Instagram Outbound Messaging VA – 2 Positions

Job description:
We are hiring 2 Virtual Assistants to handle outbound Instagram messaging and lead outreach.
Your main responsibility will be sending a high volume of outbound Instagram messages each day, following our scripts and outreach process, tracking conversations, and identifying interested prospects for our team.
We are hiring for 2 UK-time shifts:

• Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK time
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM UK time

Responsibilities include:

• Sending outbound Instagram messages daily
• Following provided messaging scripts and SOPs
• Starting conversations with prospective leads
• Keeping track of outreach and responses
• Following up with prospects where required
• Reporting daily outreach numbers and results

Requirements:

• Strong written English
• Reliable internet connection
• Comfortable doing repetitive, high-volume outreach
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and scripts accurately
• Previous Instagram outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or DM experience is preferred
