda, or brief on your own Trustworthy and discreet — you'll handle personal and sensitive information with judgment, and you know what to escalate Systems-minded — you're comfortable in project tools and pick up new software (including AI tools) quickly Experience & skills Required: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant to a founder or senior executive (entrepreneurial environment preferred) Demonstrated project or vendor coordination — you've run something end-to-end, not just completed assigned tasks Experience managing executive travel and personal/life admin Hands-on with a project/workspace tool — Notion strongly preferred (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or Trello also considered) Excellent written and spoken English Reliable computer, fast and stable internet, quiet workspace Nice to have: Exposure to ecommerce or DTC brands (helpful context, not required) Experience working with US-based founders or on US business hours Comfort with AI and automation tools Tools you'll use: Notion · Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Drive) · Slack · project management tools · AI tools How to apply: (Read carefully — I'm looking for attention to detail and initiative.) Start your application with the word "Amanak" so I know you read this posting in full. In 3–4 sentences, tell me about a specific time you moved a project or solved a problem before being asked. Briefly describe your experience with Notion or a similar project tool. Include your expected monthly rate and your available working hours (with timezone). Virtual Assistant with a Future in Bookkeeping

Confidential employer

Virtual Assistant with a Future in Bookkeeping Remote · Full-Time · Pacific Time Hours About Us We're a growing Canadian virtual bookkeeping firm serving small businesses across Canada and the US. Our team works remotely and manages client work independently. We're hiring a Virtual Assistant who wants more than VA work: we will train you to become a professional bookkeeper. About the Role This is a career track, not a task list. You'll start as a VA supporting our bookkeeping team: organizing documents, chasing missing information, keeping client records tidy, and handling recurring admin. From day one, you'll also be in our structured bookkeeping training program. As you pass each milestone, you take on real bookkeeping work: bank reconciliations first, then full-cycle bookkeeping, then your own client portfolio. You don't need bookkeeping experience to apply. We're looking for someone sharp, careful, and hungry to learn, who wants a skilled profession with real earning growth. If you already know your debits and credits, even better: you'll move through our training milestones faster, and the raises come with the milestones. If you're the kind of person who spots the one number that doesn't match, who finishes what they start without being chased, and who would rather figure something out than wait to be told, keep reading. What You'll Do From the start (VA work): Collect, rename, and file client documents (receipts, statements, invoices) Follow up with clients for missing information Keep task boards and checklists current Data entry with high accuracy Support the bookkeeping team with recurring admin As you train (bookkeeping work): Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online Bank and credit card reconciliations Accounts receivable and accounts payable support Eventually: month-end closes and your own client portfolio Who You Are Detail-obsessed. A $0.02 difference bothers you until you find it. Comfortable with numbers. You don't need accounting experience, but spreadsheets don't scare you. A fast, self-driven learner. You Google first, watch the tutorial, try it, and then ask a focused question. Reliable. Deadlines are commitments, not suggestions. A clear communicator. You give updates before anyone has to ask, and you know the difference between "here's my status" and "I need help." Tech-comfortable. Fluent in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets, and you've used AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to work faster. In it for the long term. You want to build a profession, not hop to the next gig in six months. Must-Haves 2+ years of remote work as a VA, admin assistant, data entry specialist, or similar Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent written and spoken English Available full-time, Pacific Time (night shift in the Philippines) Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and backup power/internet References we can speak with Nice-to-Haves Any exposure to bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, or accounting software Experience supporting an accounting firm, law firm, or other professional services business QuickBooks Online experience (any amount) A bookkeeping course you started or completed on your own What You Get Paid, structured training to become a full-cycle bookkeeper (we cover the certifications) A mentor assigned to you personally for your first months Pay increases tied to training milestones, not just tenure Long-term, stable, full-time role with a growing firm Logistics Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Setup: 100% remote Compensation: Starting VA rate based on experience, with defined raises as you pass bookkeeping milestones. Share your expectations in your application. Term: Long-term role How to Apply Apply through OnlineJobs.ph. Generic applications will be ignored. In your cover letter, answer these four questions: Tell me about something difficult you taught yourself, without a class or a boss making you. How did you go about it? Describe a time you caught a mistake (yours or someone else's) that nobody else had noticed. What tipped you off? Why bookkeeping? Why do you want to learn this specific skill? What's your salary expectation for a full-time role on Pacific Time hours, and what would you expect to earn once fully trained as a bookkeeper? Applications that skip these questions will not be reviewed.

