Job Title: HTML Web Designer – Landing Pages & Marketing Funnels (Full-Time)

About Us
We're an online performance marketing company. We build and run landing pages and funnels at high volume — Multiple landing pages per day. We're looking for a skilled, fast, and detail-oriented HTML web designer to join our team full-time and help us keep that pace while raising the quality of our work.

What You'll Do

• Build landing pages and funnels from scratch in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Redesign and restyle existing landing pages, and create fresh layouts
• Make ongoing adjustments and tweaks to live pages (copy, logos, images, structure)
• Build interactive/gamified elements such as scratch cards, spin-the-wheel, and similar engagement widgets
• Swap out logos, add design elements, and adapt branding as needed
• Set up form/lead capture so that data submitted on landing pages is stored and passed to the right place (form handling, webhooks, or a simple backend)
• Work cleanly — build new pages from scratch rather than copy-pasting code from old ones

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proven ability to build landing pages and funnels from scratch
• Experience creating interactive elements (scratch cards, spinners, quizzes, etc.)
• Understanding of form/lead data capture and where submitted data goes
• Clean, organized code and fast turnaround
• Comfortable working with Dropbox for file sharing within a team
• Reliable full-time availability — 40 hours per week
• Good written English for team communication

Nice to Have

• Experience in online marketing / affiliate / performance marketing
• Familiarity with tracking pixels, redirects, and funnel logic
• Basic backend knowledge (PHP, databases, or serverless form handling)

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• We collaborate through Dropbox, where the team shares landing pages and assets

Hiring Process
