We do not use any other payment method β€” if you cannot receive payment via Payoneer, please do not apply. Time tracking: We use Timeproof to track work hours. This is non-negotiable. Children must not be visible or audible on camera or in the background during working hours. If you are the primary caretaker for a child who is awake/active during your working hours, please do not apply. We have released VAs for this reason before and will do so immediately and without exception if it happens. Immediate responsiveness required: You must answer messages and calls promptly during working hours. Unresponsiveness will result in immediate termination. Genuine, sustained full-time experience required: We need someone with real, continuous full-time experience in these areas β€” not scattered gig work. Please do not claim "expert level" skills you can't actually back up; we will identify gaps quickly and release contractors who misrepresent their experience within the first few days. No ChatGPT-dependent candidates: We are not looking for someone who leans on ChatGPT or AI tools to figure out how to do the job β€” we can do that ourselves. We need someone who already knows this work cold, can execute it from muscle memory, and doesn't need to look up the basics. Amazon / Bol.com Listing & Catalog VA

Confidential employer

Happy on Web is a Dutch e-commerce company selling consumer electronics accessories (e-bike batteries and chargers, audio, adapters, smart home) on ---------- , Amazon, eBay, Kaufland and French marketplaces. 1,400+ products, growing fast. The job Every marketplace has its own rules for product pages: which images are allowed, which fields are required, how categories, EANs and product data must be filled, which words and claims are not allowed. The rules change, and we add new products every week. Your job is to make sure every product we sell meets those rules β€” now, and every time something changes. Concretely: You work through our full catalog product by product, using a written checklist we give you, and record per product what you checked and what you found. You check images (logos, certification marks, packaging claims, image requirements), category and product type, EAN/GS1 data, required fields (product safety data, manufacturer information), and listing text. Our listing text is in Dutch, German and French. You run it through a translation tool and screen it against a list of flag words and patterns we give you. If anything matches, you flag it and paste the original sentence. Where the checklist tells you what the correct value is (wrong or missing fields, category, EAN data, image requirements), you fix it yourself β€” and you log every change in a before/after column in Google Sheets, so every edit you make can be traced and checked. Text is different. You don't rewrite titles, descriptions or specifications in Dutch, German or French. If text violates a rule, you flag it with the original sentence, and a colleague who reads the language d ---------- and writes the fix. You never guess what a product spec should be. You do notice patterns. If the same field is missing on forty products in a row, if a flag word catches everything, if the checklist doesn't cover something you keep running into: you write it down and send it to us as a suggestion. Separately from your tracker, and without changing how you work until we say so. Once the full catalog is done, the work continues: new products before they go live, re-checks when a marketplace changes its rules, and later the same for our other marketplaces. Second phase, once the audit routine runs: you also handle the follow-up with the marketplaces. That means opening seller support cases (rejected images, EAN conflicts, wrong category, blocked or suppressed listings, policy questions) using our templates, tracking them, and answering the marketplace's replies. This is seller-side case work with ---------- and Amazon, not buyer-facing customer service. Output: one tracker row per product. Every row has a source (screenshot, field name, URL, exact sentence). "None" or "looks fine" is not a valid entry. If you checked something and found nothing, you write down what you checked. This is repetitive, precise