E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS & Launching campaigns — FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM (Sunday to Friday)

We are a fast-moving e-commerce company running multiple DTC brands, and we are scaling. This is a serious, long-term, daily role (Sunday to Friday). Read this carefully before applying.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
If you are a beginner, if you need hand-holding, if you cut corners, or if you are "learning on the job" — do not apply. We do not have time to train from zero or to chase people. We move fast and we expect the same.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A sharp, proven operator who has already done this inside a real e-commerce business. Someone obsessed with detail, excellent with numbers, and fully accountable. When something is handed to you, it gets done right, on time, and nothing slips.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN (DAILY)

• Uploading and launching Facebook ad campaigns
• Product research and keeping our product trackers accurate and up to date
• End-of-month finances and P&L reporting
• Email and SMS marketing campaigns

HARD REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Real, hands-on experience inside an e-commerce / DTC company
• Experience in customer service
• Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience working with systems, tools and software, and fast to learn new ones
• Excellent with numbers and financial detail
• Extreme sense of responsibility. You double-check your own work and you miss nothing

STRONG ADVANTAGE

• Direct experience with P&L / financial reporting
• Hands-on Launching campaigns (Meta Ads Manager)
