SENIOR SHOPIFY B2B WHOLESALE & FASHION SPECIALIST

INTERNATIONAL DESIGNER FASHION is looking for an experienced Shopify B2B Wholesale Specialist to fully build, launch and continuously maintain our new international wholesale website.

Experience with fashion brands and fashion wholesale is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build our complete Shopify B2B wholesale website from start to finish
• Create a professional, high-end and user-friendly wholesale experience
• Structure seasonal collections, styles, colours, sizes and product variants
• Set up customer accounts, approval flows and customer-specific pricing
• Configure catalogues, pre-orders, minimum quantities, deposits and reorders
• Set up different markets, currencies, tax rules and shipping conditions
• Integrate Shopify with fashion ERP and other required systems
• Optimise speed, mobile usability, conversions and SEO
• Test the complete ordering and payment process
• Maintain and continuously improve the website after launch
• Provide clear weekly progress reports

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional Shopify experience
• Proven experience building Shopify B2B or wholesale websites
• Preferably experienced with international fashion brands and seasonal collections
• Good understanding of the fashion wholesale process
• Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus B2B, Shopify Markets and wholesale applications
• Technical knowledge of Liquid, HTML/CSS, APIs and integrations
• Able to work independently and take full ownership
• Highly organised, accurate and proactive
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Available for ongoing maintenance after launch

This is not a position for someone who has only managed products or made small theme adjustments. We need a senior, hands-on specialist who can build and manage the complete platform.
