About the Role

IT Developer is responsible for managing the end-to-end development of systems, applications, and web platforms. This role thrives in a remote, collaborative environment and provides support to cross-functional teams by delivering both front-end and back-end solutions, system integrations, automation, and technical troubleshooting.

IT Developer is highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-driven, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams, manage complex workflows, and quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Manage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Develop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections.
  • Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes.
  • Maintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Slack, Time Doctor, and WordPress.
  • Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Communicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience with GitHub and version control workflows.
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development best practices.
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end development and database management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to new tools and technologies.
