HubSpot & Marketing Operations Specialist

Storm Internet Services is an established Canadian Internet services company serving primarily rural customers in and around Ottawa, Ontario. We are building a small, specialized remote marketing team and are looking for an experienced HubSpot & Marketing Operations Specialist.

This will be a hands-on role responsible for helping organize, execute and measure our marketing campaigns using HubSpot. You will work with management and our Content/Social Media, WordPress and Graphic Design specialists.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
Create and maintain contact lists, segmentation, properties and tags.
Build HubSpot forms, workflows and marketing automation.
Create and execute email campaigns and automated email sequences.
Build and maintain email templates and newsletters.
Support landing pages, lead-generation forms and campaign funnels.
Maintain CRM data quality.
Manage campaign tracking, attribution and reporting.
Develop marketing dashboards and performance reports.
Assist with HubSpot knowledge-base and FAQ management.
Coordinate marketing campaign execution across web, email , social media and design.
Document recurring marketing processes and workflows.
Recommend improvements to our CRM, automation and lead-management processes.

The successful candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience and be comfortable working independently with limited supervision. HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred. Experience supporting a North American business would be an asset.
