About CoolHed

CoolHed is an Australian company developing reusable cooling solutions for heat stress, athletic recovery, workplace safety, and everyday thermoregulation.

We are growing across Australia and expanding into the United States, Japan, and B2B workplace markets.

We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketer who can take ownership of our online marketing and help turn traffic into measurable sales.

This is a hands-on role. We're looking for someone who enjoys running campaigns, testing ideas, improving conversions, and seeing measurable results.

The Role

As our International Growth Marketer, you'll be responsible for growing CoolHed through:

Paid advertising
Amazon
SEO

Email & CRM
Website conversion
Lead generation
B2B sales support
Creative testing

You'll work directly with the Founder/CEO and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as we expand into international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns.
Test different creative concepts, hooks, offers, and audiences.
Manage advertising budgets based on performance.
Identify underperforming campaigns and improve or replace them.
Develop campaigns for Australia initially, followed by the US and other markets.
Amazon
Manage and improve Amazon listings.
Work with Amazon PPC campaigns and keyword targeting.
Improve product titles, bullet points, images, A+ Content, and backend keywords.
Monitor advertising performance, rankings, reviews, and inventory.
Help expand CoolHed across Amazon Australia, the US, and eventually Japan.
SEO & Content
Identify valuable commercial search opportunities.
Improve website pages, product pages, titles, internal linking, and SEO structure.
Create or coordinate useful content that can generate traffic and sales.
Use Google Search Console and other tools to monitor performance.

Email & CRM
Manage email marketing and customer flows.
Build and improve welcome, abandoned-cart, post-purchase, win-back, and other automated campaigns.
Segment customers and leads.
Monitor email performance and revenue.
Maintain good email deliverability and list hygiene.
Sales & Business Development
Support B2B lead generation and outreach.
Help create sales materials, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Support follow-up with workplace, safety, mining, construction, healthcare, and other potential business customers.
Assist with affiliate and ambassador opportunities.
Help develop campaigns around seasonal opportunities and key markets.
Website & Conversion
Identify ways to improve the customer journey and checkout experience.
Develop landing pages for advertising campaigns.
Improve product pages, bundles, FAQs, offers, and trust elements.
Test different approaches to increase conversion rates.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a hands-on marketer, not someone who simply manages an agency or delegates everything.

You should have experience with several of the following:

Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
TikTok Ads
Amazon Seller Central
Amazon PPC
Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
Klaviyo or another email marketing platform
Google Analytics 4
Google Search Console
Shopify
Canva / CapCut
CRM and marketing automation tools

Experience marketing physical products, e-commerce, Amazon, wellness, sports, outdoor products, workplace safety, or similar products is highly valued.

Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience is preferred.
Experience managing paid advertising for a physical product or e-commerce brand.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and PPC is highly preferred.
Good understanding of email marketing and CRM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written English.
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Comfortable testing, learning, and making decisions based on data.
Strong commercial mindset — you care about sales and profitable growth, not just likes and impressions.
Comfortable working remotely and providing regular updates.

You don't need to be an expert in every area. However, we are looking for someone who is capable of getting hands-on and making things happen.

What Success Looks Like

Your goal is simple: help CoolHed generate more profitable sales.

Over your first 90 days, you'll be expected to:

Audit our existing website, advertising, Amazon, email, and tracking.
Develop a clear growth plan.
Launch and optimise paid campaigns.
Improve our Amazon listings and PPC.
Establish effective email flows.
Build reliable reporting and tracking.
Identify what is working and scale it.
Create repeatable marketing processes that the company can continue to use as we grow.
Compensation

Base: AUD $1,600 per month

Performance Bonus: 8% of Net Attributable Profit generated through the channels you manage.

The bonus is designed to reward profitable growth and is not capped during the first six months.

CoolHed also covers approved marketing software and tools required for the role.

First 60 days: Base compensation applies, with an additional one-off $400 kick-start bonus when the required Week-2 audit and Week-4 campaign setup are completed on time.

Working Arrangement
Remote / international applicants welcome.
Minimum 3 hours of overlap with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on campaign days.
Full-time commitment.
Contractor or employee arrangement depending on location and circumstances.
Immediate start available.
How to Apply

Please don't send a generic marketing CV alone.

We'd like to see evidence of what you've actually achieved.

Please provide:

Your CV.
A short case study showing a product or e-commerce brand you helped grow.
The channels you managed and the results you achieved.
Your experience with Amazon, paid advertising, and email marketing.
A short audit of CoolHed's website or Amazon listing with 5 improvements you would make.
Examples of campaigns, listings, or marketing work you've personally worked on where possible.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a paid 4-hour practical task ($150 AUD) involving a CoolHed channel audit and a 14-day growth plan.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is hungry, practical, commercially minded, and willing to take ownership.

If you enjoy looking at numbers, testing new ideas, improving campaigns, and turning marketing into actual sales, we'd love to hear from you.
