Recruitment Virtual Assistant (GoHighLevel) – Confirmation Calls & Appointment Booking, UK Hours

Relay Direct is a UK face-to-face field sales and marketing agency working with household-name brands. We recruit a high volume of new sales reps every week across our UK offices and need a reliable, sharp Virtual Assistant to keep our recruitment pipeline moving.

THE ROLE

• Call candidates to confirm their interviews and re-book anyone who cannot attend
• Book interview appointments into our calendars by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email
• Follow up with candidates who have not responded, using a multi-day follow-up sequence
• Manage our GoHighLevel (GHL) pipelines: update contacts, move candidates between stages, keep notes and tags accurate
• Review candidate applications and video responses, and keep job board listings and inboxes tidy
• Report daily numbers: calls made, candidates confirmed, interviews booked, show-up rate

YOU MUST HAVE

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience: pipelines, calendars, conversations, contacts, basic workflows
• Clear, confident spoken English and a professional, friendly phone manner. This is a calling role
• Experience in appointment setting, confirmation calls or recruitment coordination
• Strong computer skills: Google Workspace, diallers/phone systems, job boards
• Full-time availability during UK business hours (9am to 6pm UK time)
• Quiet workspace, reliable computer, headset, stable internet and a backup for power or internet outages
