TOK AI Consulting · Remote, Philippines-based · Full-time (40 hrs/week) · USD $600/month base plus performance bonuses (about USD $950 a month once you hit target) About the role I'm hiring a Philippines-based VA to build my sales pipeline. The work covers researching the right prospects, keeping my CRM clean, preparing personalised outreach and booking discovery calls. This is not a general admin role. It suits someone who researches accurately, keeps systems tidy, uses AI tools well, and checks AI output rather than trusting the first draft. We start with Australia. Europe is added later, as you grow into the role. About the business TOK AI Consulting helps founder-led and CEO-led businesses adopt AI in practical, commercially sound ways. That includes AI strategy, AI policy, team training and implementation support. My clients are business owners and senior leaders who value evidence, clarity and doing what we say we'll do. Your work d ---------- which of them I get to speak with. What you'll do Build and update lead lists in ---------- and LinkedIn Sales Navigator from our ideal client profiles, micro-segments and current campaigns. Research LinkedIn profiles, company websites and public signals (hiring, funding, leadership changes, public comments on AI) to judge fit. Apply our lead-scoring rules and offer-matching logic to d ---------- who gets outreach first. Draft first-pass LinkedIn messages and cold email s with templates and Claude (provided by TOK). Personalise every message with real company, buyer and trigger-event context. No generic "I came across your profile". Keep HubSpot records accurate: contacts, tags, notes, deal stages and follow-up tasks. Manage inbox follow-ups and book discovery calls into my calendar. Maintain structured files for messaging, offers, objections, signals and sales materials. These are the knowledge files our AI workflows run on. Review AI output carefully, and improve prompts or workflows when quality drops. Flag patterns, objections and messaging insights that would improve the system. Must-haves 3+ years of VA or sales-support work in at least two of: B2B lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, CRM administration, outreach support, research, or executive assistance. Strong written English. Australian founders notice a sloppy sentence immediately. Hands-on use of a CRM (HubSpot preferred), Google Workspace and at least one AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar). Careful research: you can tell a good-fit company from a bad one and explain why. High accuracy in CRM work, documentation and follow-up. Proof that you have taught yourself a new tool or process and used it in real work. A computer, a mobile phone, reliable internet, a backup power or internet plan, and a quiet place to work. Nice-to-haves ---------- or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience. Experience supporting Australian clients or professional-services firms. Experience writing or refining AI prompts. You'll fit well if you are Highly conscientious. You check your own work before anyone else sees it. Calm and sceptical. You treat AI output as a first draft, not a final answer. Commercially curious. You want to understand why a buyer says yes, not just follow the template. Coachable. You take direct feedback as information, not as a personal attack, and you improve quickly. Independent. You work well once priorities and standards are clear. What success looks like in 90 days You reach Proficient by delivering 25 qualified leads a month for 3 months in a row. ◦ A qualified lead meets our scoring threshold, with the evidence logged in HubSpot. ◦ My weekly spot-check must find fewer than 10% errors. ◦ Reaching Proficient earns a USD $200 bonus. Your outreach drafts need only light edits before I approve them (target: [confirm: 8 in 10] approved with minor changes). HubSpot is current: every active lead has a stage, a next step and a follow-up date. Discovery calls are being booked from warm outreach. You have learned at least one new skill on your own (from a course, YouTube or similar) and applied it to the work. Our knowledge files are organised and ready for the next campaign. Working style Remote and flexible. Work around family and other commitments. Overlap with Australian business hours is preferred, for example 2 hours a day. Perth is on Manila time. Sydney is 2 hours ahead of Manila under AEST and 3 hours ahead under AEDT (October to April). Time zones. I travel across APAC and Europe, so I'll sometimes message outside your hours. Reply in your next working session unless I mark the message urgent. Deadlines. Occasionally a client deadline needs extra hours or a weekend. It isn't often, and I'll give as much notice as I can. Confidentiality. Handling client and prospect data carefully is essential. Pay and growth [$950 a month once you hit target] Base: USD $600/month, full-time (40 hrs/week). Call bonus: USD $10 for each qualified discovery call you book. A qualified call means the prospect fits our ideal client profile and attends the call. [target 25 = $250+/month] Proficient bonus: USD $200 the first time you deliver 25 qualified leads a month for 3 months in a row. Monthly target bonus: USD $100 for every month after that in which you keep hitting 25 a month and quality holds. Pay review: your base pay is reviewed at 6 months. After 6 months: USD $20/month for an internet upgrade and USD $20/month for an AI tool upgrade. After 12 months: a year-end bonus of one month's pay. After 2 years: HMO health insurance, and a cash bonus from a share of profits, paid every 6 months. After 3 years: HMO for dependents, and 10–15 days of paid time off. [confirm wording: see Section 6] How fast you earn the bonuses depends on the effort you put into self learning. The fastest VA I've worked with reached full productivity in 3 months. Most take 4–5 months. The role starts as an independent contractor engagement, paid against agreed outputs. Once the role is stable and closely managed, we may move to an employee or Employer-of-Record arrangement. How to apply Start your message with the subject line "Pipeline Builder: [Your Name]". Applications without it won't be read. Then send: 1. A short introduction in clear English, written by you (no more than 150 words). 2. A summary of your experience in lead research, CRM management or outreach support, with the tools you used. 3. A personalised LinkedIn message (no more than 80 words) to the Managing Director of an Australian professional-services firm who has started speaking publicly about AI. Name a real firm, and tell us where you found the signal. 4. Three sentences on how you use AI tools and how you check their output. Shortlisted applicants complete a paid 2-hour trial task (USD $15) before an interview.

