We're a fast-scaling US skincare/wellness brand spending heavily on Meta and TikTok every month. Our ads are the engine of the business — which means the editor who cuts them is one of the most important people on the team. We're looking for ONE elite editor. Not a generalist. Not a wedding videographer learning ads. Someone who already lives and breathes direct response. WHAT YOU'LL EDIT: AI UGC ads — assembling AI-generated talking-head clips (Seedance, Kling, Veo outputs) into native-feeling TikTok/Meta ads. You'll stitch segments, clean transitions, add captions, b-roll, and product shots so the final ad looks like a real creator filmed it on a phone. VSL-style ads — longer-form direct response (60s–5min): hook, lead, mechanism, proof, offer. You understand pacing that holds retention, not pacing that looks cool. Iteration velocity — taking a winning ad and cutting 5–10 hook/opening variations same day. YOU'RE A FIT IF: 2+ years editing DIRECT RESPONSE ads specifically (Meta/TikTok DTC ads — show us, don't tell us) You know what a hook rate and hold rate are and edit to move them Fast: a 30–60s UGC ad in 2–4 hours, not 2 days CapCut Pro AND Premiere Pro (or DaVinci) — both, fluently Comfortable working with AI-generated footage: fixing seams, matching color/audio across generated clips, hiding AI artifacts Native-quality captions, sound design, and pattern-interrupt cuts are second nature You take a script + raw assets and deliver finished ads without hand-holding BONUS POINTS: Experience with skincare/beauty ads You've used Kling, Veo, Seedance, Runway, or similar Basic motion graphics (before/afters, benefit callouts, review overlays) You've worked with US/AU DTC brands spending $50k+/month WHAT YOU GET: Long-term full-time role — we keep A-players for years Direct line to the founder, zero bureaucracy Volume of work that will make you dangerous: you'll cut more ads in 3 months here than most editors cut in 2 years 13th month pay after 1 year HOW TO APPLY: Subject line must start with the word "RETENTION" — applications without it are auto-deleted. Link to 3–5 direct response ads YOU edited (Meta/TikTok DTC ads only — no wedding videos, no corporate reels, no vlogs). One sentence: which ad is your best and why it performed. Your CapCut/Premiere proficiency (1–10 each) and your average turnaround for a 45s UGC ad. Expected monthly salary. Shortlisted applicants get a small paid test edit ($20–30) using our real assets before any offer.

We're looking for elite AI UGC video editors for our health and supplement brands. If you understand how to build high-performing direct response supplement ads — not just pretty edits — and you're fluent in AI avatars, PAS scripting, native formats, hook strategy, and iterative testing… this is for you. The most important attribute we're looking for in an editor is someone who understands engagement in the supplement space. We're not looking for super fancy animations (though that would be a bonus) — we're looking for someone who can make native-looking ads that look like real TikToks, with a sprinkle of editing when needed. Someone who knows how to layer AI voiceovers over real UGC footage. Someone who can build full cinematic AI narrative ads with dialogue and scene cuts. Someone who can composite 3D animated characters over hybrid B-roll. Someone who can take a static image, add dynamic captions synced to an AI VO, and make it outperform a $50K production. If you've built parasite cleanse fear-hooks, bloating transformation ads, cinematic Hero's Journey supplement stories, or animated villain characters delivering Problem-Agitation-Solution scripts — you already know what we need. If you can look at those formats and immediately reverse-engineer the edit, the pacing, the caption timing, the audio layering — we need you even more. This is NOT for beginner or novice editors. Please do not apply unless you have real experience editing direct response creatives for supplement, health, or eCom brands. What the role looks like: — 3 high-quality native-style video ads daily using AI UGC tools (Arcads, Veo 3, HeyGen, etc.) — Building TikTok/Reels/Shorts ads that actually convert — not just look good — Scripting and editing PAS-format, fear-hook, urgency, and story-driven supplement ads — Testing multiple hooks, angles, and variations to maximize performance — Working with our content library, AI avatars, AI voiceovers, stock footage, 3D animations, and product shots — Creating static image ads with bold typography, urgency overlays, and before/after transformation layouts Formats you should be comfortable building: — AI voiceover + real UGC footage + static text overlays (urgency/FOMO style) — Static image + AI VO + dynamic captions (faceless advertorial) — Full AI-generated cinematic narratives with multi-scene dialogue and Hero's Journey structure — 3D animated character + hybrid B-roll/UGC + AI voiceover (villain/antagonist format) — AI avatar presenter (picture-in-picture) + rapid B-roll cuts + fear-hook scripting — Bold typography image ads with transformation visuals and sale overlays Compensation: $1,000–$1,500/month based on output and performance Hours: ~20 hrs/week Location: Remote — anywhere in the world Duration: Long-term with growth potential To apply, send an email to ---------- with the subject line "Senior AI UGC Editor Application" and include: 1. Full Name 2. Email / Phone / Twitter (include all three) 3. Which country and timezone are you in? 4. Full portfolio link 5. Can you script PAS/fear-hook ads from scratch? Have you used Arcads and Veo 3 before? Can you do motion graphics or 3D animation integration? Do you have access to high-quality health/supplement B-roll? Do you have access to winning supplement ad libraries or spy tools? Want to run a creative department end to end? Join us as our Creative Operations Manager and take full ownership of the team, the dashboard, and the output of a fast-growing e-commerce brand. We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company hiring a Creative Operations Manager to run our creative department, including video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters. You are not