Remote Social Media Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a full-time Remote Appointment Setter based in the Philippines to help manage conversations, follow up with leads, and book qualified appointments for our business.

You should also be very comfortable working on a computer and able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated to grow, dependable, coachable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly.

This is NOT a cold-calling position.

Requirements

• STRONG and fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Reliable and consistent with daily work

• Able to learn quickly and apply feedback

• Stable and STRONG internet connection

• Reliable computer and professional work-from-home setup

• Available to work during U.S. business hours

• Fast and efficient when completing computer-based tasks

Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service/support, social media, or lead generation is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicating with leads through Instagram DMs
• Consistently following up with interested prospects
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments directly into our calendar
• Updating CRM notes and KPI trackers every day
• Attending team meetings and training sessions
• Working toward daily and weekly appointment-booking targets

Compensation
Base Pay: $300 USD/month, paid bi-weekly
Commission: $5 USD for every qualified intro/phone call you book
Performance Bonus: $50 USD for every 20 qualified calls booked

High performers will also have opportunities for additional bonuses, increased responsibility, and long-term growth within the company.

Payment Methods: Wise or PayPal