work at around 40 products per day. If you get bored by checklists, this is not your job. If you like a list that gets shorter every day and a tracker that is always correct, it is. What we need from you Experience working in a marketplace seller back-end (Amazon Seller Central, ---------- , eBay or similar) on the product data side: listings, catalog, product fields. Not customer service, not ads. Spreadsheet discipline: you can work through thousands of rows without skipping one, and your tracker is readable by someone who has never seen it. You follow a checklist exactly. When the checklist doesn't cover a case, you don't guess: you flag it and ask. You think while you work. You see when the same problem keeps coming back, and you tell us what you think is behind it. We want those suggestions; we don't want you acting on them on your own. You can work with text in a language you don't read using translation tools, and you say so when a translation is not good enough to judge. Clear written English. We work asynchronously; almost all communication is written. Not needed: Dutch, design skills, PPC, ---------- experience specifically. Who this job is not for Please don't apply if you are mainly a: Graphic designer or product image designer. There is no design in this job. PPC / Amazon Ads specialist. We don't run ads in-house. Amazon growth, brand or marketplace manager. Nobody manages anything here; you check products against a list. General VA (admin, email , social media, appointment setting). We select on marketplace product data experience, not on being flexible. Buyer-facing customer service (answering customers, returns, chat support). Note the difference: seller support cases with ---------- or Amazon about listing and policy issues are part of this job, and experience with those is a plus. Answering buyers is not. If your profile is a mix of many of the above, you will not be selected. We want someone who has done product data work in a marketplace back-end and likes doing it precisely. What we select on Only these four things, in this order: 1. Hands-on experience in a marketplace seller back-end on the product data side (listings, catalog, product fields). Show it with specifics, not with a tool list. 2. Proof that you can do large repetitive data work accurately (your answer to point 2 below). 3. Written English: clear, short, answers the question asked. 4. Whether you followed the application instructions exactly. We select on depth, not on numbers: one platform where you really did the product data work beats five platforms you touched. Years on a resume, certificates and tool lists don't tell us that β€” your specifics do. A plus, not a requirement: you have opened and followed up seller support cases with Amazon or ---------- about listing or policy issues (suppressed listings, image rejections, EAN or category problems). If you have, tell us in point 4 below. To show us you have read this far: put the word ROSENBERGER in the subject line of your application. What we offer $650/month, full-time (40 hours), fixed monthly rate paid via Wise Long-term position, normal contract, no trial-project construction Start date: Monday 14 September 2026 Software and tools paid by us Written SOPs and a checklist. You are not expected to know the rules by heart; you are expected to apply the checklist exactly and to tell us when it doesn't cover a case. How to apply Send us: 1. Which marketplace back-ends you have worked in, how long, and what you did in them. 2. One example of a large repetitive data-checking job you did (any kind): how many items, how you kept it accurate, how you tracked your progress β€” and one thing you noticed while doing it that you passed on to whoever you worked for. 3. Your availability from the start date above. 4. Optional: one seller support case you opened yourself with Amazon or ---------- about a listing or policy issue. What the issue was, what you wrote, what the outcome was. Skip this point if you haven't done it; don't invent one. Keep it short and specific. Don't claim accuracy β€” show it in your answer to point 2. Applications that don't answer points 1 to 3 will not be read. Selection: short email exchange, then a video call.

