The Life Insurance Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, interview, and onboard talented individuals interested in building careers in life insurance and/or financial services.
Responsibilities
Recruit licensed life insurance agents throughout Ohio.
Recruit individuals interested in becoming licensed.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook , and networking events.
Conduct in-person, phone and Zoom interviews.
Schedule candidates for licensing classes and onboarding.
Coordinate orientation and training.
Maintain a recruiting database and applicant tracking system.
Attend career fairs and networking events.
Build relationships with colleges, churches, military veterans, and community organizations.
Work closely with agency leadership to meet monthly recruiting goals.
