We are a marketing agency running Meta ads for private medical clinics in Singapore. We are hiring one designer to create static image ads for Facebook and Instagram. This is a performance role, not a branding role. Your ads get judged on whether they produce booked appointments, and you will see the numbers every week. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design 15 to 25 unique static ads per week (4:5 and 9:16), from a written brief Turn a strategy angle into an ad: headline, layout, hierarchy, visual idea Build each ad as a genuinely different idea, not one layout recoloured five times Work inside strict rules: no before-and-after photos, no patient testimonials, no "best" or "guaranteed" claims. Singapore medical advertising law forbids them Write two or three sentences on every ad explaining the idea and who it is for Iterate on winners when an ad performs, instead of always starting from zero WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Real experience designing static ads for LEAD GENERATION businesses (clinics, coaching, home services, finance, legal, B2B). E-commerce-only portfolios will not be considered. This is the most important requirement Speed with quality. We need volume and variety, every week Understanding of how Meta actually works: why 4:5 for feed, why Advantage+ auto-crop wrecks a layout, why an ad has to read in half a second on a muted phone screen at thumbnail size Enough creative strategy sense to understand WHY an angle exists and who it is aimed at. You do not need to run ads or buy media. We handle that Figma, Photoshop, or Canva. Send us your source files Good written English NICE TO HAVE Aesthetics, healthcare, or any regulated industry experience Experience producing ads at volume for an agency HOW TO APPLY Please answer these in your application. We read them carefully and we will ignore applications that skip them. 1. Send your portfolio. Include at least three static ads you made for a lead generation client, not e-commerce 2. Show us ONE ad that performed well and ONE that failed, from the same account. Tell us why you think the second one lost 3. How many unique static concepts did you produce per week in your last role? 4. How would you sell a $14,000 surgery with no before-and-after photos, no testimonials, no reviews, and no discount? Two or three sentences 5. Start your application with the word ORCHARD so we know you read this Shortlisted applicants get a small paid test: six static ads in 48 hours, with a short note on each. We pay for the test whether or not we hire you.

Experienced Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer — Keepa + SellerAmp Required Type: Part-Time with potential to become Full-Time Hours: 20 hours per week Starting Pay: $7–$8 USD/hour, based on demonstrated experience Location: Remote — Position: Long-term for the right person About the Role Arkadia Arbitrage is a U.S.-based ecommerce business looking for a highly experienced Amazon Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer. This is not an entry-level Amazon VA position and it is not a general ecommerce assistant role. Your primary responsibility will be simple: Find legitimate, profitable, purchase-ready inventory opportunities for our Amazon FBA business. We are specifically looking for someone who already knows how to source independently using tools such as Keepa, Revseller and SellerAmp SAS, and who understands the difference between a product that looks profitable at first glance and an opportunity that is actually safe and sensible to purchase. You should already be comfortable analyzing: Keepa price and Buy Box history Sales velocity Amazon sales rank / BSR Seller competition FBA seller counts Price stability ROI and net profit Amazon presence on a listing Variations and pack counts Exact product matching UPC / model number verification Purchase limits and available quantity Seller eligibility / restrictions Potential IP or listing risks This position is focused specifically on Amazon FBA sourcing. Walmart, eBay, customer service, listing management, and general administrative work are not part of this role. What You Will Do You will use online arbitrage sourcing strategies to identify profitable products from legitimate U.S. retailers and suppliers. Sourcing methods may include: Manual sourcing Reverse sourcing Storefront stalking Brand sourcing Retailer sourcing Keepa Product Finder Category and product research Other proven OA sourcing techniques you already use successfully You will document qualified opportunities in our sourcing tracker with