OA sourcing Agent

We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Arbitrage (OA) Product Sourcing VA to help identify profitable products to sell on Amazon.

Your primary responsibility will be product research and lead generation. You will research products from approved online retailers, compare them against Amazon listings, analyze Keepa data, calculate potential profitability, and submit qualified leads for review
You will NOT have access to our Amazon Seller Central account and you will NOT be responsible for purchasing inventory.

Responsibilities
Find potential profitable products from approved online retailers
Match retailer products to the exact Amazon ASIN
Verify product size, quantity, variation, packaging, and UPC/model information
Analyze Keepa price, Buy Box, sales-rank, and seller-count history
Research competition and seller activity
Calculate estimated profit and ROI
Check for potential restrictions, IP concerns, expiration issues, bundles, and other sourcing risks
Record complete product information in our sourcing spreadsheet
Provide the direct retailer product URL for every lead
Clearly explain anything unusual or requiring further review
Avoid submitting duplicate or incomplete leads
Follow our sourcing SOP consistently

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate:

Has previous Amazon OA sourcing experience
Understands Amazon product listings and ASINs
Has experience with Keepa
Has experience with SellerAmp or similar sourcing tools
Understands ROI, profit margins, sales rank, Buy Box, and seller count
Has excellent attention to detail
Can follow an SOP without constantly needing instructions
Can distinguish an exact product match from a similar product
Is comfortable doing repetitive product research
Communicates clearly and honestly
Prioritizes quality over submitting large numbers of weak leads

Important Rules

You will not:

Have access to Seller Central
Purchase inventory
Change Amazon listings
Contact Amazon on our behalf
Change account settings
Ask for Seller Central passwords or 2FA codes
Submit products simply to increase the number of leads

You will be expected to:

Follow the sourcing SOP
Research products systematically
Document your research accurately
Submit complete leads
Meet agreed daily productivity targets
Communicate any problems or uncertainties
Continuously improve lead quality based on owner feedback

Work load: 30 hours/week
Experience: we require applicants to have prior experience (will be tested)
