SENIOR FASHION OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN/ ERP IMPLEMENTATION

An international designer fashion company is looking for a highly experienced Fashion Operations and Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of our international fashion ERP system.

We operate internationally at high speed across wholesale, retail, production and logistics. We need someone who can enter a demanding operation, immediately understand the priorities and bring structure, control and consistent follow-up.

This is a hands-on, long-term remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Fully configure, structure and manage an international fashion ERP system
• Create clear end-to-end operational workflows
• Manage product data, SKUs, styles, colours, sizes and seasonal collections
• Process and follow up wholesale orders from confirmation through final delivery
• Manage purchase orders, production status, inventory and stock allocations
• Monitor customer deposits, outstanding balances, invoices and release approvals
• Coordinate suppliers, factories, 3PL warehouses and international shipments
• Ensure packing slips, delivery notes, invoices and tracking information are correct
• Connect and align the ERP with Shopify, Xero, logistics and other systems
• Identify missing information, mistakes, delays and operational blockers
• Resolve problems proactively without waiting for continuous instructions
• Clear existing backlogs and keep all operational information updated
• Create SOPs, dashboards and clear daily and weekly reports
• Coordinate the operational team and ensure all deadlines are respected

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in fashion operations, wholesale and retail operations or supply-chain management
• Proven experience implementing or completely restructuring an international fashion ERP system
• Strong experience with international designer fashion and wholesale is required
• Thorough understanding of seasonal collections, production, purchasing, inventory, allocations, wholesale orders and international shipping
• Experience with Shopify, Xero and 3PL integrations is highly preferred
• Able to work calmly, quickly and accurately under pressure
• Extremely organised, proactive and solution-oriented
• Capable of entering an existing high-speed operation and taking immediate ownership
• Comfortable managing multiple urgent priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Available for substantial and consistent working hours

This is not an advisory or project-management-only position. We need a senior, hands-on operator who personally follows through, solves problems and ensures nothing is left unfinished.