You will own email , SMS, webinar, VSL, and funnel copy for 6-8 clients at a time. Each client has a different audience, offer, and voice. Your writing should sound specific, natural, and credible while serving a clear conversion objective. PAY & SCHEDULE Pay: $2,000-$3,000 USD/month, based on demonstrated skills and experience. Engagement: Remote contractor, based in the Philippines; 40 working hours/week. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST, UTC-7), including a one-hour unpaid break each day. Time zone: Fixed MST year-round. In the Philippines, this is 11:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. the following day. WHAT YOU WILL WRITE Email : Client newsletters, promotional campaigns, welcome and new-subscriber sequences, lead magnet follow-up, and nurture sequences. Booking and pre-call nurture: Application-started, qualified-but-not-booked, booked-call, reminder, and no-show follow-up copy that addresses hesitation and helps qualified leads take the next step. SMS: Short, conversational messages that invite replies, support bookings, and improve follow-through across call funnels, webinars, and challenges. Webinar and challenge campaigns: Registration pages, invitations, reminders, replay email s, follow-up, and genuine deadline-driven sales messaging. VSL scripts: Clear, persuasive scripts that connect the audience's problem, desired outcome, offer, proof, objections, and next step. FULL-PAGE COPY IS A CORE RESPONSIBILITY We have established funnel templates. The developer may build a page using placeholders or an initial AI draft. You own the final copy and should be comfortable rewriting it completely when needed. Nail the cold-traffic hero: Make it immediately clear who the offer is for, what meaningful outcome it helps them achieve, why it is credible, and what to do next. Write the entire page: Headlines, subheads, body copy, benefits, proof, objections, FAQs, calls to action, form instructions, and confirmation messaging. Match the message across the traffic source, page, email s, SMS, and sales conversation. Review your copy in the actual page layout. Check mobile readability, awkward line breaks, button copy, and consistency before handoff. HOW YOU APPROACH THE WORK Research before writing. Use client materials, customer language, interviews, reviews, sales-call insights, and available performance data to understand the audience and offer. Maintain a voice guide for each client: their tone, customer language, offers, proof, objections, and messaging boundaries. Connect transformation and nurture with sales. Help readers see a credible before-and-after, address uncertainty, build belief, and understand the next step. Use real proof and accurate offer details. Verify claims, testimonials, dates, links, pricing, and deadlines; flag missing evidence instead of inventing it. Give the developer clear copy, sequence order, audience conditions, and timing intent. Coordinate loading and in-platform copy revisions; the developer owns the technical automation. Maintain campaign calendars and priorities across 6-8 clients. Flag capacity conflicts early and deliver complete, self-edited work on time. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Proven direct-response and conversion copywriting experience for high-ticket offers, supported by complete landing pages and multi-message sequences you personally wrote. Strong understanding of transformational copy, nurture, and sales psychology: customer awareness, motivation, objections, proof, positioning, and calls to action. Ability to write both a strong cold-traffic hero and the full page beneath it. You can explain the purpose of each section and how it supports the conversion goal. Demonstrated email and SMS experience. You understand the different formats and can write concise, natural messages without making every interaction feel like a sales pitch. Excellent written English and the ability to capture several distinct client voices. Your copy is clear, human, specific, and free of generic filler or inflated promises. Strong self-editing and quality control. You catch weak logic, repetition, unclear claims, factual errors, and mismatched calls to action before review. Proactive communication, reliable deadline management, and the ability to explain your decisions and act on feedback. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Agency or multi-client experience with high-ticket coaches, consultants, or service businesses. CRO and copy testing across landing pages, email sequences, webinar campaigns, and sales-call funnels. Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and email platforms for reviewing copy in context. ManyChat conversation writing is also valuable. HOW WE MEASURE STRONG WORK Each client sounds like themselves, and the copy reflects their audience and offer. Pages and sequences arrive complete, accurate, and ready for final review; revision needs decrease as you learn each client. Campaigns ship on schedule, with clear communication and no avoidable copy bottlenecks. You use clicks, replies, opt-ins, qualified bookings, show rates, and downstream sales feedback to recommend focused tests and improve the message. AI & ORIGINAL THINKING AI can support research, ideation, and editing. You remain accountable for the strategy, accuracy, voice, originality, and finished copy. You must understand the audience and offer yourself, develop your own ideas, explain your writing choices, and write or revise effectively without depending on AI to supply the thinking. An AI-generated first draft is an input for you to evaluate and improve. HOW TO APPLY 1. Share one complete landing page and one email or nurture sequence you personally wrote. Explain the audience, objective, and your exact contribution. Use samples you have permission to share or redact confidential details. 