[2] The Role

As an Executive Partner, you'll be the operational backbone keeping hardware product pipelines on track — tracking materials being sourced, briefing suppliers and designers, and making sure every stakeholder knows where things stand.

You'll work closely with business leaders, coordinate across multiple workstreams, and keep the systems that companies run on organized and up to date.

[3] What You'll Do

• Keep track of progress on all materials being sourced
• Brief suppliers and designers on requirements and updates
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to keep projects moving
• Record the progress and status of all projects in clear, organized systems
• Manage information flow across Slack, Notion, and Email
• Run clear weekly updates, briefs, and status reports
• Anticipate bottlenecks and flag issues before they become problems

[4] What We're Looking For

• Experience in DTC, physical products, or supply chain / sourcing
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated — doesn't wait to be told what to do next
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Experience with productivity software like ---------- (a plus)
• Has used AI tools in their workflow (preferred, not required)
• Mandarin language skills (a plus, not required)