here to make the creative. You are here to make the creative machine run: capacity, output, deadlines, systems, and people. This is a leadership role. You will be trusted to own outcomes, not micromanaged on tasks. If you prefer a task-only execution role, this is not for you. This role lives in the numbers. You’ll own our creative dashboard entirely, and at any ---------- nt, you’ll know who has room for more work, who is overloaded, and what is at risk of slipping before anyone asks. You don’t manage from a distance. You catch problems early, confront underperformance directly, and make difficult people decisions with confidence. Full ownership is the goal. This role is measured by one thing: how efficiently you scale creative output without sacrificing quality. What You’ll Own The Dashboard and Capacity Planning Own the creative operations dashboard, including capacity, utilization, deadlines, and workload. Track output per editor and per project. Spot bottlenecks before they affect production. Forecast production and hiring needs weekly and monthly. Bring leadership data-backed recommendations, not opinions. When a number drops, find the leak and put a fix in place. The Team Directly manage the video editing team, with copywriters and other creative tea ---------- mbers in scope when needed. Run interviews and assess talent effectively. Hiring is a core part of this role. Run one-on-ones and performance reviews. Hold people accountable. When someone underperforms, identify the problem, set a clear improvement plan with a deadline, and make the final call if they do not meet expectations. Process, Systems, and AI Audit and rebuild outdated workflows and SOPs across the creative pipeline. Ensure every project has an owner, a deadline, and a clear status. Use AI daily to multiply output through SOP creation, data analysis, automation, reporting, and forecasting. Grow production capacity without automatically growing headcount. Work confidently with spreadsheets and automation tools. Keep individual contributors, managers, and leadership aligned so production never stops. Before You Apply We want to be transparent and respectful of everyone’s time. This is a senior management position, not an assistant, coordinator, specialist, or first-time leadership role. To be considered, you must have at least three years of direct experience in both e-commerce and operations management, including experience working specifically as an Operations Manager or in a genuinely equivalent management position. Experience as an assistant, team lead, project coordinator, or individual contributor will not meet the requirements for this role unless you also have the required Operations Manager experience. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate at least three years of relevant e-commerce operations management experience will be automatically disqualified. Please apply only if your background matches this requirement. Must-Haves At least three years of direct experience as an Operations Manager or in an equivalent management role within e-commerce. Experience managing teams, ideally creative, production, or operational teams. Highly analytical and obsessed with numbers. Capacity planning, utilization, and performance metrics are your comfort zone. A direct communicator who does not avoid conflict. You address problems head-on and do not let issues sit. Comfortable making difficult people decisions, including terminations, with proven experience doing so. Proven experience running structured interviews and making hiring decisions. Strong data skills. You are highly capable with spreadsheets and understand when to use a median instead of an average. Technical enough to work with automation tools, scripts, and developers, and able to learn new software quickly. Heavy, hands-on use of AI in daily operations work. You can clearly explain which tools you use, how you use them, and why. Extremely organized and process-oriented. Nothing sits, nothing waits, and you always know who is stuck and what is blocking them. Strong written and spoken English. You will run meetings, hold people accountable, and write SOPs. Daily availability from 1 PM to 10 PM Manila time, GMT+8, with reasonable availability when urgent issues arise. Nice-to-Haves Experience managing video editors, designers, copywriters, or other creative production teams at scale. Experience building or owning a capacity, utilization, or KPI dashboard. Strong experience with ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, ---------- , or similar tools. Experience building AI workflows or automations. A basic understanding of video production workflows. You do not need to edit, but you need to understand what “done” and “good” look like. Our Hiring Process We move quickly while respecting your time. 1. Fill out our quick application form. It includes simple questions and takes around five minutes. 2. We respond to every applicant. No ghosting. 3. Qualified applicants complete a short first interview focused on experience and culture fit. 4. Those who pass complete a short technical interview. 5. Crush it, and we send you an offer. What You’ll Receive After Going Full-Time Following a successful one-to-two-month probation period, you’ll receive: A salary increase above your starting pay 13th-month pay 18 days of paid time off, plus holidays Every AI tool you need, paid for by us Health insurance An annual training and learning budget The opportunity to fly out and meet the rest of the team, completely optional We genuinely take care of our team and invest heavily in our people. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership, grow with us, and build something meaningful for the long term. One final note before you apply: this is a senior Operations Manager role. You must have at least three years of direct experience in both e-commerce and operations management. Assistant, coordinator, team lead, or individual contributor experience alone will not qualify. Applications that do not clearly meet these requirements will be automatically disqualified. If your experience matches, we would genuinely love to hear from you. Apply now.
