I'm looking for one person who just gets it. You have an eye. You scroll Instagram and Facebook and instantly know why one post is beautiful and another is forgettable.

You understand what people want to look at. You understand what sells - not because you studied it, but because it's in you.

My audience is tradies and small business owners. You'll make content that speaks their language and makes them want what we've built.

I'll give you raw footage and a vision. You'll turn it into content that stops the scroll, looks premium, and makes people want what they're seeing.

This isn't a video-editing job. This is a taste job. If you have to be told what looks good, this isn't for you. If you already know - and you're the best - we'll build something beautiful together.

PAY: A$1,000/month base, plus A$100 for every 5,000 new followers (counted across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube combined), capped at A$1,500/month.

HOURS: around 15 hours a week, running my Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