Global Supply Chain & Operations Lead

Confidential employer

Global Supply Chain & Operations Lead Focus: Demand Planning, Fulfillment & Regional Compliance About the Role We're looking for the architect of our global hardware fulfillment operation. You'll ensure our resellers across LATAM, North America, and EMEA never experience a stockout, that our hardware compliance (NOM, ANATEL, CE) stays ahead of our sales expansion, and that our purchasing strategy balances margin against lead-time risk. This is not a coordination role β€” you will own the physical supply chain end to end. Key Responsibilities Global Demand Planning Transform historical sales data into a rolling 6–12 month forecast. Determine what we order, when, and from which origin (China vs. Houston) to optimize for both cost and speed. Country Coordination & Compliance Lead market-entry operations for new countries β€” mapping required certifications, import hurdles, tax/duty implications, and local SIM/data provider sourcing. Vendor Management Own the relationship with our primary hardware partners (e.g., Streamax), including negotiating reorder points, buffer stock requirements, and SLA compliance. Process Automation Maintain our Fulfillment Live Tracker and use AI and low-code tools (Zapier/Make) to build workflows that flag backorder risk before it becomes a customer-facing issue. What Success Looks Like Operational Rigor β€” You act on data, not just report it. If a SKU shows 20 days of supply against a 40-day lead time, the purchase order is already being drafted before it comes up in a meeting. Global Fluency β€” You understand that logistics in Brazil are not the same as logistics in Canada, and you navigate tradeoffs like China drop-ship margin vs. local warehouse speed instinctively. Builder Mindset β€” You treat manual processes as a problem to solve. You use AI to automate reporting, status updates, and vendor communications so you can focus on strategy. Requirements Proven experience in demand planning, inventory forecasting, or supply chain management, ideally in hardware/physical goods Experience navigating multi-country compliance, customs, and import/export regulations Comfort with vendor negotiation and SLA management Practical experience using AI tools and/or low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar) to streamline operational workflows Strong async communication skills and ability to work across time zones Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a strong plus, given our LATAM focus Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred To Apply Reading Check Put the keyword MANIFEST in your subject line β€” this tells us you actually read the post, not just the title. 1. This post names two low-code tools we use to flag backorder risk before it becomes a customer issue. What are they? 2. Under "What Success Looks Like," what should already be happening to a SKU showing 20 days of supply against a 40-day lead time, before it ever comes up in a meeting? Questions 3. Walk us through a real demand-forecasting or reorder-point model you've built or owned β€” what data fed it, and what decision it drove. 4. Describe a time a country-specific compliance, customs, or import requirement could have caused a stockout or delay if you'd missed it. What did you do? 5. What's the toughest vendor negotiation or SLA tradeoff you've had to manage (cost vs. speed vs. quality)? 6. Which time zones can you comfortably cover, given this role spans LATAM, North America, and EMEA? 7. Desired hourly rate (USD) and earliest start date? AI/Automation Loom (required) Record a Loom, max 8 minutes, walking through one real workflow you've built or improved using AI (Claude or similar) or a low-code tool like Zapier or Make, ideally in demand planning, vendor communication, compliance tracking, or reporting. Show the actual before and after, not just a description. If you haven't built something like this yet, use the Loom instead to open Claude or ChatGPT live and think out loud through how you'd turn a manual process, like flagging SKUs at risk of stockout, into an automated check. We're evaluating how you think and use the tool, not polish.

Conversion Copywriter + Conversion Rate Optimization CRO / Offer Strategist for Financial SaaS Product

Confidential employer

I'm the founder of GoldSignal.ai, a financial research and data platform focused primarily on gold and silver stocks. I'm looking for someone with strong experience in marketing, conversion optimization, landing pages, SaaS offers, subscription products, or direct-response copywriting to help me improve how the paid GoldSignal product is positioned and sold. You do not need to code the page. Strong marketing judgment, copywriting, customer psychology, and conversion thinking are more important. This is a one-time specialist project, not a traditional VA position. The main goal is simple: when a serious investor lands on the GoldSignal Pro page, they should quickly understand: What they get Why it is valuable Why it is different from information they can find for free Why the subscription is worth paying for What makes GoldSignal credible What action they should take next GoldSignal includes research and data around insider buying, major ownership stakes, investor portfolios, strategic accumulation, public filings, quantitative signals, alerts, research reports, and a curated set of investable ideas for paid members. I want help improving: Product positioning Offer structure Value proposition Above-the-fold messaging Headlines and copy Pricing presentation Feature/value hierarchy Calls to action Trust and credibility Objection handling Overall conversion flow How the highest-value parts of the paid product are presented Important: I do NOT want an aggressive or hype-driven investment sales page. GoldSignal should still feel like a serious, modern financial data and research platform. Think high-quality SaaS / financial intelligence product, not a "get rich quick" stock newsletter. I already have the product, website, research, data, pricing, and general brand direction. I need someone who can step back, understand the customer and the offer, and organize the page so the value is immediately clear and compelling. Ideal deliverables: 1. Audit of the current paid landing page 2. Identification of the biggest conversion problems 3. Recommended positioning and offer structure 4. Rewritten landing-page copy 5. Recommended page hierarchy 6. Pricing and value-presentation recommendations 7. Suggestions for trust, proof, objections, and calls to action 8. A wireframe, annotated mockup, or clear visual guidance that can be handed to a developer / AI coding workflow You do not need to code the page. Strong marketing judgment, copywriting, customer psychology, and conversion thinking are more important. Experience with SaaS, financial products, subscription businesses, newsletters, investing products, CRO, landing pages, or direct-response marketing is a major plus. When applying, please include: 2-5 examples of landing pages, SaaS products, sales pages, pricing pages, or offers you have personally worked on, with a short description of your role on each Your hourly rate or proposed project rate Short answers to these questions: 1. What are the first three things you would examine when trying to improve the conversion rate of a paid subscription landing page? 2. GoldSignal is a serious financial-data product. How would you make an investment offer more compelling without making it sound hype-driven or promotional? 3. Are you comfortable reviewing an existing product and recommending changes to positioning, offer structure, copy, pricing presentation, and page hierarchy rather than simply redesigning the visuals? Please do not send a long generic AI-generated cover letter. I am much more interested in your thinking, judgment, and examples of real work.