accurate supporting information. We already maintain a large internal list of brands and products that our Amazon account is eligible to sell. You will therefore have clear sourcing areas to explore rather than starting completely from scratch. Our General Buying Standards Qualified leads will generally need to meet standards such as: 30%+ ROI $3+ estimated net profit per unit 30+ estimated monthly sales Reasonable seller competition, generally no more than approximately 15–20 FBA sellers Stable enough pricing to support the purchase Exact product / listing match Correct size, count, variation, model, and UPC where applicable Product available from a legitimate retailer or supplier Meaningful quantity available for purchase These are guidelines rather than an invitation to submit borderline products just because they technically reach a number. Quality matters more than quantity. Our goal is approximately 1–2 strong, genuinely actionable sourcing opportunities daily and 4-5 per week, with enough available inventory behind those opportunities to support meaningful purchasing. For example: Four excellent leads supporting $950 of sensible inventory purchases are more valuable to us than five weak leads supporting only $200. A lead only counts as successful when it is something we could reasonably purchase—not simply because it was entered into a spreadsheet. Required Experience Please apply only if you already have significant hands-on experience sourcing Online Arbitrage products for Amazon FBA. You should be proficient with: Keepa SellerAmp SAS Amazon product and listing analysis Google Sheets Online Arbitrage sourcing You should be able to look at a Keepa chart and explain what the pricing and sales history tells you rather than simply reporting the current Buy Box price. You should also understand that two products that look similar are not automatically the same product. Exact UPC, model, quantity, packaging, flavor, color, size, or variation differences must be investigated before recommending a purchase. What We Are Looking For The ideal person: Has successfully sourced profitable OA products for other Amazon sellers Can work independently without constant training Is analytical and detail-oriented Understands Amazon listing risk Does not submit leads just to meet a quota Communicates clearly when something is questionable Is willing to reject a lead when the data does not support buying it Can explain the reasoning behind their recommendations Wants a stable, long-term position with a growing ecommerce business We value accuracy, judgment, and purchasing value more than raw lead volume. Paid Sourcing Test Strong applicants will be invited to complete a paid sourcing test before a final hiring decision is made. You will receive specific sourcing criteria and will be asked to locate a small number of real OA opportunities. The test will evaluate: Product matching accuracy Keepa analysis Profitability analysis Sales and competition analysis Source quality Available purchasing quantity Overall judgment You will be paid for the test regardless of whether you are ultimately selected. How to Apply Begin your application with the words: Arkadia SOURCING Applications that do not include those words will not be considered. Then answer the following questions: 1. How many years have you personally sourced Online Arbitrage products for Amazon FBA? 2. Which sourcing methods do you use most often? Please be specific. 3. How would you describe your experience level with Keepa and SellerAmp? 4. When reviewing a Keepa chart, what are the most important things you examine before recommending that a client purchase inventory? 5. How do you verify that a retailer's product is an exact match to the Amazon listing? 6. Describe one successful OA product you previously sourced. You may remove or hide the actual product name/ASIN if necessary, but please provide the approximate: Purchase cost Amazon selling price Profit ROI Estimated sales Quantity the client was able to purchase 7. Approximately how many purchase-ready OA opportunities were you typically able to provide clients in a 20-hour workweek? 8. Are you currently working for other Amazon sellers? If yes, approximately how many hours per week? 9. Please tell us why you believe you would be a strong fit for a role focused specifically on high-quality Amazon OA sourcing. Please do not send a generic application describing every type of virtual-assistant work you can perform. We are specifically hiring an experienced Amazon OA product sourcer. Thank you. We look forward to hearing from you.

