We are a growing plumbing company in North Carolina, USA, looking for a reliable person in the Philippines to help us with an ongoing direct-mail marketing campaign.

This is a long-term position for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be handwriting letters and envelopes that will be mailed to prospective customers in the United States.

We will provide:

• The letter/message to copy
• Names and mailing addresses
• Instructions and examples
• Letter and envelope specifications

You will:

• Handwrite letters neatly and naturally
• Hand-address envelopes
• Follow our formatting instructions carefully
• Maintain accurate records of completed letters
• Double-check names and addresses for accuracy
• Prepare completed batches for shipment to our company in North Carolina

What We’re Looking For

We are NOT looking for perfect calligraphy.

We want handwriting that is:

• Easy to read
• Friendly
• Natural-looking
• Consistent
• Personal rather than machine-generated

Accuracy is extremely important. Names and addresses must be copied correctly.

You should also be dependable, communicate well, meet deadlines, and be comfortable completing repetitive work without sacrificing quality.

Initial Paid Test

Before hiring, we will ask qualified applicants to complete a small paid sample project.

We will provide several sample names, addresses, and a short letter. You will handwrite them and send us clear photographs of the completed samples.

If your work is a good fit, we would like to establish an ongoing working relationship.

Potential Workload

We expect to send direct-mail campaigns regularly, so there is potential for consistent ongoing work.

The number of letters may increase substantially if our campaigns perform well.

Compensation

Please include your requested:

1. Hourly rate

AND

2. Price per completed handwritten letter + addressed envelope

We are particularly interested in eventually using a per-piece payment structure once we establish expected quality and production speed.
