Part-Time Sales & CRM Virtual Assistant – Cleaning Company

JR ALL STAR CLEANING SERVICES LLC is looking for a reliable, organized, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our growing cleaning company.

This position will begin as a 30-day paid trial. We are looking for someone who can help us organize our leads, consistently follow up with potential customers, and turn more inquiries and quotes into booked cleaning services.

Schedule & Pay

• 20 hours per week
• $4-6 USD per hour
• Approximately $ per week
• 30-day paid trial
• Opportunity for ongoing work based on performance
• Some working hours must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (9am-1pm EST)

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow up with new residential and commercial leads
• Call, text, and email potential customers
• Follow up on estimates and quotes that have not booked
• Conduct outbound prospecting for commercial cleaning opportunities
• Contact property managers, offices, retail stores, apartment communities, and other potential commercial clients
• Schedule walkthroughs and appointments
• Update and maintain our CRM
• Keep accurate notes on every lead and follow-up
• Follow up with previous customers about recurring cleaning services
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Assist with lead lists and prospect research
• Provide a weekly sales/activity report

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls
• Previous sales, appointment-setting, customer-service, or lead-generation experience
• CRM experience preferred; HubSpot experience is a plus
• Organized and able to follow a structured follow-up process
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet environment for customer calls
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Comfortable being measured on performance and results

Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred. Candidate should be comfortable speaking and writing professionally with both customers and cleaning subcontractors. Strong English communication is required.

30-Day Trial Performance

During the trial, performance will be evaluated based on:

• Leads contacted
• Follow-ups completed
• Quotes followed up
• Commercial prospects contacted
• Walkthroughs/appointments scheduled
• Customers booked
• Revenue generated from VA-assisted leads
• CRM accuracy and organization
• Attendance, reliability, and communication

The goal is not simply to complete 20 hours of work each week. We are looking for someone who can help our company generate and retain customers.
