We are looking for a Marketing Analytics & Social Listening Manager to build the measurement backbone behind our campaigns. You will design the strategy for tracking what's working, run the listening tools that catch what people are really saying, and turn all of it into decisions the team can act on.

Key Responsibilities

Design and own the measurement strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
Configure and run social listening tools to surface trends, sentiment, and emerging conversations
Translate raw data into clear insight briefs and recommendations for creative and growth teams
Build recurring dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership
Partner with content, ads, and email teams to close the loop from insight to action
Continuously test and refine attribution and measurement approaches
What You'll Bring

5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or social listening
Hands-on experience with listening/analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Meltwater, GA4, or similar)
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to make data compelling to non-analysts
A demonstrated history of insight-to-action outcomes, not just reporting
Nice to Have

SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling experience
Experience with brand health or sentiment tracking programs
