Leasing Coordinator (Remote, Full-Time, EST Hours)

About the role

We manage residential rental portfolios across the Tampa Bay and Fort Lauderdale markets. We're hiring an experienced Leasing Coordinator to run our leasing pipeline from first inquiry through signed lease and move-in. This is a high-volume role. You'll be the first voice a prospective resident hears, and the person who keeps our vacancy days low.

What you'll do

Respond to prospect inquiries by phone, text, and email, typically within minutes
Prescreen applicants against our rental criteria (income, credit, rental history, pets)
Schedule and coordinate showings with prospects and self-showing lockbox systems
Process applications, run screening reports, and package files for approval
Draft and send lease agreements and addenda for e-signature
Coordinate move-in scheduling, utility transfers, and key handoff
Post and refresh listings across syndication sites
Keep the leasing pipeline current in our property management software
Follow up on aging vacancies and report weekly on leasing activity

What we need from you

Minimum 2 years of leasing, property management, or real estate support experience (required, not negotiable)
Hands-on experience with a property management platform such as Appfolio.
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent
Reliable high-speed internet, a backup connection, a working computer, and a noise-free workspace with a headset
Ability to work full Eastern Standard Time business hours
Comfortable making and taking a high volume of calls daily
Organized, self-directed, and able to keep multiple deals moving at once

Nice to have

Familiarity with Florida landlord tenant law and Florida lease documents
Experience with Tenant Turner or ShowMojo or similar showing and screening tools
CRM and lead nurturing experience