2. Explain one major copy decision in those samples and share performance results where available, with context about your contribution. 3. Describe how you would keep the voices, priorities, and deadlines of 6-8 clients organized. 4. Tell us how you use AI in your process and how you check the final work. 5. Include your availability and expected monthly USD compensation.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Do NOT apply if you have never sourced profitable products for Amazon FBA before. I am specifically looking for someone who already understands Amazon product sourcing and can work independently. You should already know how to analyze Amazon listings, research suppliers, verify websites, check sellers and competition, calculate profit, and determine whether a product is actually worth purchasing. YOUR MAIN JOB You must provide 5 VALID ASINs per day. That equals 25 valid ASINs per week. Finding 5 random products does NOT count. Products must meet ALL of my requirements and pass my review. If some of your daily ASINs are rejected, you have until the end of the week/payday to replace them and reach the required 25 valid ASINs. 25 approved ASINs per week is the minimum requirement — not just 25 submissions. BONUSES 💰 I reward VAs who consistently provide good leads and help me grow the business. You can earn additional bonuses for: Consistently finding valid ASINs: If your leads regularly pass my review and meet all requirements, you can receive performance bonuses. More than 25 approved ASINs: If you finish your required 25 valid ASINs early and continue finding additional approved products, you can receive a bonus for exceeding your weekly target. Finding profitable Amazon seller storefronts: If you discover a strong Online Arbitrage seller storefront that I can use for further product research, submit the storefront to me. If I review it and approve it as a good sourcing opportunity, you can receive a bonus. High-quality sourcing: VAs who consistently find products that I actually purchase and successfully sell will have opportunities for additional bonuses and higher pay over time. Quality still matters. Adding random ASINs just to go above 25 will NOT earn a bonus. Extra ASINs must meet the same requirements as your normal submissions and pass my review. PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS Every product you submit must: Be a brand I am already approved/ungated to sell Make at least $2 profit per unit Have at least 50 estimated sales per month NOT be a generic brand Have realistic competition where I can actually get sales Have enough room for me to enter the listing without immediately destroying the price Come from a REAL, TRUSTWORTHY SOURCE Be in stock and actually available to purchase Match the EXACT Amazon product/variation Include the correct source link Include the correct Amazon ASIN/listing Not already have been submitted by another VA on my team ROI is NOT my main requirement. I care more about actual dollar profit, sales volume, competition, and whether I can realistically sell the inventory. QUANTITY MATTERS Do NOT submit deals that only become profitable when purchasing an unrealistic quantity. Example: If a product only meets my requirements when buying 25 units, but the Amazon listing only sells around 50 units per month and has 20 competing sellers, I am obviously not going to purchase 25 units. Use common sense. Look at: Monthly sales + number of sellers + competition + minimum purchase quantity. The deal needs to make sense for MY business, not just look profitable on a spreadsheet. SOURCE VERIFICATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT You MUST verify every website before submitting it. I recently had a VA provide a fake website that looked like a major retailer. A purchase was made from the website and the card information was compromised. That cannot happen again. Before submitting ANY unfamiliar website, verify that it is legitimate. Do NOT submit: Fake retailer websites Scam websitesCopycat websites Suspicious Shopify stores Random websites with no established reputation Sources you have not properly researched A retailer/distributor different from the one you put in the spreadsheet If you are unsure whether a source is legitimate, DO NOT SUBMIT IT. Ask me first. QUALITY > RANDOM LEADS I would rather receive 5 strong ASINs than 20 bad ones. Do not fill the spreadsheet just to hit your number. Repeatedly submitting products that clearly violate the requirements will result in termination. YOU SHOULD ALREADY KNOW You should have previous experience with: Amazon Seller Central Amazon FBA Online Arbitrage Product sourcing Keepa SellerAmp SAS or similar tools Buy Box analysis Sales rank / estimated monthly sales Amazon fees Profit calculations Seller/competition analysis Variation matching Source verification Checking whether Amazon is on the listing Identifying dangerous price drops or