IT & Systems Manager Full Time | 40 Hours per Week | Compensation Based on Experience About the Role We are looking for a resourceful, technically capable, and proactive IT & Systems Manager to build, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve systems across multiple businesses and projects. This is a hands-on role covering GoHighLevel and similar platforms, websites and pages, accounts and sub-accounts, forms, calendars, email , workflows, custom fields, webhooks, integrations, automations, communities, funnels, video editing, presentations, and other technical systems as needed. You do not need to be an expert in every area. We care most about technical aptitude, ownership, independent problem-solving, attention to detail, user experience, and the ability to learn quickly. Your main responsibility is simple: make sure our technical systems and assets work correctly and create a good experience for the people using them. Responsibilities You may be responsible for: Building, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical systems across multiple businesses, communities, creators, campaigns, and projects. Creating and updating websites, landing pages, funnels, community pages, and other digital assets, including content, forms, calendars, links, images, and related components. Configuring GoHighLevel and similar platforms, including accounts and sub-accounts, email , custom fields, workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, domains, permissions, webhooks, integrations, and automations. Making sure pages, forms, calendars, email , automations, domains, accounts, and other components are connected to the correct systems and configured properly. Testing complete user flows and identifying broken links, incorrect configurations, missing steps, poor mobile experiences, or other problems before users encounter them. Connecting systems through native integrations, Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks, and similar tools. Creating, editing, and correcting videos when needed, including presentation videos, intros, effects, animations, transitions, audio, screen recordings, and basic production work. Preparing and testing technical systems and assets for launches, campaigns, webinars, communities, creators, presentations, and other initiatives. Maintaining organized accounts, access, naming conventions, documentation, templates, and basic SOPs. How We Work Take ownership of your work through completion. Communicate progress without waiting to be asked, raise meaningful issues early, test your own work, and proactively identify and address problems rather than waiting for every task to be assigned. Independent thinking and resourcefulness are essential. When you encounter something you do not know, use AI extensively to research, diagnose, and solve the problem. Also use documentation, tutorials, knowledge bases, internet research, community resources, and software-company support. If specialized help is ultimately required, identify the right resource while continuing to own the issue through resolution. When disagreeing, do it productively. Proactively investigate before challenging, while escalating immediately if even reasonable investigation could create material harm or serious risk. Otherwise, make reasonable progress and validate concerns with facts before raising them. When raising a concern, bring what you learned and, whenever possible, a recommended solution, practical options, or clear next step. Be settled, connected, and ready before meetings. Follow through on commitments, communicate when something is delayed or blocked, and correct mistakes quickly when they happen. Think from the user's perspective. Technical correctness matters, but so do clarity, usability, consistency, and the complete experience of the person using what you build. We do not expect perfection or that you will know everything. We do expect independent problem-solving, proactive action, communication, accountability, and follow-through. What We're Looking For You should have: Strong written English and communication skills. Reliable internet and the ability to work consistently and independently. Strong attention to detail, organization, and technical aptitude. The ability to encounter unfamiliar technical problems and independently work toward solutions. A genuine passion for technology and especially AI. A habit of staying current with new AI tools, capabilities, and trends, particularly how AI is changing technology, marketing, and business. Natural curiosity about new tools and the ability to identify practical ways they can improve systems, automation, marketing, content, and user experience. Experience with some of the following is helpful, but you do not need to know everything: GoHighLevel, Votel, WordPress, websites and funnels, CRM systems, forms and calendars, email configuration, workflows, custom fields, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, domains and DNS, integrations, communities, marketing automation, CapCut, Descript, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Adobe Premiere, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms. Do not skip applying because you do not check every box. We would rather hire someone capable, dependable, curious, and resourceful who knows how to figure things out than someone who claims to know everything. What Success Looks Like When you are assigned something, you think beyond the individual task and consider the complete system and user experience. If you build a page, for example, you make sure it is in the correct account, contains the right content, has working links, connects to the correct form or calendar, sends information where it should go, works on desktop and mobile, makes sense to the user, and has been tested before you call it complete. When you encounter something