Web3 Business Development Specialist

Confidential employer

Job Description: We're a multi-chain DeFi protocol building LP Bonds, a new liquidity primitive that locks liquidity long-term while keeping user positions tradable. We need Business Development partners who can introduce us to crypto launchpads, DEXs, chains, and established crypto projects. THE OPPORTUNITY: Every successful introduction that leads to a partnership earns you serious money. One good partnership can be worth $5,000-10,000+ as it grows. COMPENSATION: Base Pay: $10/hour, 10 hours/week ($100/week). Paid 50% in Ethereum (ETH) and 50% in $GMI tokens on an 18-month vesting schedule, building you a long-term position in the multi-chain $GMI ecosystem. Minimum Requirement: 1 qualified appointment per week. A qualified appointment means a scheduled call that actually takes place between me and a decision-maker (founder, BD lead, or marketing head) at a crypto launchpad, DEX, chain, or established project, and meets our qualification criteria. Your first qualified appointment each week is covered by your base pay. Appointment Bonus: Every additional qualified appointment beyond the first pays $100, split 50% ETH and 50% $GMI (same vesting). Commission: Commission: 25% of all upgrade fees generated by your partnerships for the first 90 days after the partnership goes live, then 10% through month 12. Our 4-level upgrade system means every user your partnership brings in can pay upgrade fees multiple times, and you earn on every single one during your commission window. Bond Bonuses (based on total dollar value of bonds minted through your partnerships): +$500 when $10,000 is reached +$1,000 when $20,000 is reached +$5,000 when $100,000 is reached, and another +$5,000 for every additional $100,000. No ceiling. Bonuses are cumulative. Hit $100,000 minted and you've collected $6,500 in bonuses total. Every $100,000 after that adds another $5,000. Note: A successful partnership means a project you introduced signs the LP Bonds integration agreement and goes live on our marketplace. You book the qualified call, I run the deal and close it. YOU HAVE: Existing connections in crypto (launchpads, DEXs, chains, established projects) Telegram / ---------- relationships with project founders or marketing heads Understanding of DeFi/crypto space Hunger to earn based on results, not hours YOU DON'T NEED: To close deals (I handle that) Any upfront investment Previous BD experience (connections matter more) THE ROLE: Your job is booking qualified calls. You reach into your network, find decision-makers at crypto projects, and get them on a scheduled call with me. I close the deals, you collect appointment bonuses, commissions, and bond bonuses as your partnerships go live and grow. Example: ONE solid launchpad partnership that mints $100,000 in bonds earns you $6,500 in bond bonuses, and with thousands of bondholders paying upgrade fees, your 25% commission pushes your total past $8,000. Ready to turn your crypto connections into serious income? Apply with: List 3-5 crypto projects/launchpads you have connections with Your Telegram handle Brief description of your crypto involvement We need partners who see the opportunity and want to run with it.