listings with too much competition Amazon seller storefront sourcing / storefront stalking You should NOT need me to teach you the basics of Amazon sourcing. HOURS Monday–Friday 8 hours per day 40 hours per week This is a long-term position for the right person. Starting pay is $2/hour, but strong performance can earn you bonuses and opportunities for increased pay. The better the products you find and the more value you bring to the business, the more opportunity you have to earn. HOW TO APPLY Do NOT send me a generic copy-and-paste application. Start your application with: “I HAVE AMAZON SOURCING EXPERIENCE” Then answer these questions: How long have you been sourcing products for Amazon? Have you done Online Arbitrage before? What sourcing tools have you used? Do you know how to use Keepa? Explain what you normally check on a Keepa chart. Do you know how to use SellerAmp SAS? How do you determine whether there are too many sellers on a listing? How do you verify that a sourcing website is legitimate? How do you determine how many units of a product you would recommend buying? What is the difference between profit and ROI? Have you used Amazon seller storefronts to find additional profitable products? Explain your process. Send an example of an Amazon sourcing spreadsheet you have worked with before, with any confidential client information removed. FINAL TEST: Include one example ASIN + source link that you believe would be worth researching for Online Arbitrage. Briefly explain why you chose it. If you cannot answer these questions, please do not apply. I am looking for someone who already knows what they are doing, pays attention to details, follows instructions, verifies their sources, and can consistently find products that I can actually buy and sell.

SEO Manager & Content Creator Working Hours: Australian Business Hours (Starting at 7:00 AM PHT) Commitment: 30 to 35 hours per week Job Type: Substantial Part-Time / Flexible Full-Time We are looking for a forward-thinking SEO Manager & Content Creator who understands that the search landscape has evolved. If you know how to balance the art of high-quality human writing with the efficiency of AI-assisted workflows—and you're ready for the era of AI search—we want you on our team. At our core, we deeply value loyalty and efficient work. We don't believe in clock-watching or stretching out tasks just to look busy; we reward smart, impactful execution, accountability, and long-term commitment. Working remotely from the Philippines during Australian business hours, you will collaborate closely with our graphic designers to create, optimize, and maintain websites that don’t just look good, but actively convert traffic into sales. What You’ll Be Doing Create & Optimize Content: Craft high-converting, deeply engaging content. Using AI for brainstorms and initial ideas is perfectly fine, provided articles are human-edited, refined, and expanded far beyond basic AI outputs. Every article must pass AI content detectors. Drive Accountability & Growth: Take full responsibility for performance. Your efforts need to directly result in measurable increases in both organic traffic and conversions. Build Websites That Sell: Partner with our graphic design team to co-create high-performing web pages. You bring the SEO blueprints and data; they bring the visuals. Manage the Google Ecosystem: Take full ownership of our Google stack (GTM, GA4, GSC, Google Ads, PageSpeed Insights) to track user journeys, monitor site health, and run targeted visibility campaigns. Audit & Revamp: Use advanced crawling and keyword tools (Search Atlas, Ubersuggest, or equivalent) to audit existing pages and product listings, fixing technical bottlenecks and breathing new life into older content. Future-Proof Search Presence: Optimize our digital footprint for modern search algorithms as well as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AIO (AI Optimization). Essential Skills & Qualifications Core Experience & Proven Track Record (Mandatory) 3+ Years in the Trenches: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience successfully managing both SEO strategy and content creation. Proven Results: You must be able to clearly demonstrate a history of significantly increasing website traffic and conversions. Data-backed proof of your abilities is mandatory to be shortlisted. We are after an established professional—if you are just beginning your SEO journey, you will not have the required experience for this role. Content & Strategy Authentic Content Creation: Exceptional copywriting skills focused on human-first content that builds trust and drives action. AI Balance & Strict Quality Control: Smart use of AI frameworks for research and ideas, paired with the human polish required to add depth, originality, and ensure 100% pass rates on AI checkers. Next-Gen SEO: A solid working understanding of GEO and AIO to ensure our brand shows up in AI overviews and LLM responses. Technical & Analytics Stack Mastery of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), Google Ads, and PageSpeed Insights. Daily hands-on experience with Search Atlas and Ubersuggest (or equivalent keyword tools). Logistics & Work Ethic A reliable, long-term team player who works efficiently, respects deadlines, and takes accountability for metrics. Ability to commit to 30 to 35 hours per week, working reliably during Australian business hours with a sharp 7:00 AM PHT start. What’s in It for You? Generous Performance Bonuses: We heavily reward impact. Successful execution of SEO strategies and high-performing campaigns tie directly into a generous bonus scheme. 