AI STATIC AD DESIGNER

Confidential employer

AI STATIC AD DESIGNER Full-Time | Remote We run paid ads on Meta every single day. We are looking for someone who produces static ads at volume using AI. Not a traditional graphic designer. Not a creative strategist. We come up with the concepts. You turn them into images. WHAT YOU’D DO Take a winning ad and create dozens of versions of it. Keep the core message while changing hooks, layouts, colours, imagery and visual treatments. Take new concepts we give you and turn them into finished static ads. Work from an idea, script and reference while d ---------- how the execution should look. Build offer ads such as buy-one-get-one, percentage discounts, free gift stacks and price comparisons. Produce hundreds of images every month. Make variations quickly without unnecessarily changing the concept. Nobody hand-designs that volume of creative from scratch. You need an AI-first workflow. THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO ALREADY KNOW You should already know how to work with: Nano Banana Pro Midjourney Higgsfield Photoshop or Figma for assembly We provide the tools and credits once you are hired. We are not teaching someone AI image generation from scratch. WHO THIS IS FOR This role is for you if: You generate images rather than manually building everything from scratch. You have created ads that actually ran on paid traffic. You can take one idea and produce twenty different executions without getting bored. You follow the brief. If we ask for the same message five ways, you give us five executions of that message, not five completely different concepts. You have good visual taste but understand that the ad exists to perform, not become a portfolio piece. You can produce at volume without being chased. You are comfortable doing repeated variations of winning ideas. DO NOT APPLY IF Your experience is mainly branding, logos or organic social media posts. You have never made an ad that ran on paid Meta traffic. You want to be the person coming up with the concepts. You are still learning AI image-generation tools. You dislike repetitive iteration. You want to reinvent the brief every time. You need somebody constantly telling you what to do next. THE SETUP Full-time Long-term Remote Work your own hours as long as deadlines are hit and you are responsive during agreed working windows AI tools and credits are provided Performance-based upside is available for ads that scale Compensation is discussed after the interview based on experience, output and the type of work you can handle PAY Compensation is discussed after the interview. The final compensation will depend on your experience, output, and the level of work you can take on. There is also additional performance-based upside tied to ads you create that scale, with room for compensation to grow over time based on performance and output. HOW TO APPLY Do not send us a CV or a traditional portfolio. IF YOU WANNA BE CONSIDERED, SEND A LOOM VIDEO 3-5 MINUTES LONG. In the Loom: 1. Show us three to five static ads you personally worked on that actually ran on paid traffic. 2. Tell us exactly what your part was on each one. 3. Show us something you created using AI. 4. Walk us through your workflow and which tools you used. 5. If you have access to performance data such as spend, ROAS or CTR, show us. If you do not, just say so. 6. Tell us approximately how much static creative you can realistically produce in a normal month. No slides. Show us the actual work and talk us through it. Applications without a Loom will AUTOMATICALLY BE REJECTED. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. READ THE JOB POST PROPERLY. Shortlisted applicants will move to a paid practical trial using real creative from our account. Send your Loom link in your application with a link to your portfolio!

AI VIDEO EDITOR

Confidential employer

AI VIDEO EDITOR Full-Time | Remote We run paid ads on Meta every single day. We are looking for AI Video Editors only. Not editors who “also use AI sometimes.” Not editors who are still learning AI. If your workflow is mainly Premiere, stock footage and traditional editing, this is not for you. Every concept we make is generated. That is the job. WHAT YOU’D DO Deliver 35 to 40 finished video concepts per month, roughly two per working day. Receive the script, shot list and creative direction from us. You generate and assemble. Create iterations and variations when required, including hook swaps, recuts, reorders and length changes. Turn revisions around within 24 hours. Keep your work moving without someone chasing you every day. Speak up early if something is unclear, blocked or at risk of missing a deadline. THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO ALREADY KNOW You should already know how to work with: Higgsfield Kling Veo / Google Flow ElevenLabs HeyGen Nano Banana Pro We provide the tools and credits once you are hired. We are not teaching someone how to use these tools from scratch. If you need to Google what half of these are before applying, this probably is not the role for you. WHO THIS IS FOR This role is for you if: You generate video rather than spend your day hunting for stock footage. You have edited ads that actually ran on paid traffic. You can realistically deliver two finished concepts per working day. You are comfortable receiving a script, shot list and direction and executing it. You do not need to rewrite every concept to make it “yours.” You can work independently without constant follow-up. You communicate when something is wrong instead of disappearing until the deadline. You can read a detailed brief, understand what the ad is trying to accomplish, and make good production decisions without needing every step explained to you. DO NOT APPLY IF You mainly edit weddings, vlogs, YouTube videos or general branded content. You have never edited an ad that ran on paid Meta traffic. You cannot realistically produce 35 to 40 concepts per month. You are still learning AI video-generation tools. You want to own the creative concept rather than execute the brief. You need someone to give you a new task list every morning. You routinely wait until a deadline to mention that something is going wrong. THE SETUP Full-time Long-term Remote Work your own hours as long as deadlines are hit and you are responsive during agreed working windows AI tools and credits are provided once hired Performance-based upside is available for ads that scale Final long-term compensation is discussed after we have seen your actual output THE PAID TRIAL Qualified applicants will be invited to complete one paid trial video. There is no Loom application requirement. Every editor completing the trial will receive the same concept and brief so we can evaluate everyone against the same standard. The trial video will be approximately 3 to 4 minutes long. The exact runtime will be confirmed with the final brief. Trial pay is $50 to $70 per approved video. The exact rate will be confirmed before you begin. You will receive: The creative brief Script Shot list and creative direction Required assets or audio Reference material where applicable Exact runtime Submission deadline You will use your own tools for the paid trial. We are not just testing whether you know how to operate AI software. We are looking at whether you can: Understand the concept and target customer Follow a detailed brief Apply direct-response judgement Generate strong, consistent visuals Maintain continuity Edit with strong pacing and retention Identify problems or unclear instructions before they become bigger problems Make reasonable decisions independently Deliver the finished work on time The brief may not answer every possible production question perfectly. We expect a strong editor to understand the intent, think through the execution and ask useful questions when something genuinely matters. PAY The initial paid trial is $50 to $70 per approved video. If you pass the trial and join the team, long-term compensation will be discussed based on your experience, output, consistency and the type and complexity of concepts you can handle, including more advanced AI animation. There is also additional performance-based upside tied to ads you create that scale. HOW TO APPLY Do not send us a CV. Send us a link to your portfolio or examples of work you personally edited. We want to see: 1. Three to five ads you personally worked on that actually ran on paid traffic. 2. At least one recent piece of work that was fully or heavily AI-generated. 3. Examples that show the actual level of editing you can consistently produce. 4. A short note listing the AI video and editing tools you currently use. 5. How many finished concepts you can realistically deliver in one month. If you have access to performance information such as spend, ROAS or CTR for any of your work, include it. If you do not have access to those numbers, just say so. For any work you submit, be prepared to explain exactly what your part was. Do not send us somebody else’s work and present it as your own. Etsy Growth & Store Manager – Digital Products