unfamiliar, you research it, use AI and available support resources, test potential solutions, and keep moving. You look ahead for problems and opportunities rather than waiting for someone else to identify every next step. Working Relationship This is intended to be a long-term working relationship for the right person. We hire on a month-to-month basis, with the expectation that the first month gives both parties an opportunity to establish a strong working rhythm and determine whether continuing together makes sense. We are looking for someone who wants to become a reliable, long-term part of the team, not someone looking for a short-term project or a few days of work. This is a freelance/independent contractor role. Continued work depends on performance, reliability, communication, business needs, and mutual fit. To Apply Please include: A short introduction about yourself. Your relevant technical and systems experience. Your experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms. Examples of websites, funnels, automations, integrations, or other systems you have personally built or managed. Your video editing and production experience, if any. The AI tools you currently use and how you use them to solve technical problems. An example of a new AI tool, capability, or trend you have recently explored and why you found it useful. Your availability, timezone, and internet speed. Why you are interested in a long-term role like this. Scenario: You are asked to implement something and initially believe there may be a technical problem with the requested approach. It does not appear to create an immediate serious risk. Walk us through what you would do before raising the concern, and how you would communicate it if your investigation confirms there is a better approach. Please start your application with the words: IT READY

Read this whole post before applying. The instructions at the bottom are part of the test. WHO WE ARE Novaris Global. We run paid advertising for private medical clinics, mostly plastic surgery and aesthetics. Our clients are in Singapore and we are expanding. Our ads run on Meta. When they work, the clinic books consultations. When they don't, we lose money. That is the entire scoreboard. THE MAIN THING YOU WOULD BE DOING Once or twice a month a doctor sits down and records for 30 to 60 minutes straight. He works through a stack of scripts, flubs lines, restarts, goes off on tangents, repeats himself, and says something better on the third take than he did on the first. Nobody slates the takes. Nobody marks where one ad ends. It is one long messy file. Out of that single file we need 30 to 60 finished Meta video ads. Not 30 exports of the same cut. Thirty to sixty ads that each open differently, run differently, and feel like they came from different creatives. That is how Meta finds a winner, and it is the actual skill we are hiring for. That means you: Watch the whole file and map what is really in there D ---------- where one ad ends and the next one starts Pick the strongest take of every line, not the first one Cut the sentences that add nothing. Warm ups, throat clearing, repeated ideas, and the line that is technically true but kills the pace Reorder freely. If the best hook is something he said at minute 34, that line goes to second zero Recombine. The same three sentences in a different order, with a different opening line and a different first ten seconds, is a different ad Build each one properly. On screen text in the first two seconds, burned in captions throughout, a lower third with his name and clinic, b-roll, sound design, graphics, end card THE OTHER TWO KINDS OF WORK Not everything arrives as a batch. Some weeks you get a single clip and a brief and we need one sharp ad out of it by tomorrow. And some weeks you get a video sales letter. Long form, five to twenty minutes, a doctor walking through an argument end to end. Completely different edit. The hook still has to land in the first few seconds, but now you are holding attention for fifteen minutes instead of thirty seconds, which means pacing, chapter beats, visual variety, and knowing exactly where a viewer gets bored and what to put there. If you have never cut long form, say so honestly. If you have, lead with it. EVERY AD HAS TO FEEL DIFFERENT This is the part almost every editor fails. When you cut 40 ads from one recording, the lazy version is one template with 40 different hooks dropped in. Meta sees through it, the audience sees through it, and the account stalls. We want visible variety across the set. Different caption styles. Different graphic treatments. One ad that leans on text animation, one that is almost bare and lets him talk, one built around a simple diagram, one with heavier b-roll, one that opens on a graphic before he appears. Different rhythms. Different energy. Someone scrolling should never think they have already seen this ad. Play around. Have opinions. Show us range. THE LINE YOU CANNOT CROSS WHILE DOING IT This is a surgeon, not a dropshipper. Every one of those 40 ads still has to look expensive, clean, and calm. Variety in style, never variety in standards. No meme zooms. No shake. No cartoon sound effects. No AI voice. No stock footage of a family smiling at sunset. If an edit would look at home selling a phone case, it is wrong for us. The hard version of this job is doing both at once. Retention editing that actually holds attention, inside a look a private surgeon would put his name on. Most editors can do one or the other. Medical advertising in Singapore is also regulated, and moves that are normal everywhere else are illegal there. No before and after footage. No testimonials. No "best" or "guaranteed." No countdowns or scarcity. We give you the full rule sheet on day one, but you have to be someone who follows a rule sheet exactly, every time, without being