100% Remote Flexibility: Work entirely from home while collaborating with an international, fast-moving team. Cutting-Edge Environment: Work with a team that embraces modern tech, AI tools, and forward-looking SEO strategies rather than outdated, rigid playbooks. How to Apply (Please Read Carefully) Please do not reply with an AI-generated answer. Keep your response brief, personalized, and to the point. To be considered for the shortlist, your application must include: Resume & Portfolio: Links to your written content or ranked websites. The Proof: A snapshot, case study, or clear data demonstrating how your efforts previously resulted in direct increases to website traffic and conversions. AI Framework: A brief, personalized explanation of how you use AI for ideas while ensuring content is deeply edited, expanded, and compliant with AI detectors. Note: Apologies in advance if we don't reply to your application. It isn't that we don't value your time—we simply don't have the resources to reply to every applicant.

PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT & GROWTH MANAGER Full-Time | Remote | $5–$6/hour Based on Experience I'm looking for someone to take ownership of the content and growth of my personal brand across YouTube, Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, and Reels. This is NOT a basic social media posting position. I don't need someone who just takes content, schedules it, and checks a box. I need someone who understands content, attention, growth, hooks, storytelling, analytics, and repurposing — and can help turn the content I'm already creating into a much larger personal brand. I already create long-form YouTube content and have a video editor. Your job is to help d ---------- what we should create, how we package it, how we distribute it, and what's actually working. WHAT YOU'LL DO Content Strategy & Ideas Research content ideas in my niche. Study competitors and successful creators. Come up with YouTube video concepts. Help develop titles, hooks, and thumbnail concepts. Identify topics with strong potential before we film them. Look through existing content for ideas we can reuse or expand. Repurposing Review long-form YouTube videos and identify the best short-form moments. Create/select clips for Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and Facebook . Write hooks, captions, headlines, and post copy. Turn one long-form video into multiple pieces of content. Adapt content for each platform instead of blindly posting the same thing everywhere. Publishing & Management Manage our content calendar. Upload and publish content. Optimize titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, etc. Make sure content is consistently going out across all platforms. Help manage comments and community engagement. Analytics & Growth This is a BIG part of the position. I want you looking at views, watch time, retention, CTR, subscriber/follower growth, which hooks perform, which topics perform, which Shorts/Reels generate traffic, and which platforms are actually producing results. You should be able to tell me: "This video worked because of X. This one failed because of Y. Here's what I think we should test next." Not just: "We posted 17 times this week." TRACKING & REVENUE We're not doing content just to get views. I run businesses, software products, a community, and affiliate offers. We'll use tracking links and UTMs where possible so we can understand which content and platforms are actually driving website traffic, leads, community members, software signups, affiliate revenue, and sales. You don't need to be an analytics engineer, but you must care about the numbers. YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR You do NOT need to be my primary long-form video editor. I already have an editor I really like. Basic short-form editing is a big plus, though, and you should understand enough about editing to recognize what makes a good Short or Reel. WHO I'M LOOKING FOR You should understand YouTube and short-form content. You should understand hooks and retention. You should understand the differences between YouTube, Instagram, Facebook , and TikTok. You should be comfortable with analytics. You should be able to research independently. You should have strong English. You should be proactive and bring ideas instead of waiting for instructions. Most importantly, you should actually care whether the brand grows. Experience managing a personal brand, entrepreneur, coach, creator, or business personality is strongly preferred. HOW TO APPLY Send me examples of accounts you've worked on and explain what YOU specifically did for those accounts. Include any measurable growth or results you helped produce. Tell me your favorite YouTube creator and why you think their content works. Tell me what you would look at first if you were trying to grow my personal brand. Start your application with: "I know the difference between posting content and growing a brand." If you don't include that sentence, I won't review the application. PAY $5–$6/hour based on experience. Full-time position with room to grow significantly for the right person.
