Virtual Assistant - Construction Design-Build Firm (NYC) | Remote

About us: Designs by D & J LLC is a Brooklyn-based, MWBE-certified design-build firm specializing in brownstone, kitchen, bath, and full-gut renovations across NYC. Husband-and-wife led, owner-operated, growth-mode.

The role: A reliable VA to be the front line of our client experience and keep our pipeline moving.

You'll do:

• Answer & screen incoming calls - greet prospects, log details, route qualified leads to our team
• Lead follow-up - call back inquiries, send info packets, book consultations via Calendly, nurture the pipeline
• Newsletter - draft and schedule our client/lead newsletter (content provided or lightly researched)
• Social media support - schedule posts, monitor DMs/comments, assemble before/after content for IG/YouTube

You're a fit if:

• Clear, professional English (phone-ready)
• Organized, self-starting, comfortable with Calendly, Google Workspace, IG/TikTok/YT Studio
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace for calls
• Construction/real-estate exposure a plus, not required

Hours: Part-time to start (US Eastern business hours overlap required). $3-5/hr, paid weekly.
