Social Media Growth Manager – Fashion / E-Commerce

We are looking for a trustworthy, results-driven Social Media Growth Manager to grow our professional clothing brands across Instagram and Facebook .

This is not a position for someone who only schedules posts, creates generic Canva content, or provides audits without execution. We need someone who can identify opportunities, execute strategies, test what works, and produce measurable results.

You will help us:

Grow real, relevant followers and strengthen brand credibility
Create a polished, professional fashion presence
Improve Reels, posts, Stories, captions, social SEO and content strategy
Increase reach, engagement, profile visits and website traffic
Attract potential buyers, not just followers
Help turn social media attention into sales
Track performance and adjust strategy based on results
Proactively recommend content and growth opportunities

NO purchased followers, bots, fake engagement, follow/unfollow tactics, or other artificial growth methods.

WHO WE WANT

Experience with fashion, apparel, athleisure, fitness or e-commerce brands is strongly preferred.

You should be trustworthy, proactive, creative and results-focused. We need someone who can work independently, bring ideas to the table and communicate honestly about what is and isn't working.

Most importantly, we need someone we can trust with our brands and business accounts.

COMPENSATION + LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for someone who can deliver real value and measurable results. Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, availability, and proven ability to grow fashion or e-commerce brands.

We are especially interested in finding someone who wants to build a long-term relationship with our brands, rather than simply complete short-term tasks.

For the right person, there is opportunity for increased compensation and expanded responsibilities as performance and results grow.

Final candidates may be invited to complete a paid 7–14 day trial before moving into a long-term role.

HOW WE MEASURE RESULTS

Success will be measured through relevant follower growth, reach, engagement, profile visits, website traffic, content performance and, most importantly, customer activity and sales.

We care about numbers that improve the business—not vanity metrics.

Starting compensation is $300–$400 USD per month, based on experience and skill level.

We are looking for someone interested in growing with our brands long term. As you demonstrate measurable results, take on greater responsibility, and help increase our social media presence, customer engagement, and sales, there will be opportunities for increased compensation, additional hours, and a larger role within the company.

We want to build a relationship with someone who sees this as more than a short-term freelance job. As the brands grow, we want the right person to grow with us.
