Senior Software Architect / Technical Lead (AI-Native) Remote | Full-Time | $25 USD/hour | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST I’m looking for a Senior Software Architect / Technical Lead to join me in building and scaling a modern software platform for property management companies. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. I’m not looking for someone who simply manages developers or spends most of their time in meetings. I want a strong engineer who can think architecturally, write excellent code, solve difficult technical problems, and lead a development team while moving quickly. We’re building software and AI-powered automations that handle complex property management workflows, so the work involves real-world integrations, automation, data synchronization, multi-tenant architecture, and plenty of interesting edge cases. What You’ll Do Architect & Build Own the technical architecture for scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications. Design systems that support both standardized workflows and client-specific customization. Make thoughtful architectural decisions without overengineering. Build prototypes and turn ideas into production-ready solutions. Build Complex Integrations Design and maintain integrations with property management platforms such as Rent Manager, AppFolio, Yardi, and Buildium. Work with APIs, webhooks, authentication systems, data synchronization, and third-party services. Develop reliable strategies for handling inconsistent or incomplete external data. Automation & AI Design resilient web scraping and browser automation systems when native APIs aren't available. Leverage modern AI development tools to dramatically accelerate development. Use Claude, Claude Code, AI agents, and AI-powered IDEs as part of your everyday engineering workflow. Know when to trust AI-generated code—and, more importantly, when to challenge, test, refactor, or reject it. Stay Hands-On Write production code. Debug complex issues. Review pull requests. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks. Improve testing, monitoring, reliability, and production performance. Be willing to jump into the codebase rather than simply delegate. Lead & Mentor Provide technical direction to other developers. Establish and maintain strong engineering standards. Review architecture and code for quality, security, and maintainability. Help the team move quickly without sacrificing long-term stability. Work Directly With Me I’m looking for someone who can take ambitious product ideas and turn them into simple, practical technical solutions. You should be comfortable pushing back when you believe there’s a better or simpler approach. I value engineers who can say, “There’s a much easier way to build this,” and then explain why. What I’m Looking For Strong technical experience with: TypeScript / JavaScript Node.js React / Next.js Python PostgreSQL Modern cloud infrastructure Automated testing Monitoring and observability Production debugging You should also have experience with: Multi-tenant SaaS architecture Third-party API integrations Web scraping and browser automation Authentication and authorization systems Data synchronization and event-driven workflows Designing systems for reliability and scale You’re the Kind of Engineer I Want If… You’re a senior-level engineer who still loves writing code. You naturally think about edge cases, failure modes, permissions, security, and data integrity. You’ve worked with systems involving sensitive business or financial information. You can look at a complicated requirement and find the simplest architecture that solves it properly. You’re comfortable working independently and making technical decisions. You move quickly but don’t cut corners that will create bigger problems later. You enjoy mentoring developers and raising the technical bar. You already use AI extensively in your development workflow. You understand that AI can make you dramatically faster—but engineering judgment is still essential. AI-Native Engineering Is Important I’m specifically looking for someone who has embraced the new generation of AI-assisted development. You should be comfortable using tools like Claude and Claude Code to: Explore unfamiliar codebases Generate and refactor code Build prototypes quickly Debug issues Automate repetitive engineering tasks Work with AI agents But this isn’t about blindly accepting AI-generated code. You need enough technical depth to audit AI output, identify security and architectural problems, test thoroughly, and maintain high engineering standards. Work Schedule & Compensation Position: Senior Software Architect / Technical Lead Employment: Full-Time Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday Hours: 40 hours/week Rate: $25 USD/hour (~$4,000/month) Location: Remote Preferred: Philippines, but open to qualified candidates internationally outside the U.S. How to Apply Please send: 1. Your resume/CV (PDF format) 2. Links to your GitHub, portfolio, or relevant projects, if available

I am a small Valorant Streamer, I primarily do "rizz" content. I work with an editor right now who I provide a 20-25 rough edit and they give me a 15 minute fully edited video. Unfortunately it is just taking too much time to turn my 3 hour full VODS / video files into these rough edits, and I would rather spend the time making content. I am expecting to pay between 15-25 USD for each of these tasks. Since this job doesn't require much skill or experience with video editing, I will favor applicants who offer a lower rate. Your task: Turning a 3 hour video into a 20-25 rough edit of the best parts. No editing required apart from just trimming. You must have: A tolerance for potentially cringeworthy content. An eye for identifying entertaining content. Experience playing video games. TO APPLY ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS: 1. How long have you been playing video games, and specifically Valorant for? 2. How much USD would you charge to turn a 3 hour VOD into a 20-25 minute rough cut? 3. Do you have any experience doing something similar? 4. What are your favourite streamers or gaming creators?

Looking for a video editor, primarily for short form tiktoks, but also probably longer form youtube videos later. I know it can be a bit cringe but the main content is centered around talking to girls on valorant (rizz content lol). Think like old jasontheweenie / schrodingerlee type of videos. You MUST: 1. Be able to use Capcut (primarily to copy my caption style) AND another video editor such as Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve (or if you are really confident you can handle complex edits in capcut you can only use capcut, but i personally used both). 2. Play Valorant 3. Be knowledgeable about streamers (you dont need to actually watch streams, just you need to have their clips come across on your social media feeds so you are knowledgeable about trending video formats or ---------- s etc.) To apply you MUST answer these questions (dont write an essay, your portfolio will speak for itself, obvious AI applications will be discarded): 1. Please link your portfolio and state what experience you have with editing software (capcut, premiere pro, etc) 2. When did you start playing valorant, and do you play it much? 3. Who do you think are the most entertaining streamer/content creators? 4. How much USD would you charge for an edited 1-2 minute tiktok, with captions, zoom ins, sound effects etc? How much for a 10 minute youtube video?

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Application Development ● Develop, maintain, and enhance internally developed business applications utilizing Replit as the primary development platform. ● Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor, to accelerate feature delivery while maintaining code quality. ● Implement new functionality based on stakeholder feedback and business priorities. ● Refactor existing applications for scalability, maintainability, security, and performance. ● Participate in technical design and solution architecture for new applications.