Confidential employer

I am looking for an experienced, commercially minded Etsy Growth & Store Manager to take ownership of an existing digital-products store. This is not a basic VA, data-entry or listing-upload role. The store sells digital spreadsheet products, primarily Excel and Google Sheets templates. It currently has an established catalogue but is significantly underperforming, generating only around US$30 per month in normal sales. I believe the store has considerably more potential and am looking for someone who can bring a fresh approach, identify what is holding it back and turn it into a commercially successful store. Initial 4-month growth sprint The initial engagement will be a four-month growth sprint, working up to 20 hours per week. If we achieve strong results, my intention is for this to develop into a long-term Store Manager position, with increased responsibility, additional resources and the opportunity for compensation to grow with the store. I care much more about results than simply hours worked. What you will do You will take ownership of the store's growth, including: Analyse the existing store, listings and performance Identify why products are or are not selling Etsy SEO and keyword research Competitor and market research Identify new product opportunities Improve product positioning, pricing and bundles Improve thumbnails, titles, descriptions and tags Analyse traffic and conversion Test ideas and measure results Identify products that should be improved, expanded or discontinued Help develop new digital-product concepts Make basic to intermediate improvements to Excel and Google Sheets products when required Provide a simple weekly update covering results, work completed, findings and next priorities I am not looking for someone who waits for a daily task list. I want someone who can look at the store, understand what the numbers are saying, identify opportunities and tell me what we should do next. The person I am looking for You should have: Proven experience growing Etsy stores Strong understanding of Etsy SEO, conversion and product research Experience with digital products Strong commercial judgement Confidence analysing store performance and making recommendations Good working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets Ability to make changes to spreadsheet products where required Strong written English Reliable communication A proactive, ownership-focused approach Your ability to grow an Etsy store is more important than being an advanced spreadsheet developer. As the store grows, I intend to add specialist product-development support so that the Store Manager can focus increasingly on growth and commercial performance. Compensation US$8–10/hour depending on experience Up to 20 hours per week initially Performance bonuses in addition to hourly pay The role includes one-off bonuses for reaching new monthly sales milestones: US$250 sales = US$25 bonus US$500 = US$50 US$1,000 = US$100 US$2,000 = US$200 US$3,000 = US$300 US$5,000 = US$500 US$10,000 = US$1,000 The incentive structure will continue at higher revenue levels as the store grows. If multiple new milestones are reached in the same month, all applicable milestone bonuses will be paid. For example, if sales move from US$500/month to US$2,000/month, the US$1,000 and US$2,000 bonuses would both be paid. There is significant upside for someone who can genuinely scale the business. To apply Please answer the following questions in your application: 1. Tell me about an Etsy store you have personally helped grow. What were sales like before you became involved, what did they grow to, how long did it take, and what did you personally change? 2. If you inherited an Etsy digital-products store currently generating around US$30–40/month, what would you do in your first 30 days? 3. How do you determine whether an Etsy listing has a traffic problem, SEO problem, conversion problem or product problem? 4. Tell me about a digital product you have helped successfully launch or improve. 5. What experience do you have with Excel and Google Sheets? You do not need to be an advanced spreadsheet developer, but you should be comfortable modifying and improving spreadsheet products. Please provide examples or evidence of previous results wherever possible. Generic applications that do not answer these questions will not be considered.