Confidential employer

Full-Time | Fully Remote | US Eastern Time A Couple & A Dream is a design-build studio in Florida, and we’re looking for a Kitchen Designer who gets excited about the part of design where ideas become real. We love beautiful kitchens. But we’re not looking for someone whose work stops at a beautiful rendering. Our clients are increasingly thoughtful and specific. They care about how their kitchen functions, how the cabinetry is detailed, how appliances integrate, how materials meet, why something is proportioned the way it is, and whether what they see in a presentation can actually be built. So we’re looking for someone who enjoys going deeper. Someone who can take the measurements, scans, photos, project information and client direction provided by our Florida team and turn them into a kitchen that is beautiful, technically resolved, detailed and ready to move toward pricing and construction. This is a fully remote position. You do not need to be located in Florida or in the United States. THE KIND OF DESIGNER WE’RE LOOKING FOR Maybe you’re the person who looks at a kitchen rendering and immediately starts thinking: Does that refrigerator actually fit? Where does that filler go? How is that panel terminating? Is the island clearance comfortable? What happens when that drawer opens? Is that appliance panel-ready? Does the elevation match the plan? What happens between the cabinet and the wall? Are we missing a finished end? If that sounds like your brain, we should probably talk. We’re especially interested in designers who understand that the smallest cabinetry details are often what separate a nice-looking kitchen from a professionally resolved one. THE WORK Projects begin with information collected by our team in Florida using our measurement and project documentation systems. That may include: Digital measurements and scans Existing-condition plans Photos and videos Appliance information Client requirements Design direction Construction information From there, the Kitchen Designer helps develop the project through: Space Planning ? Cabinetry Design ? Appliance Coordination ? Material Integration ? Technical Drawings ? Design Presentation ? Final Documentation The goal is not simply to create a concept. The goal is to create something our team can confidently move toward pricing, ordering and building. CABINETRY KNOWLEDGE MATTERS HERE We would love to meet someone who has worked seriously with kitchen cabinetry and understands things like: Cabinet sizing and configurations Base, wall and tall cabinets Pantry design Drawer configurations Fillers and scribes Finished ends Refrigerator and dishwasher panels Decorative panels Toe kicks Crown and trim Open shelving Appliance garages Interior cabinet accessories Trash pull-outs Corner solutions Hardware Inset and overlay cabinetry Cabinet modifications Islands and seating You don’t have to know every cabinet manufacturer in the United States. But we do want someone who understands how cabinetry goes together and knows what questions need to be answered before a kitchen is ready. DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS Appliances are not placeholders in our projects. We work from actual specifications and want our kitchen designs coordinated around real products. That means understanding things like: Appliance dimensions Required openings Clearances Ventilation Panel-ready appliances Plumbing requirements Electrical requirements Hood requirements Refrigerator conditions Dishwasher conditions Wall ovens and microwaves The same thinking applies to countertops, backsplash, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware and other finish details. We like designers who are curious about how things connect. DESIGN STILL MATTERS — A LOT Technical ability doesn’t mean we want boring kitchens. Quite the opposite. A Couple & A Dream is design-led. We care deeply about materiality, proportion, texture, interesting details and spaces that feel considered rather than copied from a trend. Before designing, one of the first questions we ask is: What is the goal? Who is going to use this kitchen? How do they live? What do they care about? Is this their home, an investment, a rental or a property being prepared for resale? We want the design to have a reason behind it. WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE IN YOUR BACKGROUND Professional experience designing kitchens is important for this role. Cabinetry experience is even more important. Experience with some of the following would be valuable: 2020 Design Chief Architect AutoCAD SketchUp Cabinet Vision Other cabinetry or kitchen design software Kitchen elevations Cabinet plans Technical documentation Appliance specification review Kitchen & bath design Millwork Interior architecture Photorealistic rendering is great. But technical kitchen knowledge matters more to us than rendering skill. WORKING REMOTELY WITH US Our Florida team handles the on-site side of the project. The remote design team works from the information collected there. A strong remote Kitchen Designer knows how to review that information critically. If a dimension is missing, ask. If two measurements don’t make sense together, flag it. If another photo or verification would help resolve something, tell us exactly what is needed. We don’t expect someone remotely to magically know what they cannot see. We value designers who know when they have enough information to move forward and when they don’t. WHY THIS ROLE COULD BE INTERESTING You won’t just be making kitchens for hypothetical portfolios. These are real projects. Clients will see your work. Vendors will price from it. Our construction team will build from it. And you’ll get to see what happens when the decisions made on screen become a physical space. For the right person, we think that feedback loop is one of the most exciting parts of working inside a design-build studio. COMPENSATION Starting rate: $3.50 USD/hour Full-time: 40 hours/week Quarterly performance bonus Compensation review after 6 months The quarterly bonus is connected to measurable results the team can influence — including procurement accuracy, avoiding preventable costs, stronger purchasing outcomes and performance. For this role, we are also especially interested in the value created through vendor negotiations, purchasing improvements and new revenue opportunities. HOW TO APPLY Start your message with KITCHEN. Then tell us: 1. Tell us about one kitchen you personally designed where you were responsible for more than the rendering. What parts of the project did you handle? 2. Before you consider a kitchen cabinetry design ready for ordering, what do you typically check? 3. Tell us about a detail or technical issue you caught before a kitchen went into production or construction. Please send: Your resume Your portfolio 3 kitchen projects you personally worked on Cabinet plans and/or elevations if available Renderings if available The software you use For each project, briefly tell us what you personally did. We’d rather see one beautifully resolved kitchen with great documentation than twenty beautiful renders with no technical information.