reminded. WHAT YOU NEED TO ALREADY KNOW Hook rate and hold rate, and what actually moves them. If your answer to a weak hook is "add a zoom," this role is not for you The first two seconds carry on screen text, because most of Meta watches on mute A retention beat every few seconds. A cut, a caption change, a graphic, a b-roll insert. Something has to change or they are gone Captions readable at arm's length on a phone, inside Meta's safe zones, not sitting under the interface Sound design that supports the point instead of decorating it. A whoosh on every cut is amateur work 9:16 at 1080x1920, correct loudness, correct export settings, and a first frame that is not a blink Written English strong enough to judge a sentence. You are d ---------- which of a surgeon's sentences survive. That takes real comprehension, not just an ear for rhythm NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED If you can write, say so. If you can watch a raw recording and tell us "he never said the thing that would make this ad work, here is what he should say next time," that is worth more to us than another year of Premiere experience, and it changes what we pay you. THE SETUP Full time, 40 hours a week Your own machine that handles 4K without taking an hour to export Reliable internet, because you are moving large files Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci, CapCut, whatever you like. We care about the output, not your toolkit You work directly with me. Small team, no layers, fast decisions HOW THIS STARTS A paid trial. Real footage, a real brief, real money for your time. We are not going to pretend a reel tells us anything. Plenty of great reels were cut by somebody else. The trial tells us what you actually do when a messy file lands in your lap. If the work comes back genuinely excellent, and we mean excellent and not acceptable, we move straight to a full time offer. If it does not, you keep the money and we part on good terms. BEFORE YOU D ---------- THIS IS TOO MUCH WORK Yes, this application asks more of you than the other posts on this site. That is deliberate. So here is the honest math on what you are applying to. We are hiring one person, once. Whoever we pick stops applying for jobs. You are not applying to a task. You are applying to a department that does not exist yet, with your name on it. Right now every video for every client we have runs through one folder and one to do list. The person we hire builds what replaces that. You set the standard. You make the templates every editor after you works from. You hire those editors and review their work instead of doing it. Head of Video, across every account, fully in house. Not a freelancer we message when something comes up. On the team, in the meetings, in the decisions. You will also see the money side, which almost no editor anywhere gets to see. Hook rate on your cuts. Cost per lead. Which clinic booked how many consultations off which edit. That feedback loop is the entire difference between an editor who is good at software and an editor who is worth whatever they ask for, for the rest of their career. We will hand it to you. And here is why we can pay for that. Our clients do not pay us a flat fee. We take a share of the revenue we generate for them. When your ad wins, we do not save money, we make more of it. So we would far rather pay one exceptional editor well beyond what this platform normally pays than hire five cheap ones and manage them. Your ceiling here is not an hourly rate. It grows with the accounts you are cutting for. A few hours today. If we are right about each other, you will look back on this as the best few hours you ever spent on an application. If none of that moves you, please do not apply. We would rather read ten serious applications than a hundred lazy ones. HOW TO APPLY Do all four. Applications missing any of them get deleted unread. Two of these are what we actually judge: the ads you have already cut, and what you cut for us. The other two take a minute each. Spend your time on the first two. 1. Make THUMBSTOP the first word of your message. 2. Send three to five direct response video ads you personally cut. What counts: ads that actually ran as paid media on Meta, TikTok, or YouTube. Something built to make a stranger take an action. What does not count and will get your application closed: showreels, montages, wedding films, YouTube intros, vlogs, corporate brand videos, event recaps, anything cut to music with no message. Do not send a reel. Send the ads themselves, full length, exactly as they ran. We watch from the first frame, because the first frame is the job. For each one, one line covering: Who it was for and what it was selling Whether it ran as paid media, and roughly what it spent if you know Any numbers you have. Hook rate, hold rate, CTR, cost per result. If you have none, say none. We would rather hear that than a guess What you personally did on it, honestly. If you cut it start to finish, say so. If you did captions and graphics on somebody else's assembly, say that instead. We will find out either way, and the honest answer has never cost anyone the job If your strongest work is under an NDA, send what you can and tell us what we are missing. 3. Cut something from this file: ---------- THE MINIMUM is five seconds. Just the hook. The opening that would stop someone scrolling, with whatever on screen text, sound, graphics, and cutting you think earns those five seconds. Start from any moment in the file you want. A genuinely strong five seconds is enough to get you shortlisted. THE FULL AD IS BETTER. If you send a finished ad cut from this file, hook through to end card with captions all the way, we will watch every second of it and you go to the top of the pile. It is not required. It is an opportunity, and the people who take it are usually the people we hire. Either way,
