YouTube Video Editor (Storytelling, Stock Footage + Light Graphics)

I am looking for a video editor for my YouTube channel. The videos are educational, calm, and personal. I talk to the camera and share advice about moving abroad. Videos are usually 5–15 minutes long.

This role is a good fit if you:
-Have strong attention to detail.
-Are good at following detailed feedback.
-Are very good at finding stock footage that helps tell the story of the video.
-Can combine my own B-roll (videos and images) with stock footage in a natural way.
-Are skilled with graphics and light animation (text on screen, simple motion graphics).
-Can use editing to build a story, not just cut the video.
-Are self-sufficient. You can make good choices without many instructions.
-Can follow my current style and suggest ways to improve it as the channel grows.
-Communicate clearly and tell me early if there is a question or delay.
-Are available Monday to Friday. I only give feedback on weekdays.
-Meet deadlines.

How this works:
I need 1 video edited per week. For each video, I will send you the footage, my B-roll, and my script with notes for visuals. You edit the full video.

Right now, videos usually take 2–3 rounds of revisions. My goal is to get this down to 1 round per video. I am looking for someone who pays close attention to feedback so we can get there.

Pay:
$50 USD per video, revisions included.
Payment sent through Wise

If we work well together, this can become ongoing weekly work and a long-term role.