Reverse Recruiter

Confidential employer

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Reverse Recruiter / Job Search Assistant to help me secure my next Human Resources opportunity in the United States. My goal is to land a new position within the next 30 days, so I am looking for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized, and consistently identify and apply to strong opportunities on my behalf. This is a short-term, results-focused project. I already have a professionally written resume, so I am not looking for someone to rewrite my resume for every position or simply send me random job links. I need someone who can actively manage the search process, identify positions that align with my experience, submit quality applications, and identify the right people for me to personally contact after applying. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Searching daily for relevant Human Resources opportunities across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, company career pages, and other reputable job boards. Reviewing job descriptions carefully before applying. Identifying positions that are a realistic match for my background, experience, and career level. Submitting applications on my behalf using my approved resume and information. Completing application questions accurately and professionally. Avoiding duplicate applications. Prioritizing newer job postings whenever possible. Maintaining a detailed job-search tracker. For strong opportunities, identifying at least one relevant person I can personally reach out to after applying. Researching the most appropriate contact, such as: The recruiter assigned to the position Talent Acquisition Partner HR Director Head of People Hiring Manager Department leader Another relevant decision-maker connected to the role Providing the person’s name, title, LinkedIn profile, and any publicly available professional contact information. Flagging particularly strong opportunities immediately so I can personally handle outreach. I do not want random executives or unrelated employees listed simply to satisfy this requirement. The contact should have a reasonable connection to recruiting, Human Resources, or the position being filled. Job Search Tracker The tracker should include: Company Position title Location Work arrangement, if listed Salary range, if listed Date posted Date applied Application link Application status Recruiter or hiring-manager name Recruiter or hiring-manager title LinkedIn profile Publicly available professional email , when available Notes or recommended next steps Target Positions The search should primarily focus on positions such as: HR Generalist HR Business Partner HR Manager People Operations Employee Relations People & Culture Human Resources Partner Similar HR positions where my experience is a strong match I may provide additional job titles or search parameters throughout the project. Quality Over Random Volume I am looking for consistent application volume, but I do not want hundreds of random applications submitted simply to meet a quota. Every application should make sense. You should not apply to: Positions where I clearly do not meet the core qualifications Roles that are significantly below my experience level Positions that do not meet the location, compensation, or work-arrangement requirements I provide Jobs that are unrelated to my career path Duplicate postings that I have already applied to For the right candidate, I would expect approximately 10–15 strong applications per business day when enough qualified opportunities are available. The objective is not simply to submit applications. The objective is to build a strong pipeline that produces conversations, interviews, and ultimately an offer. What You Will NOT Be Responsible For You will not communicate with employers pretending to be me. I will personally handle: Recruiter conversations LinkedIn networking messages Interviews Interview scheduling Salary negotiations Offer discussions Your role is to build and manage the pipeline, identify the right people for me to contact, and give me the information I need to handle the relationship-building side of the search. Ideal Candidate You may be a strong fit if you: Have experience with recruiting, sourcing, job searching, virtual assistance, or talent acquisition. Understand professional-level U.S. job postings. Have experience searching LinkedIn and company career sites. Are comfortable researching recruiters and hiring managers. Understand how Applicant Tracking Systems work. Can quickly evaluate whether someone reasonably matches a job description. Have excellent written English. Are extremely detail-oriented. Can work independently without constant supervision. Are comfortable conducting daily job searches. Understand Boolean searches, LinkedIn sourcing, recruiter research, and contact identification. Can maintain an accurate and organized job tracker. Previous experience sourcing Human Resources or corporate-level positions in the United States is strongly preferred. Project Length & Compensation This is initially a 30-day project. My goal is to secure a new position during that 30-day period. Compensation will be: $300 total base compensation for the 30-day project, paid at $75 per week. In addition, there will be a: $150 success bonus if I accept a job offer that resulted directly from an opportunity you identified or applied to during this project. If the working relationship is productive and I have not yet accepted an offer after the initial 30 days, there may be an opportunity to extend the project. When Applying Please answer the following: 1. Tell me about your previous recruiting, sourcing, virtual-assistant, or job-search experience. 2. Have you previously applied to U.S.-based jobs on behalf of another person? 3. Have you sourced Human Resources or other professional/corporate positions before? 4. How do you determine whether a candidate is actually qualified for a position? 5. How would you identify the correct recruiter or hiring manager for a job posting? 6. Approximately how many quality applications could you reasonably complete each business day? 7. Which job-search and sourcing platforms are you most experienced using? 8. How would you organize and track applications and outreach contacts? 9. What would your strategy be if the goal was to help someone secure a new job within 30 days? Please include the word “People” somewhere in your response so I know you carefully read the entire posting. I am looking for someone who is proactive, organized, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of the search. If you are someone who simply mass-applies to every position available, this will not be a good fit. If you understand recruiting, can recognize strong opportunities, can identify the right people to contact, and know how to keep a job search moving every single day, I would like to hear from you.
